The staff were helpful, and I sincerely thank them for that. Issue is noise from the nightclub. I moved from 3rd floor to 5th floor and was still woken up around 1pm and could not get to sleep each evening.

You really need to avoid this hotel.

There is a night club and most of nights i wasn’t able to sleep because of the noise. The party everywhere ends at 3 am but at this hotel stays until 4 am. I don’t know people with kids what they do!! And because of the night club there are so many people staying at the front door and waiting for girls to go out and it was very annoying for girls.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Insurance Market and Mall of the Emirates metro stations. There is a club inside the hotel, so it can be lively at night, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting me with a room change

Door didn’t lock, chain lock was broke, bathroom was stained on toilet seat and in tub. There was a party both nights with very loud music until 4am and I couldn’t sleep despite the fact I had in ear plugs and my head sandwiched between two pillows.

Perfect for partying until 4am

This hotel should warn guests that they will hear the nightclub until 4am in the morning.

When I checked in, I asked if the hotel had a quiet bar, the receptionist politely laughed and indicated that they didn't but they did have a nightclub and that is why they put me on for 3rd floor (nightclub on the 1st floor)

I was tired after a busy week and I just wanted to sleep. The music didn't stop until around 4am. The guidesheet in the room under the table glass indicated the night club closed at 3am, but I think it stayed open until 4am.

I made the reception aware of my complaint when checking out and they show some sympathy, but it was clear nothing was going to get done about this. I suggested that wlthey must get many complaints about this and they agreed, but clearly this is in issue that will not be going away.

This hotel is clearly designed for those who want to party all night and if that's what you're looking for, I recommend it.

I however, like to sleep when I stay in a hotel, so this wasn't for me.

The signature hotel marina and barsha heights are however excellent.

I'm sure many people get mixed up due to two of the hotels sounding very similar 'barsha' and 'barsha heights' are different hotels, might be mixed up often.

This place was absolutely terrible! They had a club bumping my walls all night every night, I couldn’t get any sleep. They had me calling them everyday for fresh towels because they had none ready at the time of room cleaning. It had an Oder in the halls and the non smoking room I was in reeked of smoke! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy it was “THAT BAD!”

Best value in Dubai!

Signature Hotel Al Barsha is a gem. They treat their guests with dignity and respect and are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is not a luxury hotel by any means, but for the price it feels like it. The room I had was clean and well equipped and the air freshener they used was divine (I even wanted to find out what they used so I could take some home with me!). If you are looking for a good value in Dubai, this is it. You won't regret it!

This is a great hotel which is walking distance to the mall of Emirates and the metro station which can take you all over Dubai. It also has a night life with 2 night clubs on the 1st floor. Good music and drinks available. The staff at this hotel are amazing and the cleaning staff really cleaned my room well. They go above and beyond at this hotel to make you feel welcome and at home. Hotel was very good. Ahmed at the reception was very accomodating and quickly got me a room. The room was big and roomy. air conditioner worked well. Internet was fast. Room could use more lighting. Only bath towels were provided. Hand towels had to be asked for. Would definitely stay again. For the money was an excellent value. walking distance to Mall of the Emirates or Metro station.

The location was good. Quick walk into Mall of Emirates and easy to get to Mashreq or MoE Metro station. Great nightclub on the first floor, which you can hear up to the 4th floor where I was staying. I visited them at 3:50am asking if they could turn the music down. The very large bouncers were apologetic but said that the disco closed at 4am and to be fair the music did stop just after 4, sadly perhaps for those who were enjoying the club.

There was no proper service at all... specially at night, noone answers the call in reception and room service... i ordered food but i dont know why my food wasn't came to my room... i waited for 2 hours and then went to reception because no1 is answering the call and the people in reception are nicely talking and chatting... and i even requested for birthday decorations and a wine in room for arrival but it wasnt there and spoiled all my surprise i was supposed to give my loved one... this was my second stay and was very disappointing....

nice hotel, very well maintained. the housekeeping is great. rooms / lobby and everywhere else in the hotel is clean. location is awesome. 5mins walk away from Mall of Emirates and two metro stations. Grocery market, ohaaxy, restaurants are a minute walk away. sufficient parking and smart tv available with apps like Prime, Youtube etc. comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
few points, however, one must keep in mind are: there’s probably a nightclub in the hotel and if you’re a light sleeper, chances are you’d need some white noise or ear plugs to sleep. that might help with reducing the music noise but you’d still feel slight vibrations till the club closes at 4am. Another point is the bathroom floor tiles could be very slippery while coming out of tub/shower and they dont have any mat etc there so watch out if you’re with seniors or little kids so they dont slip.

We booked 2 nights, looks like there is a nightclub in the hotel and It was a very loud noise untill 3:30am every night!!! :(((

The hotel charge a deposit of 100 on credit card and give you cash back after they check your room on checkout.

Breakfast was a basic , not like Holidayinn, next door, which we stayed 3 weeks before and was fully booked on new dates.

I was disappointed with the hotel. The Staff was great and so was the management, however, for the price I was expecting a bit more.
There was no hot water coming in the shower, just luke warm. There was mold in the tub, it was an old tub repainted. I did not bother complaining with the management, not much they would have done.

The WIFI signal in the room was really poor, it would keep disconnecting.
The restaurant Beez advertised on the hotel page as Russian Cuisine is actually Thai.
Only convenience is close proximity to Mall of Emirates.

During my arrival to signature hotel I travel from the US to Dubai, when arriving I was told that a room that I paid for was no longer available they had no rooms and that I shouldn’t of not had use the American app to book the room. I had to find a place to stay while I visited I was not refunded my money I am currently today still waiting for my money to be refunded to me. As I waited to see where else I can go, I noticed it was six other people that arrived after booking a room that had paid and found out that they did not have rooms. The manager yelled out to get your money back from the American app. The manager kept telling us to stop booking rooms from American app or website. He also became very conflictual with a Dubai resident that also book the hotel, there are threats saying that he will be back because they took his money. I do not recommend this hotel as a stay for anyone that is traveling there to Dubai he has made it very clear is the manager there that he does not like American people or anyone from other places he was not professional at all, And if you would like to keep your peace I recommend you to book a hotel at another hotel not at signature.

Really it was a bad experience that i faced started with the guy who was in reservation Mahmoud he was so rude with me over the phone he was acting like he's giving me favor and he had an issues with Hotels.com so involved me with all details after then he threatened me to charge me the reservation that hotels. Com amended to me without charges and when i asked to speak with manager he informed me that he's manger and there was no one except him with a very bad way..
Really it's the worst situation ever i met, i will not come back again to this hotel also a will not recommend to anyone.

though not perfect, overall im happy with my stay in Signature Hotel Al Barsha. you feel secured as you need your pass before you manage to go to the floor where you stay.

the staffs are courteous (front desk are good in doing their job however would appreciate if being more welcoming by asking simple questions like how's your day - building rapport with the guest is lacking).

i really appreciate being upgraded into a deluxe room. it is really beautiful and spacious! my favorite part is the wardrobe area - ambiance is luxurious!

the only thing i don't like is the bath tub - the way it was constructed is unacceptable - the sealant on the edge of the tub connected to the glass isn't flawlessly done. and when u are standing on the middle part of the tub, you can feel that it is sinking. and during my first two nights, something bit me twice on the bed. i dont know what it is hut thank God it stopped. there is also a weird smell when you are in the toilet - even if it has been cleaned very well - smells like someone is smoking- I'm not pretty sure if this is coming from the next room.

however Kisan has been a pleasant surprise because it's very rare for a room attendant to be more of a conversationalist, friendly and warm. he made sure that everything i need is being taken care of (water, toiletries). very good in tidying up the room. but in times of social distancing, he needs to remind himself so the guest doesn't feel awkward.

Hotel is located conveniently near the metro station and Mall of the Emirates. Check-in was fast, although they have given us a smoking room without confirming it. We called and it was actioned right away and we were given a non-smoking room. The room is very nice and the bed is comfortable. Although we didn't like the bars and clubs located on the 1st floor. The joker bar has a bad smell in it, maybe because you can grill inside. The shisha lounge/bar needs a renovation. We went to the Arabic club which was pleasant although we can hear the noise coming from it during our whole stay. The staff are attentive and the service is fast. Overall, our stay was relaxing and we enjoyed.

Nice clean property in a handy location, right beside the mall of Emirates and also beside the metro line. The staff in the hotel are very nice, two to note are Navaneeth for concierge and Kedar for the cleaning staff. They will do anything to help you and they are very friendly and polite. There is a small gym and a pool on the top floor, we never used either as we were out and about the whole time. Overall a perfect hotel to stay in while visiting Dubai.

They will not allow a second guest in your room be it for visit or whatever. Primitive mind set. They would only allow a male in a males room. Female in a females room. Customer service were all rude.
It took 3 hours about 2.30pm for them to allow me to check in after arrival at hotel at 11.30 am.
All television stations and inscription are in Arabic. No English word.
Find a better hotel.

I would have like to say that it served its purpose which was to give me a nights sleep, however I couldn’t sleep until about 3am because of the blaring music and vibrations from the club downstairs!!! Like who has a club in the first floor and then rooms above it, clearly no sound proofing!!! The club was open and playing music until 6am!! There was strong stench throughout the hotel and in the hotel room it mainly smelt of cigarettes and dampness. Breakfast was ok but i could count the items on my hand. Sort the smell and the music and I’d say the stay can be adequate. So HAPPY i stayed one night!

The hotel was fabulous in terms of everything really, it was centrally and conveniently located, next to a metro station as well as buses
After finding a short cut it was less then a five minute walk to the Mall of Emirates where the food court was open till 1am with a variety of choices
We did our excursions on the hop on hop off buses located in Mall of Emirates
Staff where amazing, always on hand day and night to make the stay as easy and enjoyable as possible

The only things I didn't like were the noise of the club on the 1st floor during the night, and the lag of the service. Room service should improvise more and be more attentive to guest requests.
Other than that, the hotel is quite convenient based on its location. It is convenient price wise, and I would stay in it again.

The hotel was nice. We had to wait a long time to check out so the staff could \"check our room.\" Not something Im use to waiting for. Other than this the hotel was clean and staff was generally helpful. I would not stay here in the future.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel in a great location just a short walk from the huge Mall of the Emirates. All staff encountered were friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and modern. Two complimentary bottles of water plus tea and coffee every day. Wi-Fi was very strong and consistent. I worked online through one night without any loss of signal.
The hotel is a great base from which to explore Dubai as the excellent metro service stops at the Mall as well as bus tours. The hotel can also arrange tours and car hire if needed.
We didn't eat at the hotel so can't advise on the restaurants although they looked very clean and modern.
We recommend this hotel highly and will stay there again.

Nice for a few nights out in Dubai

Good location close to Mall of Emirates.Noise from club on the 1st floor can be heard several floors up until 3am. If you need a quite night then its not very good, but if you plan to be out and about yourself then this is a good value hotel in a great location. Staff are also very helpful

Hotel only \"OK\", but good bedrooms

Hotel is on Sheikh Zayed highway so convenient but noise might be an issue if your bedroom is at the front. A lot of bedrooms are smoking. Make sure you don't get a bedroom over the (very noisy / late opening) bar. Common areas in the hotel are pretty non descript, but our bedroom was good/clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is poor (both dinner and breakfast).
