Location:on a main road. 15 minute walk from Insurance Market Metro Station. Easy to get around Dubai from this station.
Clean hotel, with small cafe at reception and a Mediterranean theme restaurant with opening for breakfast and lunch.
Housekeeping and maintenance need to up their game here.
Housekeeping: the iron in my room had a broken plug with wires exposed! Asked for a replacement, that too had a broken plug! When I pointed this out, the answer was, oh yes, customers break them!! Hello??! check before you delivery!!!!!
Maintenance: the shower / sink in the room had only lukewarm water come through, the maintenance guy came and ran the water for 10 minutes and said it’s better, it was not! I was then given some rubbish about circulation of water and to just run the water for 10 minutes every time!! NOT eco friendly!! When asked if other rooms had this issue, he said only some not all! I had to leave but told them it needed fixing by the time I came back. In the evening the same issue was there and the next maintenance man gave me the same nonsense! Upon complaining, I was moved to another room. The water was hot in this one, however the shower head would not stay in its holder , as the holder was broken! Another complaint and it was fixed later in the day. These incidents spoil an otherwise reasonable hotel.
Would I stay here again, yes if a bit more due care and attention is given to the general upkeep of the rooms.

Stayed there for more than a week, all in all it was a great option and value for the money. The amenities were great - the pool and the gym especially.
Only issue is that it’s not sound proof so you can hear your neighbors when they’re noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper or get bothered by noise next door then you have to hope to have good neighbors.

I booked my stay on the day I needed it after having to cancel a previous booking I made through another popular booking platform after just one night when it turned out to be awful. I was allowed to check in early which honestly was such a lifesaver after not sleeping at all the night before.

I booked the hotel because of it's very good reviews but even then it still exceeded my expectations in all areas, it was really such a pleasant and faultless stay.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels from budget to luxury and can honestly say this is one of the best value for money that I've stayed in.

The location is perfect. It is close to all shops and restaurants. Easy access to public transport and taxis. I have booked two rooms. One of the room was for my family who has arrived earlier. The hotel itself is quite good and the facilities are nice to stay at. The nearest metro station mashreq is 10 mins away.

What was a major let down was the staff- my room was not serviced and the staff couldn’t fix the issue and had no answer to why it was left in that state.
