Excellent room with a seperate lounge area. Didnt have to sit on bed to watch tv. Staff were excellent. Out the front door and you are at Stop 34 on the Metro. Highly recommended.

Professional staff, always ready to assist. Breakfast was good, April and her kitchen team made sure your breakfast is ready to be served. House keeping always cleaning and dressing bed. Concierge always on stand-by for services. Front desk well professionally dressed and well respected and friendly. Robert at Front desk was exceptional, the rest were fantastic. Property location is less than 50 metres to Dubai metro which makes your movement very easy. The red line trains connect you to the green and orange(tram) lines. Value for the money. Don't skip this hotel and make a reservation somewhere else after reading this comment. Definitely coming back🙏

Citadines Metro is clean, comfy and friendly. The location is excellent, being only 200m from the nearest Metro Station. We had a 4 night stay in a 1 bedroom Executive Suite on a half board basis. The rooms were large, clean and comfy, but a little dated. Plenty of sockets for phone chargers etc. Food was adequate and sevice was really good, thanks to Rachel and April. A larger menu, both at breakfast and dinner would have been better, especially for those staying a longer duration than us. Many thanks to reception for arranging a 16.30 check out from our room, as we had a late night flight. We would stay here again.

All staff very friendly and helpful especially Reuben, Faisal and Kalam who helped me with any questions and obliged with my requests for my room and any general questions and enquiries I had. The hotel is ideally located just a 30 second walk from the Internet City metro station entrance and taxi rank so every where in Dubai is easily accessible and not too far away and finally I took a day out to the Soluna Beach Bar and spa on the Palm which includes transfers from the hotel which I also highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was clean inside and outside. The furniture was great and comfortable. We were upgraded to a One bedroom King size bed. I like the fact that the smart tvs allowed you to connect by chromecast . A gym and rooftop pool. The attendants were friendly and helped us as needed. A plus is that it’s a few feet walk from the redline metro. Literally walk out the hotel to the metro. The metro Will take you to Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Dubai Mall, Gold Spouk, and more. You will definitely love the stay here. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. It was overall fantastic . You won’t be disappointed.

This hotel has a great central location in Dubai with direct Metro access just steps away from the front door. Two stops away from Dubai Marina in one direction, and two stops away from Mall of the Emirates in the other direction. The accommodation is spacious with a living area, fully stocked kitchenette, full sized refrigerator and a spacious bedroom. The only downside was the size of the bathroom. The bathroom was too small for a larger guy like myself. Overall, this is a great property and I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic 14 night stay at Citadines Metro Central.
The hotel apartments are ideally situated very close to the metro and other public transport links providing access to all the main attractions Dubai has to offer.
The apartment's are well equipped for self catering plus there's a nice Cafe on the ground for those little extras.
There are supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance to cater for your needs
too.
The room was excellent with top quality bed, pillows and linen etc
However what really stood out was the customer service. From the moment we checked in the staff were very attentive and responsive. Madara, Angelene, Foday, Faisal, Ibrahim and Jestin Front Office and Thanu, Dhan House Keeping went out of their way to make our stay extremely special.

Horrible experience. The staff are not honest and try to play around. First they denied out booking on expedia. Then gave us a horrible smelly room very small, saying this is the best with view. Only view we had was cars going fast with street noise. When we checked out a night earlier, they refused to refund and said expedia need to do that when we paid at the hotel. Then they are asking for my credit card to refund. Sorry but this is not ok to ask for card picture. You are the one who refused to refund while we are on spot saying its not your responsibility, its expdia. When in reality its their. Thanks for the disappointment

Had issue with Metro and taxi's not running due to religious celebrations but stop were pulled and a taxi was made available.

Checkin was very easy, then i got to my room and it was very noisy, the window wasnt closing properly so could hear the howling wind. The maintenance guy came and put some foam strips around the frame which helped. The room itself was nice and clean but just feel very dark. They need to get brighter bulbs or get an extra floor lamp in the living room. Bed was very comfortable and i slept well. Its very close to the dubai internet city metro, so its such a good location. Close to restaurants and grocery shops too.

The hotel is quite old, and the cleanliness was not great. The room was cleaned, but not with care- hairs in the shower, mouldy tiles, dirty mirrors. There was quite a lot of rain when we were there causing the water to pour in from the windows. This was extremely disturbing while sleeping. The bed was clean, at least.

The Citadines Metro Central is a great place to stay in Dubai. It is in a wonderful location immediately next to the Metro Red Line. The hotel has complete apartment facilities which is great for a longer stay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I recommend ! Great stay, located right in front of the metro so it’s very easy to use it. If you have a car it’s super easy to park inside right in front of the door. Staff is amazing ! Special thanks to the guy who carried my luggage and who wears a black mask with a white smile on it : he’s great ; and also to the guys who clean the room are super nice ! Plus, they upgraded me. The vibe of the hotel is very chill, young, and perfect if you even want to study at a nice cafe which is located on the ground.

We had an amazing stay at Citadines Metro Central Dubai. The staff was very accommodating, especially Mary from the front desk. When we checked-in, we requested for a room at the highest floor. Since there were no available studio room at the topmost floor, she upgraded us into a one-bedroom unit. The room is very homey and welcoming, a good place to relax. Definitely will be staying again at the property and will recommend to my friends.

Arrived late but still smooth check in very quick and professional as always in this hotel. Small room, no hot water, terrible gym.

With the exception of European/English hotels which are undoubtedly the worst in the world, this hotel was the second worst hotel i have stayed in. I checked in to room 1408 (thankfully not quite as bad as the film of the same name), which was much smaller than the online images showed. Very pokey.

The aircon was modern and worked well, but the hot water didn't. On the first morning, i had a bath. Hot water only, which was tepid at best. The second morning, the water was only a couple of degrees above cold.

I tried the gym which was poor. A Smiths machine was one of only three machines, but had a total of only 67.5kgs in weights. Biggest dumbells were 22kgs. Pointlessly small. There was an abs machine and a leg extension. Thats was it, besides a few CV machines - an out of order treadmill and four exercise bikes.

I paid about $45/night and booked in for two nights, but decided against extending my stay even at that price.

The hotel is in average condition and has average amenities. It certainly isn't the most comfortable we've stayed in while visiting Dubai. But it is generally cheap. Brambles cafe on the ground floor is a bonus.

This hotel was perfect for our family stay. It is located right by the metro, which made it easy to get around the city. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. Joe at the front desk was particularly helpful during our check in and even offered a free room upgrade based on our needs. Our rooms were kept clean and fresh thanks to the cleaning staff - special shout out to Osta, who ensured we had fresh towels each morning and took out the recycling on request. The kitchens in the apartments are equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans and cleaning agents. All in all we had a wonderful stay at the Citadines Metro Central for the first half of our tripl!

One we were in the premier apartment it was nice and clean. Our check in was frustrating to say the least. Were told our room was not ready and shown 2 rooms.1 was inappropriate for children as the sink was really low and the other we were told to pay for. Apart from the check in it was a nice stay not it did leave a bitter experience as it felt we were being fobbed off at the beginning to have rooms no body wanted.

I enjoyed this property immensely and would definitely stay here again. My phone calls to the lobby were promptly attended too and the staff was courteous and attentive. I especially appreciated one of the evening staff whom I'm sorry I did not catch his name however was from Nigeria. He always greeted me and my daughter with a warm and welcoming smile. The room was clean and spacious for our needs. I only wish the mattress was a little bit softer. The property was convenient to the Metro train as it was right outside and taxi cabs were almost always parked on the street outside of the building which was a huge convenience!

My stay at citadine was amazing! The staff were ever so lovely and kind.
We felt soo welcomed that we wanted to stay longer! The staff went out of their way to provide service. We especially liked Chris and a young Indian gentleman at the reception (you know who you are). We also liked the three men who helped us with out bags (one from Ghana I believe, one Indian and one Egyptian). They are all so nice and we definitely recommend this hotel to everyone as it’s such a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and it is just literally 1 minute away from the metro!

We will definitely will be visiting Citadine Metro Central Hotel again in the following year when we visit again.

I have stayed in this hotel several times in 2017 on business but this stay was extra special. The rooms were so clean ,the house keeper was really impressive. Everyday I had clean crispy fresh sheets.
Breakfast was so fresh and so tasty especial the fresh omlett. I just got back yesterday but I will be soon book another business trip in January.I recommend this hotel 100 percent. I am very fussy but I could not find a fault. The reception staff are so welcoming

An excellent play to stay to explore Dubai. The hotel is literally steps from the metro which links you to most of the hotspots in the City. The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially Nadeem at the reception. He was super helpful and a delight to be around.

Excellent overall experience to say the least!

Initially I booked a studio, which was ok but a bit tight. It has a small kitchente, including an oven and fridge, and it was in the 1st floor... i asked to upgrade and move up, got an amazing one bedroom, had a full kitchen, fridge, oven, and most importantly a washing machine, what an amazing decision. The bedroom was large enough and had a mini walk in closet... i loved it.
The neighbourhood wasnt bad, it was just beside a metro station, there was a super market near by, a pharmacy and a few (not my type) resturants. I had a rented car (from sixt which amazing too) Parking was available all the time, across the street there was a gas station open 24x7 with a Zoom (mini shop), and a few fast food places.
Overall it was extremely excellent, I loved the time spent there, would recommend it for business travellers as well as smaller families!

I was charged 60EUD for \"tourism\" fees which it was strange as 2 months ago I was in Dubai and was not charged any extra fees in the hotel I stayed in!
Room cleaning was badly organised, I would be out all day and at 5 or 6 pm returned to the apartment and cleaning wasent done and then at that time or later they would ring to come and clean which I would say \"leave it for tomorrow (wanted to rest), I even started to call reception to advise them that I was going out they could clean, but would arrive at the end of day and the room would not be cleaned. They dont provide any transportations to the beach or city center as other hotels !
The pool was poor, not even bar service and the size..well no comments !!
The rest no complaints, but lets just say wont be a next choice for me

My only issue was I got harassed by the guy that works by door. He asked if he could help me and I told him no thanks. He then asked where I was going, and keep in mind this was my second night at the hotel. I told him I was going to my room. He then asked if I was visiting or if I was a guest there. I showed him my room key and told him I'm staying at the hotel. He then asked for my room number. This made me uncomfortable as he was holding the elevator door stopping me from going up to my room. I asked if I had done something wrong, he forcefully asked again for my room number. Again, I showed him my key but he would not let me go up without knowing my room number. I will never use the Auris hotel chain again.

Lovely apartments in central location

The room was large and kept clean; situated directly by exit of Internet City metro station so very easy to find from airport. Taxi's readily available outside. Staff very friendly and helpful, booked us onto a desert safari that we loved and would recommend.

BEST DUBAI HOTEL FOR FAMILIES AND VVIP PERSONALS

in 2015, I booked for 3 months to stay in dubai for work, then i extended to live here for around 11 months and a half, this is the best hotel apartment you can find in dubai, location is exactly at metrostation, also they have taxis outside, the rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly especially Cris and Adhars from the night shift, they help you with just a phone call to reseption and everything will be done in minutes.
This stay was for VVIP diplomatic personals came from JORDAN for business trip and they LOVED the hotel and was amazed about it, they wanted another luxuries hotels but i insisted to book for them here,,, and they were very very amazed and even they will come again to this hotel in there next visit soon.
recommend this hotel for me is 1000000/10

BEST HOTEL FOR FAMILIES IN DUBAI

Will, this hotel is my favorite in Dubai, which i live in dubai and this hotel i bring always my family ( father and mother ) to this hotel, why ??? EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. The staff is the 1st thing in the hotel especially \" CRIS \" from the reseption, he is always the superman for the hotel and city, anything you need he will advice you and help you and even make it better for you.
The hotel is very clean and neat, and its recommended for Families as its very desent and you cant find there ( night girls or even something else like many other hotels ).
also \" ADHARS\" from the reseption which i knew him newly he is also a very great guy who helps alot alot ! I JUST LOVE THIS HOTEL

A great week in Dubai

We had an excellent stay at Auris Metro. We booked a medium suite, the size of it was perfect. There isn't much going on in the local area but the hotel is right by the entrance to a metro station, making it really easy to get around. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend it to everyone. Also, the bakery on the ground floor is worth a visit!
