I really liked the location, very convient to get about in taxi, 20_30 minutes journey to alot of places, beaches, the palm, global village, dubai mall. Really enjoyed eating at the Bench Restaurant and Cafe which was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Beds at this hotel were very comfortable, i got a good nite sleep here. Breakfast options where great everyday, especially the mixed veg omelette and the south Indian dishes. Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. But the location of this hotel was the best

Although not in downtown Dubai it is very convenient with plenty of access to public transportation. Expressway is very close for those driving. Our room was clean and comfy, and we used the free underground parking which is a definite plus. Toads Pub in the second floor is great place to unwind after a busy day of roaming around Dubai, especially for Premier League fans.

I had to request change of linens and comforters on day-3. I noticed it was never a new/washed bedsheet. I saw blood spots on day-3.They should always be changing new linens regardless as if a new customer to be using every day. The bath towels had urine and sweat smell on last day of my stay. I complained this to front desk and except for apology nothing else was offered for eg. Some refunds as it was a terrible stay.

Nice 3-star property, family friendly and great breakfast. Rooms are small, but comfortable. It is clean and in good working condition. Taxis are available in front of the hotel throughout the day and evening. One issue we had was that they do not reserve transportation for you to the airport, which created some headache for us as we needed a large vehicle very early in the morning and had some problems contacting a taxi company to reserve a car in advance.

I don't usually bother writing a review, but I had to this time. Really couldn't have asked for any more, the breakfast was one of the best (selection / quantity / quality), the room as generous, everything very modern and the staff bent over backwards for room service, freebies and service

This hotel is a great option for a stay in Dubai. The rooms are large and spotless. Great breakfast, restaurant and rooftop pool a great bonus for the price. Short 15 minute walk to the metro. The biggest plus is the staff really can't do enough for you, nothing is to much trouble. The early check-in option is brilliant and if they can accommodate you they will really try. Hotel located in barsha heights . Little rough lots of call girl flyers scattered around the streets which surprised me.
Still feels safe and is very central . Lots of taxis available . Lots of local restaurants. Seven stones restaurant near by has amazing food and very cheap to eat. No alcohol as not attached to a hotel . But nice authentic food and nice people.

Really enjoyed our stay here as it was not far from anything. Everything was conveniently accessible such as shops, malls, restaurants, money exchange etc. 10- 15 drive to down town/ Burj Kalifa/ Dubai mall. 5-10 minutes to Dubai Marina and Burj al Arab. Highly recommended

The hotel offers excellent value for money, the room and facilities were excellent. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned daily with free bottled water topped up. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the beach etc. On the negative side, the pool is small and often full, beds are limited. The nearest metro is a 10m walk. Taxis are available and most attractions need transport planning. The breakfast is excellent as is the onsite pub. For some reason the hotel had almost 3/4 russian guests. They were certainly rude, breafast was a cattle market, the russians took loads out of the room and literally took full advantage of the buffet. I would recommend but please take time to understand the size of dubai and the travel needed to visit attractions. A great piece of advice, buy 2-3days of the hop on hop off bus as a great form of transport assuming you want to go to the attractions on the routes.

The hotel was very well taken care of. There was a really nice rooftop pool area, and the breakfast was great. The problem I had was the vaping coming through the air ventilation system. I asked to be moved far away from the smoking floors, and the manager was very helpful with this, but at night when everyone was at the hotel, vape came into the room. You could smell it, and I also have allergic reactions to it like ears popping painfully and trouble breathing. This has become a huge problem that hotels need to find a way to deal with. Also, be aware of the beach transfer. It only runs two times in the morning and comes back by 2PM in the afternoon. It also fills up, so they don't make room for all guests to use it or use it at times that are convenient for them. It really should run back and forth from 9AM-5PM.

A nice modern hotel that we chose as it was close to a Metro Station, the marina and the Palm beaches. The hotel also provided free shuttle buses to the beach and a shopping mall.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurant was excellent showing lots of sports and the food and beverage menus were good and reasonably priced.
The only slight niggle was the pool wasn’t very big and appeared crowded with only a few people in it.
