The staff were exceptionally nice except for on one occasion. The man running the breakfast was awesome. The breakfast itself was average. Our room was very nice but maybe a slight bit dated. The location is pretty good for Metro access.

We booked a three bedroom deluxe apartment for a 7 night stay, going along with the reviews and photos we saw online. We were given Apartment number 1114. The moment we stepped into the apartment, we were hit with a musty smell and a dilapidated look. The apartment was so rundown, dusty with dirty furniture and carpets, and the kitchen was falling apart and was disgustingly old. The dishwasher could not be closed properly and was leaking the kitchen floor after each use The detergent drawer of the washing machine was broken. There were cockroaches running around the kitchen on more than two separate days. There was not enough crockery enough for our 6 people group. Only two teaspoons and two mugs were there. The bathrooms were so small and so old with no shower cubicles. They were bathtubs with shower curtains. Immediately after checking into the apartment we complained to the front desk staff requesting another apartment, but the request was ignored. On the positive side, the apartment was cleaned daily and there was a decent breakfast though it was the same food everyday. The swimming pool was clean. The lobby/common areas looked nice which was deceptive when compared with the room we were given. It cannot be rated 4 star at all, more like 1 star. Would never recommend to anyone. Terrible and disappointing experience. Never looked a bit like the photos online on their website.

this is my second stay at Time Oak, i was offered room upgrade at this time and the room was fantastic and very large, thanks for the hotel management for their generosity. Time Oak is a great hotel located in quite and nice area, staff is very friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was amazing.

Lovely stay, the hotel is lovely and clean the staff are really helpful and friendly. The pool is heated, the gym has everything you want. The only thing I would say is when booking on this app even though I stated there was 2 adults and one child and no where to state I need an extra bed so I assumed it was within the price which actually it wasn’t. The rooms are a little dated but that didn’t concern us, all in all a good stay.

The hotel is a dry hotel, so no alcohol is served. Not a big deal but that isn’t forthcoming in their advertising and if you like a beer after work or a day out you’ll need to go out for that.
My apartment had a strong smell of Indian food for about a week, from the previous guests. The ceiling on the kitchen was leaking and some of the paint was falling on to the floor.
The sofas had clear and multiple grease marks on them where they hadn’t been cleaned for some time and the apartment itself is well overdue for a makeover.
Breakfast was ok and again the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The pool is nice.

We had an amazing three nights at time oak. The staff were brillaint and very friendly. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and the staff went over and above to make our few precious days amazing.
The hotel is a great location just 5 mins from the metro and easy access to the major sites.
The rooms are huge but could do with a refresh however you have everything you need.
The breakfast is great with lots of fresh choice.

Very nice hotel this is our third visit the last time being 2017 and it was still lovely! Polite and friendly staff clean rooms lots of free toiletries and towelling robe to use Pool was also very nice and quite in the evening .

The area out side the hotel is getting a bit shabby and too many cards advertising massage services strewn around the area which was disappointing especially with children around but very near the Metro and The Greens so a good placement.

Customer service was amazing. Whenever we needed anything staff always helped us find things. Also requested taxis for us whenever needed. The location was perfect to stay and everything were nearby. There were 24-hour open restaurants and grocery stores nearby if anything was needed.

Hotel looks brand new from out side, but it is pretty old inside, all equipment and things need a change, right from their elevator to carpet in the corridors to beds, pillows, chairs and sofas in the room. They need better staff in their Janitorial department. These guys don't even know how to clean coffee cups in the room, I took pictures of how dirty the cups were, but too gross to attach them here.
It takes whole day to wait at the elevators, one was always out of service during my entire stay, another one for guests & service lift were working, but they move at a snail's pace. You would rather take steps, if it were lower floors.
I don't know, by what standards they are a \"4 Star Hotel\", they are a Hotel Apartments and nothing in this hotel deserves to be a \"4 star\".

I stayed at this hotel during Covid-19. Me & my Fiance were stuck in Dubai. This hotel is AMAZING! The staff that work here are wonderful! There was a lady by the name of Doreen that works here. She did everything possible to make sure we were ok for our entire stay. She went above & beyond at making sure the guest were well taken care of. I have visited several hotels around the world but I have never been to a hotel like this. The staff here takes hospitality to a different level. They don't treat like a guest that's just staying in another hotel. They treat you like family. You definatly know that you are wanted & welcomed there everytime you see them. I will not go to another hotel. When it comes to a hotel in Dubai i will always go to the Time Oak & Suites Hotel in Al Barsha heights,

This hotel is a great find. Location wise, it is good if you have a hire car, or budget for using a taxi, even though some shuttle buses are offered daily by the hotel to locations. Apart from that , the hotel is top notch. Great clean and high quality rooms, and the pool is huge, and fitness facilities. The hotel is a dry hotel though, no alcohol served etc, but there is a large Shisha bar with sports showing. Nice good vibe hotel. Great service too. Would definitely stay there again. WiFi a little slow in the room though.

The property is centrally located near the Palm Jumeira entrance and has access to shopping as well as walkable: parking is adequate, the suites failry spacious and elaborate with many eateries nearby. With a little more attention to the room upholstery I could give it 5 stars.

Thank you for a easy check in and free upgrade to a massive suite room. Much appreciated! House keeping were fantastic. Only disappointing thing is the hotel doesn’t have a licencesed bar but does have several restaurants. 10 min walk to the metro which is handy.

Excellent service and staff dealt with all requests promptly and with a smile. The hotel rooms are very dated and the rooms need a massive make over. There were grubby marks on the wall and a terrible aging smell you get from a very old building. The hot water button needs to be used to access hot water and the flow of the water is very poor. Water wasn’t very hot. The curtaiba, carpet and shower curtain need a deep clean. Was surprised to see a bath with a shower curtain. I paid £150 to stay at this hotel for one night on the 30 December 2018. Definitely not worth the money. In saying this the cafe and restaurant is decorated to a very high standard.

I ALWAYS STAY AT TIME OAK WHEN I AM IN DUBAI. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD ON THIS VISIT WAS THAT WHEN I ORDERED A BANANA MILKSHAKE IT WAS SERVED IN A TINY PLASTIC CUP FOR 25DHS, AND THERE WAS MORE LEFT IN THE JUG THAN THERE WAS IN MY CUP. I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE A BIGGER CUP AND WAS TOLD NO. I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE THE REST OF THE JUG CONTENTS IN ANOTHER CUP AS I HAD PAID FOR IT, AND WAS TOLD NO, THE STAFF WOULD DRINK IT!

The worst room service ever. Food tasteless and you have to calll at least 7 times for anyone to respond... they order with an order that’s different from your request. You pay 20 dollars for two eggs!!!!

Very warm welcome on arrival , room very nice with kitchen we asked for a suite and it was a good size with tea coffee and water replaced daily, also had bathrobe and slippers all very clean we were on the 14th floor and had lovely views from the balcony . Hotel staff polite and very accommodating ! Facilities ie Pool and Gym well kept. All in all a lovely stay.

Best thing about this hotel is the pool, although there are limited lounge chairs that fill up fast. Another perk is having the metro within walking distance. The condition of the rooms was disappointing. Upon check-in our first room was unclean and had been smoked in. The room we ended up staying in hadn't been thoroughly cleaned either (e.g. fingerprints on the mirrors). The couch was old and uncomfortable, the kitchen sink leaked, the master washroom has only one sink and one day the hot water coming out of the faucet was brown, and the towels are very scratchy. In summary: most of the staff was very nice, price was decent, location was good, but the rooms leave something to be desired.

My experience checking- in was horrible! I booked my room and paid through hotels dot com and my credit card was charged. Upon checking- in Paul, who was exceptionally rude, insisted that room was not paid and wanted to charge my card again ! His colleague at reception explained that room is paid already, but with the worst attitude i've seen by check- in staff in a Dubai hotel, he insisted on not checking me in ! His colleague had to take over and complete the process herself.. at least she was decent and apologized for the \"inconvenience\"

Great experience - bang for your buck
This was a great accommodations choice that met our needs on virtually every front. The three-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and exactly what we needed for our two-week stay in Dubai. The one suggestion I would make would be for the hotel to provide more utensils for cooking. While the quality and quantity of dinnerware was more than sufficient, we often struggled in preparing food with limited access to pots, frying pans, and the like. The location of the hotel was also quite satisfactory, with plenty of dining and entertainment options relatively close by. Finally, we were more than happy with the treatment by staff who most often went out of their way to ensure we had a great trip. Overall, an excellent travel experience that met all our needs.

They don't allow early check in. We had tobwait for 5 hours before they allowed the check in. The lady satff is too irritating. Overall the stay was okay and fine. Room are nice and spacious bathroom is little small. Close to metro station and the two malls. My suggestion would be go for a hotel near mall of Emirates rather than this location.
