I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt taken care of.
The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the amenities were thoughtful, and everything I needed was easily available. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and unwind.
The location was perfect, making it convenient to explore the area while still offering a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The hotel was okay looks just as pictures the only issue I had was housekeeping they wake you up in the morning everyday and if you dont answer the door they’ll walk in on you and start cleaning without you’re consent I didn’t have much privacy even if I told them Im okay they’ll come back again, I told front desk and housekeeping still continue on coming in the room while Im sleeping

Warning - dry hotel! Awful breakfast and service

I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if it was clear in advertising that it is a DRY hotel - no alcohol is served here so you’d need to bring your own. This makes the pool and lounge areas completely different experiences and the only place you can typically access bars are within hotels meaning you have to leave yours to go to another one.

Room stank of sewage although it was an apparent upgrade. Service is slow in general, there is no taxi staff at the front door to assist.

At the pool, no one looks over or approaches you to take your order. Food and even a cold drink takes 20minutes at a minimum (I waited at the bar for a coke they had on the shelf behind them for 20mins as they told me to sit and they’d bring it). In 35 degree heat, all drinks should be kept chilled in a fridge surely. Our lunch plates/empty drinks weren’t cleared for an hour until I had to ask for them to do so when I got out the pool (even if staff are just standing around chatting).

Food is generally abysmal - pizza served was from frozen and the breakfast options are really limited (a member of staff even advised against it).

Pro- Samir at front desk was lovely.

This was a HORRIBLE hotel. There seems to be a horrible smell in all the rooms. The smell off mold. It’s even in the hallways. They took us to 3 rooms until we got to a room that the less amount t of smell. And we talked to others and they all complained about the same thing. They know this is a issue and they are doing nothing to fix the problem. The service at the pool is horrible. The life guard hardly watches the kids in the pool. Unlike all the other hotels we have been too. Food is horrible and super expensive. I wouldn’t stay here again . The only good thing good about this hotel is location .

At 3:00am, the shower head in the bathroom started leaking loudly on the day I was to travel in the early morning. The hotel sent maintenance and then was out of hot water. Was very disruptive to my sleep and travels. Expected much more out of the Millennium. Unfortunate.

This is an average hotel with decent amenities. However we had a few issues. We had to push and push to get our room cleaned daily and there was reluctance and delay. Also you don’t get that generosity and hospitality feeling that you get in some other Dubai hotels esp the Palm Jumeirah hotels.

The property was clean, but please make sure you get what you pay for it. I made the reservation for a suite, and when I arrived the person who was checking me in was about to give me two single rooms next to each other and supposedly as an upgrade. Luckily one of the rooms wasn’t ready so they ended up giving me the suite.

A good hotel overall. Some pros are the large rooms, breakfast, views from the sky rooms and the concierge service staff (Fahad who was very helpful). On the downside some cons were the fulfillment of special request and mean towel staff at the pool. We booked 2 rooms and requested them to be close to each other (as we had kids) but they ended up being on different floors. We paid extra at hotel to upgrade rooms so they could be at least on the same floor. So don't always expect special request to be fulfilled. Regardless this is a good and a typical 4 star hotel.

At the reception , the check in person says the room is an upgrade ( 1211) so I say thank you. It’s NOT an upgrade , it’s noisy and next to the service shaft. Why say it is an upgrade ? I did not like the hotel and won’t stay there again.

Property overall was nice however I did request a balcony before arrival and a smoking room however this was not taken into account and disregarded as the hotel messaged me the day before arrival to also check on my preferences, which I confirmed to them even before this. Toilet was completely not what I expected, from the pictures shown it was unrecognisable, and when I asked if the room could be changed nothing was done. The staff for cleaning and food etc were perfect so massive thank you to them. The final issue I have is the concierge is completely pointless at this property, you ask for a taxi and then get told go outside and wait or that they will get one arranged and then nothing happens, on one occasion I was told I needed to walk further outside the hotel to usher a taxi and told waiting outside the main entrance was not going to work. I was also told that it was too busy and nothing could be done one evening, but I then used the Careem App and got one arranged in 5 mins. The last time I stayed in Dubai my previous hotel was always ready when I came outside with a taxi, to the point where the concierge took my number and told me to message whenever I needed, this helped my experience massively. Other than that, my experience was nice and I would stay again but but perhaps in a different room so long as it was as advertised and the concierge actually helps.

Super clean! They cleaned our room even when we left later on. Staff is very polite and we’re able to check in and check out smoothly. Location, very close to attraction! Pillows could be a little better, but huge beds!

Also ask for a non smoking room, our room had a strong smell and I’m assuming it’s because we didn’t confirm which kind of room we wanted.

When we checked in at 03:30 in the morning there were only my friend and I. We had booked Superior King Rooms and we were told we were being upgraded but I believe they had given our rooms away and we were given two apartment rooms with single beds. I had the chance to book these rooms before as they were cheaper than hotel rooms. I wanted a room with a double/king bed and went to reception in the morning to complain but was told hotel was full. I had informed the hotel that we’d be checking in late. I was disappointed with not receiving the room I’d payed for.

The guest experience manager, Ritika Snehy Singh, was extremely sweet and helpful at all times even offering help when she wasn’t working on the property

When I couldn’t access the Internet the IT engineer was called on his personal cell phone and corrected the problem after he was home already at a late hour in the evening.

The housekeeping in this hotel was better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. I i’ve stayed in about 500 hotels in 40 countries i am very organized and clean and left my room clean every day on my outings. When I came back it was more organized and more clean than I’ve ever seen my room even in my home after the maid has attended to the property for five hours. Amazing!

The i’m service has an app that allows you to make comments about every single item you order to specify the exact way you want it. After you place the order they call you to ensure that the order is completed exactly the way you want it

I tried the studio apartment with the full kitchen and it was great. It had a stove, a full-size refrigerator like in your home, huge closet and a dining room table to eat at with plenty of space for sleeping and dining

All in all this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The price of the room at this time was $92 per night it was worth more than $250 USD

I would highly recommend this property for short and long-term stay

The rooms were really great, nice and modern, and the staff was really kind and helpful. The property has valet available for free so that was a plus. Only issue we had with our room is that there was a weird smell in our bathroom - not sure if there was something wrong with one of the pipes - and our room was right next to the elevators so we could hear the elevators going up and down in our bathroom. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Quite good - got what i expected

Quite central in Dubai, the location is about 1.5km or 15 minute walk to the train which goes to burk Khalifa and other locations, the walk to the train is not fully completed yet though. Valet parking only. Is a busy hotel, but the staff cant be faulted for their friendliness and help. 6 elevators but around peak times you would need more as we had to travel to the top just to get back down. The balcony view gives a nice scope of the area but the area is still being built up. Room/Hotel was kept very clean, breakfast addded to the room while booking looks expensive but the food had a good selection and is buffet style.
