Staff was great specially Alisa she was absolutely wonderful.
If you booking this hotel as family room or two adult one child there is no room for a child to sleep you have to pay for extra bed space per night, in executive room just a king size bed. That room holds three adults as discription on hotel.com.but for extra child or adult you have to request extra bed and pay for it again. So no point paying for extra 300 or 400 pounds when they are not providing sofa bed in an executive room.for my point just book a basic room for the price instead paying for executive room because you aren’t getting what you’re paying for.

The reservation was for 3 people but the room was small and Mansoor helped upgrade us to a suite with no extra charge. He went out of his way to accommodate us and we are very thankful to him. He was amazing. So was the rest of the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the cafe and the rooftop bar. The location and close proximity to everything, including the metro, Mall of the Emirates, etc., was perfect. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I think this hotel is an excellent choice.

Amazing stay

It was a fabulous experience. The pool was great for the morning and so was the gym. Never got to use the spa while I was there. Staff were amazing. Had breakfast there every morning as well, and the food was amazing. Had room service twice and that was amazing too. Overall the stay was very enjoyed and it was an amazing stay

Nightclub not a hotel.

The hotel has a bar downstairs that plays loud music till 3am. The hotel lacks sound proofing and you can hear the music and vibration as soon as the DJ set starts till close at 3am. Friday night is particularly horrendous. I requested a room on a higher level and was turned down by reception staff. I ended up not sleeping as i needed to leave at 4am to catch a flight. I will only return to check out the bar.

I usually don’t leave reviews but we stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The room was very dirty - hair on the floor, leakage from the tub where dirt was coming out of, dust on the carpet/closet cracks and greasy floor. Cleanliness is very important and the hotel failed to maintain the level of cleanliness they claim on their page. The manager was very rude, i got to change my room 2 days later and they were able to accommodate a cleaner room. However, I will not be staying here again. Staff overall was nice and respectful but the manager on duty during the morning, the week of Dec 9th was not respectful and did not address my concerns while checking out. I would not stay here, there are many hotels in the same area to check out.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. It was located walking distance from the Emirates mall and other shops/restaurants. The hotel was very clean and it had all the amenities you would need for a short or long term stay. I will definitely stay again!

Hotel is comfortable and clean. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel is also within walking distance from Emirates Mall and metro although this can be challenging when the weather gets very hot outside. Many eateries around the hotel that stay open late into the night and early morning.

The hotel met all our expectations. What was outstanding was the service levels accorded to us from the front desk which was made up by 2 Filipino ladies and a 1 dark asian lady. They were very very understanding and allowed us to have a late checkout due to our delayed flight timings.

Lovely hotel in a great location a stones throw away from The Mall of the Emirates.
The smell of the hotel was lovely, the air conditioning much needed and the roof top pool was delightful.
The only downsides were that the towels could do with an upgrade and there was no English TV channels.
The staff were all very pleasant and when they found out it was our wedding anniversary we had some lovely touches put in our room.
We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

We loved this hotel! It was in a great location right next to the Emirates mall (and an ihop and applebees when it opens!), and in the middle of 2 metro stops! The room was a great size, with water replaced daily. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool and would spend half of each day here, with a virtually private pool! Mohamed the lifeguard was lovely and friendly.
Our only complaint was that our room was on the first floor above the bar area. On the first night there was a concert on that we hadn’t been informed about, so was woken up and kept awake as the whole room was shaking with the noise it was so loud! They offered to live us the second night but we’d unpacked everything and was told it wouldn’t be noisy that evening, yet unfortunately it was!

Very nice, safe, centrally located hotel in Al Barsha area 5 minute walk from Mall of Emirates which is a luxury mall with SKI Dubai. Please note - this is NOT Dubai Mall which is downtown and about a 15-20 minute cab ride away.
Transportation was easy. We were able to get cabs and rides from Careem which is the Dubai version of Uber.
The only issue we experienced was with getting fresh face cloths because they are called face towels. We did receive an abundance of bath towels. -lol
This is a mid range experience hotel, cute but no bells and whistles or Instagram worthy views.
There is a roof top bar and pool and a limited assortment of appetizer food. I did have an adult beverage and it was nicely presented and appropriately served at a price comparable to what you’d pay in USD.
There is a coffee bar but we opted for Starbucks at the mall which has a food court with a good selection of food, beverages, desserts and novelty food.
Overall I recommend and the price is reasonable and the service received was outstanding.

Another good stay at this hotel, I am a returning regular customer. Good location and no real issues. One annoying thing is that draft beer is often not available in the roof bar, no idea of the issue however bottled beer is far more expensive than the draft when it is available so it's disappointing.

Upon check-in, our room was not available although we came 2 hours past the check-in time. We were given another room to 'freshen up,' however I did not feel comfortable showering not knowing when someone was going to knock on our door to move us.

The following day, after housekeeping came by, we discovered a dirty microfibre cloth on the bed that when we pushed it aside, it had left a stain on the sheets. We asked for our sheets to be changed and we did not allow housekeeping to come to our room for the rest of our stay.

The bathroom is small and the shower leaks.

I liked the design of the property and the rooms. The roof deck with swimming pools were nice. Excellent personnel, very attentive and also very friendly. The view in my room was at another building and not great and also the breakfast can improve with a little more variety and better quality coffee and better wholemeal bread and uncut fruits. Also very convenient that it is close to the Mall of the Emirates. But a very pleasant stay in general.
