Clean room and fresh bedding every day. Excellent buffet breakfast and service by staff. Made us feel welcomed and appreciated the kindness and hospitality of all the staff members. Wonderful stay & will always keep coming back to this hotel.

My first time in Dubai and I've really enjoyed my stay at First Central Suites. The building is clean, the amenities are decent and having a kitchen/laundry in the room is a huge bonus.

As for the neighbourhood, Al Barsha is nice and has some action going on, but it's only a three minute walk to the metro if you want to go to The Marina or Beach or Downtown, etc. Groceries are nearby along with some nice restaurants and cafes if you're working remote.

Just got back from a stay at First Central. Overall the stay was amazing, all of the staff were friendly, the friendly cleaners, the breakfast team and also the concierge team.

We had a baby and a toddler and they were always great with them and helping us in/out of Taxis. Mark at breakfast was especially great with the kids so thank you from Amelia

The classic King room we had was very spacious and ideal with children, breakfast was always good too.

The hotel suite we got had bedbugs, reported it to the management team but they treated us with disrespect and the customer service was bad. We had to check out right away the moment we found bedbugs. They even refused to reimburse us for checking out early due to bed bugs. They offered to transfer us to a different room but who’s to guarantee the other rooms don’t have bedbugs? It was disgusting. The rooms were so small and it was nothing like advertised on the website or Expedia. The AC barely works, it was suffocating. Worst experience ever.

There was some miscommunication between a few staff members and myself about late check-out procedures (I was given conflicting information by multiple people), but otherwise the staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was exceptionally clean and they take care of every detail when cleaning your room. This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at; I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great position. Short walking distance to the Metro and plenty of supermarkets and reasonably priced restaurants close. The rooms are Aparthotel and our room consisted of a sitting room with two small sofas, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with bath and shower over and a bedroom with a large bed. The kitchen had a two rings and a microwave. There was plates cutlery for two, only one bowl. No glasses which was annoying but we managed. Our kettle was missing one was brought up to our room quickly. The whole hotel is very clean not posh and the staff are very helpful and polite. We had an issue with our safe (which was including in the room at no extra cost) but it was fixed with a smile and good humour. On arrival there's the tourist fee to pay and we were asked to pay a 200 dirum deposit in cash which we didn't have at that time this didn't cause an issue and we weren't hassled for it.
The roof pool is fairly small and there are sunbeds up there; again very clean. The sun doesn't get to all parts of the roof all the day so there is shade which we didn't need as it was February and 30C. Pool was warm with clean changing rooms and a gym and spa which we didn't use.
There are buses to the various shopping Malls and Palm which we didn't need as were visiting a friend. The hotel states on its website that it runs a free bus to the Palm to their beach, this wasn't the case so don't book based on that.
Breakfast was ok but busy.
To sum up we would recommend.

I use the gym every day and it was a nice touch to have a rooftop pool. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in dubai. The food options around were really good and lots of markets next door

This is the fifth time I book in this hotel. It is beautiful, comfortable and well serviced. It is clean and the room has a washing machine, a microwave and a heating surface for cooking and heating. It's a small whole house, with all the basics plus great service. A small note only the room needs to renew the sofa set in the rooms has become a little degraded

This hotel goes above and beyond for you. Two hours before I was about to fly home, I noticed I lost my phone at the hotel. The hotel porter ordered a taxi and asked the taxi driver to return the phone to me at the airport. He helped me so much! Without my phone, I would have no COVID documents and was therefore not able to fly back! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable but overall in poor condition. The hotel as a whole is quite dated. We also had no hot water for the majority of our stay. However, the service was good overall and the staff friendly. I would not recommend the breakfast at all. Do yourself a favour and go to the Costa across the road (or literally anywhere else) for breakfast instead.

Quick Dubai trip

Fantastic stay once again. And this time a wonderful upgrade. The hotel is walking distance from the Dubai Metro with nearby shops for necessities and restaurants to fill you up. The pool is clean and and good. I had issues with my AC, and maintenance was just a call away. The room and bathroom is clean and spacious. The suites is a great place of having hotel and self catering in one go. Will definitely visit again

Hotel was covered in dust. Poor cleaning and hygiene. My girlfriend found an spider. After moving to another room she got bitten by another spider. We complained with the useless manager. They offered only one night refund and didn't want to take responsibility for the dirty rooms with spiders. Don't book with this hotel!!

stolen property 1500$ worth from room

Really bad attitude after my 800$ winter coat and two business coats were stolen from room most likely form the cleaning personnel. Reported it there to management - they didn’t do absolutely anything to resolve this problem and or at least look at ten cameras and offer to replace my clothes. This happened while I was out of the room inside it! Extremely devastating and disappointing attitude - will jog recommend staying there . Hotel has no regard to solve problems of their guests. Losing money off stolen property from room is absolutely unacceptable and the hotel not doing anything about makes it even worse.

Visited Dubai for the second time. Stayed longer this time round. Plenty to do (stating the obvious). Hotel is located in a decent area although you do have to travel. Not far away from the Palm Island, Jumeirah beach and was as well as the malls. Get a great view of the twin towers opposite the Hotel. Hotel has a nice front garden where you can sit and relax. The gym was great and had a great view of the skyline.

Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly. Was neat and tidy. Only couple of disappointments were that the room didn't have a balcony, had one room on the 29th floor and a balcony would've been amazing especially at night. The other slight disappointed tent was that the roof top pool and seating area closed at 7pm. Went to a few Hotels around us and they were open late. Would've been a great Photo to have at night on the roof top which is a shame. Other than these 2 points, I guess it depends on you preference. I'd still recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay and be out most of the time, also for the garden outside.

I booked this hotel as got a very good price compared to other hotels. However when I got there I understood why. The hotel needs refurbishment the rooms are quite old and not in a great condition. There was not even enough light in the room so they had to bring us a huge lamp. Some of the plugs in the room were also not working and we ask to get them fix however no one did over the duration of our stay. Breakfast was quite average with a small selection but was the same everyday. We had lunch one day in the restaurant and I got my salad 20 min before my friend also my chips came after I finished my salad. We complained about this however we only received an apology. When we left the hotel staff was nice and gave us a vip membership for our next stay which I politely accepted however i’m 100% sure I won’t come back. This hotel should have 3*. I stayed at then hotel next to it which was 4* also and it was sooo much better.

Stayed at the First Central Hotel Suites in Barsha Heights area on a recent business trip. This hotel is well appointed and very efficient in terms of service. The rooms are a bit dimly lit though and the breakfast is a tad expensive considering the spread. But overall a good experience and would certainly go back there. If you don’t want to eat at the hotel, there are any dining options available nearby. Tip: If you have booked the hotel thru a travel portal and taken the option without breakfast, pay for the breakfast at the reception, it’s cheaper than paying at the restaurant.

I arrived early to the hotel was advised I couldn’t check in early unless I paid the same amount as it already cost me for the room

Then they advised there are no rooms but I said I would pay the extra day they automatically found a room lyers

There was another guest who was swearing and willing to fight the staff because of something that happened during there stay

They valey parking only for people who they think are important

When I left I mentioned this to the staff they advised they could valey Park if I wanted to stay longer advised no thank you as I asked in the morning when I arrived

When I finally got my room was dirty smelt I couldn’t bother complain as I was tired and couldn’t see a resolution considering I booked another hotel across the road for the next day instead

I travel a lot in hotels but this was bad service for a dubai hotel I wouldn’t give it 4 star’s

Convenient for all areas via metro and taxi. Metro station a few minutes walk. All staff friendly and helpful. Rooms of a good size, comfortable and well equipped. It was clean and well maintained during our stay by Imran who was always available to help. We only had one meal at the restaurant which was good quality and excellent value. The rooftop pool was pleasant and warm but with limited seating area. There were restaurants and a supermarket close by. We will definitely return as it was very good value.

The hotel is quite close to very important spots, so a taxi drive anywhere there would cost you about $10 to $15, which we consider not to be much in such a city.

The concierge is also very helpful and the hotel does provide a shuttle service (that needs to be booked in advance) to the beach and emirates mall, which is good. The location is slightly far from the main city centre of Dubai and some taxi drivers have not heard of it so we had to explain the location to them in detail. I had requested a twin bed via expedia but was given a double bed so just be careful when booking.
