Had everything we needed in the rooms, they were cleaned well, room service was good. Had issues with the balcony doors which made a lot of noise when it was windy, they could do with replacement. Also there was a horrible drain smell coming from the luggage room.

If your idea of a good time is someone blowing cigarette smoke in your face and waiting a century to ride a packed elevator then this is your place. The property conditions were not good, apartments had a kitchen but without any stove or utensils, a waste of space. It was not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It was very comfortable , clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable, there was ample closet space and storage, and the views from all 3 terraces were spectacular. We were close to many attractions and locations and there is a convenient food strip about 2 blocks away. Staff was friendly.

Staff are kind and very helpful. However,, Aminities do need renovation, Small things like room water kettle, shower heads are rusty which was unpleasant experience for me.

Facility does not offer plastic bottled water and they offer refilled glass bottle. To me that is not preferable due to hygiene concerns and water source safety.

I took the 2 bedroom suite with city view. It was better than expected. It was upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite with sea view. I loved both suites. The view is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious. The staff is nice and polite. The staff is available 24/7 (housekeeping, room service, …). I dealt with a manager named Mina. He offered an excellent service and made sure I had everything I needed. He even sent me a birthday cake. You will not be disappointed. This hotel is great. It’s a minute from the metro. I definitely recommend. I really enjoyed staying there.

**Long story short worst hotel i have ever stayed.. DONT STAY HERE*** the only good thing about this is that the train station is literally infront of the hotel, other than that the hotel picture are totally deceiving, the rooms are old, the carpets have stains everywhere, covid protocols? Forget about it! My check in experience was the WORST! Ian from the reception and Ahmed the duty manager have ZERO customer service skills. They are rude, not polite and ruined my first day I arrived. The hotel has hidden fees not provided to expedia, you have to pay upon arrival AND the breakfast hours hours absolutely wrong. They say it is served until 11am on expedia and on THEIR BOOK that they put in each room, however when I got there they said it was until 10:30am. There are hundreds of hotels were you can stay instead. Dont waste your money!!! Horrible hotel and horrible staff IAN AND AHMED SUCK!!!

We stayed in the two bedroom suite for a night and the hotel is just old unrefurbished - old mangled towels and bathtub floors you won’t put your kids in. In Dubai for the same price you get much much better conditions and service. I do not recommend it.

Consider this propif your traveling on a budget, checking in and out is nightmare. It took me an hour almost to get my room keys and another hour just to drop off the keys. The only good thing was the next door market and the Starbucks located in the lobby.

My room again is of good quality. It seems too be an older building but the hotel does a good job of keeping the room at a high standard.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself had a lot of options inside the hotel and the staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is the biggest bonus, it is next to a metro station and also ideally located near to many attractions.

This was my second stay here. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. I choose this hotel because of it's Metro access right out front of the building. It's a central location along the Metro line makes it an ideal to get around using Dubai's metro system. During the ten days I spent here, my transportation costs using the Metro system was only about $25 USD.

Room 3226 (12/24/2021 to 1/2/2022)- bathroom leaks, in daily basis, had to call to request towels and toilet paper. At the restaurant, they told us the price of the meal instead of getting us a place, and buffet was cold!!! Food was heated in microwave! Not to mention Mr. Mizan failed to make the Covid PCR test appointment; however, he confirmed it was set for 4am. Cannot express the uncertainty of not having PCR for my trip. Results arrived 3 hrs prior to departure hour.

Worst part, even the Manager ever accepted their failure. Very poor service. Would not return.

The best thing about this hotel is probably the location : 5 minutes by feet to the metro, that brings you to the Burj Khalifa in 16 minutes, and to the Expo 2020 in /- 25 minutes. The room is really spacious and recently build/renovated. The city view is also great (I was on 33rd floor) ! I really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool & jacuzzi on 8th floor as well :) Water was warm all day long when I was there (December 2021). The team at the reception were always nice. Wifi was super fast in the room as well. Overall : I highly recommend the place, go for it !
In the other hand, I also got to mention that the sound isolation of the main door could be a bit better, as I could hear the noise from the hall. The water in the bath was never really warm enough, don't know why :( There was always a queue at the reception. The people are very kind, but every time you go there you have to wait for ages unfortunately :(

The lack of maintenance has dropped the level of this Hotel from its days as the Gloria which was a very good three star to now as a poor two star. The staff keep a friendly face and try to do thier best but it is obvious that the whole hotel is lacking in any replacement or repair for any items that are not working or working poorly.

Beware of the ‘mart’ on the ground floor that does not post any prices, because as I was told ‘the prices here are different than outside’ - I do not mind, but posting sales price is a consumer right to be informed correctly and I asked at the reception to inform the hotel management because in my opinion they should care about their guest also in the matter if a place they rent out

me and 2 children stayed at 1-bed room apartment on the 13th floor, Hotel location was perfect, just a few meters walk to the metro station. we asked for extra blankets and they thankfully provide. The small kid's pool allows me to enjoy swimming alone without my kid's hassle. On the other hand, the room was not clean ... dust was in the cabinet shelfs and bedside tables, the kettle in the kitchen was yaki and water came with impurities :S it seems that someone used it earlier for other purposes. The blankets were dirty with yellow spots.

My checking experience was somewhat slow and the 1st room was a shamble on Xmas eve, then we got moved to another room next day which was slightly better than the first room. Not much of a sea view as our rooms where just above an aluminum roof and we saw people (guest from their room) climbing out their balcony to see the fireworks which I thought was reckless and dangerous. The kitchen was spacious enough to cook but the gas stove proved hard to operate with so many switches in order to turn the gas stove on! I always had to ask my husband to help out and 1 button was too high to reach. (The kitchen is outdated and has a musky smell)!
Comfy bed and pillows for a nice sleep. The bathroom shower needs to be faced opposite as the towels were hard to reach deep inside the bath cubicle and shower screen doors were hard to close when showering as their is no door handle inside. Pool is nice and you can see the Burj Al Arab, you must bring your room towel as they don’t provide. Housekeeping was good always cleaned and replenished the amenities. Very close walking distance to internet city metro so that was the reason we stayed here.

I took time to use the gym this time around. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the gym.

I was also able to utilise the dining (Noodle House) and cafe services (Grande Cafe) this time around. Also good services!

The floor I was on did have guests who gathered and kept their doors opened during the gathering. Though it was not too disruptive as I was in my company office for most of the time.

The hallways were a bit warm and stuffy compared to my room. I would have thought the halls and elevators could have been more comfortable.

They forgot to clean our room the first day so when we arrived at 11pm from the mall to a dirty apartment we called them and they took their sweet time to send someone to clean. The kids were already tired and cranky and just wanted to sleep. There was a dead cockroach on the floor in the main bedroom the first night we arrived and was still there the secone night in our return from the mall. They didn't offer anything in compensation. Throughout the stay the cleaning service was horrible. The dishes in the kicthen smelled like egg after they washed them. The towels in the bathrooms were stinking throughout the stay. We loved it when it was Gloria. We will not be returning.

Nice property, unfortunately do not look at reservation notes on reservation. Booked a King, expect a King, not a twin. Was upgrade to a Two Bedroom Apartment, rather than offer a comp breakfast for 1 morning. Their choice.

Once you check out don’t expect a shower room before heading to the airport. How a shower at the pool is their suggestion.
