A family of 4 stayed for 4 nights and would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Everything was great from friendly & helpful staff, yummy breakfasts, the room and rooftop pool. Nice to be able to walk from the Mall of the Emirates and the metro there.

The rooms (family suite) was very spacious with plenty of spots to sleep. The location was wonderful and nearby many shops restaurants and emirates mall. Staff was very kind and welcoming specially Ihsaan he checked us in our first night. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Food selection was good. Rooms are ok, choose non smoking room but outside the room on the corridor stinks of cigarettes. Bathrooms stinks, I believe it was from the drains. It is very basic with very basic facilities, if you get at a cheaper rate to explore Dubai, I will recommend. Metro station nearby, mall of emirates and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Cramped for family of 4 hard to squeeze past toilet door. No toilet paper, had to buy our own. Advised front desk, no toilet paper, only 2 towels for 4 people, no soap in shower only hair conditioner. Water doesn't run to drains. Runs out all over bathroom floor away from drain. Bad water pressure. Marks on walls. Light fittings under tv fall over bearing wires. Very bad toilet smell as you enter room....ventillation inadequate. Doesn't comply with standards. No power either side of bed, limited place to plug in. Paid for breakfast one day and was glad we didn't take the every day breakfast. The food was limited and bland. Couldn't find anything to drink or toast. So had bad scrambled egg with no taste and baked beans on lttle pancakes...later when we finally found someone to help aboit a drink they directed us to another room where we were able to obtain a glass of room temperature juice. Was my wifes birthday and worst meal of the trip. Had a few beers up by roof side pool which is only aboit the same size as our home pool...over crowded
Had a few beers by the pool and a person smoking kept blowing smoke all over us, so we left.

I stayed here with family. this hotel is excellent and the staff are exemplary.
To name a few, Surinder, Reena, Nagla were amazing and offered brilliant customer service.
The room which was a family room was very spacious and very comfortable.
The breakfast area is so good and the selection of the buffet is great. There is also a egg cooking station and the chefs that cook the eggs are so polite as they work under a lot of pressure from many guest orders. Well done to you guys.
The carpark is easy to access and easy to find parking.
The pool is great too and there is always a lifeguard on duty.
I recommend this hotel.

I booked for a family of 4 which means l was supposed to get a room with 1 bed and 3 couches . When I wanted to book for extra room to accomodate my whole family I was told its fully booked for the next couple of days . I instantly booked through expedia and found a room for 2 days . When l tried to check in for that extra room l was told the booking doesnt extra . I tried to check inthe next day and was told heck in for the previous day was a no show and there was no refund for that .

Very comfortable hotel with perfect service. Reception is great Maryam, Lady from Kenya and other they are all very helpful.

In the room there are recycle boxes by material which is great.

Moreover restaurant team is perfect as well. Omlette service, cleaning tables are excellent !

Very central location, great parking facility and only 200 m. away from Mall of the Emirates.

Hotel is clean and has the services to popular Kite Beach.

When check in was the smell bad as the toilet right next to the entrance door and no ventilation for the toilet. After that call in housekeeping to put for refresher. The room is spacious and big. Title: A Disappointment Masked as Hospitality

Having visited this hotel a few times in the past, I decided to give it another chance this year, trusting in the saying, “Third time’s the charm.” But with this establishment, there will be no third, fourth, or fifth. Ever. My previous experiences here had been unimpressive, and while I can’t recall the specifics of my earlier reviews, I hoped against hope that time had brought about change. It hadn’t.

Let’s start with the one undeniable advantage: the hotel’s location, nestled in the heart of Dubai’s meticulously planned urban landscape. But let’s be clear—this advantage owes nothing to the hotel itself. The credit belongs entirely to the visionary urban planning that has transformed Dubai into a global tourism hub. If this hotel enjoys even a shred of success, it is thanks to Dubai’s brilliance, not its own merits.

Despite my reservations, I decided to book here again, clinging to the belief that proximity to success might somehow breed competence. Alas, this logic does not hold true for this hotel. Following a truly dismal experience at another hotel near Dubai Airport earlier in my trip, I thought this place might serve as a psychological balm. Instead, it proved to be just as dreadful—if not worse. Determined to give it every benefit of the doubt, I even returned midweek for a second stay, hoping that perhaps the chaos of the weekend had unfairly colored my impressions. The result? My initial instincts were vindicated.

I turned up to the hotel after booking it and paying for it days before my arrival. However I was told the hotel was close due to flooding that took place 10 days before my arrival and I was offered an alternative hotel 30 km away in the middle of nowhere. I rejected and had to book an alternative hotel near by in the last minute which cost me much more. Because they were not bothered to notify me in advance.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very near to the Mall. Some really nice local eateries just 5 minutes walk away. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Security staff on site 24/7, not that they were needed.
Good size room with separate bath, showers and toilet, which was convenient.

We would definitely stay there again.

I had the opportunity to stay in this Novotel and they performed above and beyond. From the check in staff (Ms. Paris) to the security staff (Ms. Reena), two remarkable and memorable staff members on their team, my short stay was filled with excellent customer service.

I had left behind some very valuable documents in the safe in the room and forgot to pick them while I was checking out. Within an hour of me checking out I got an email from the customer service staff that I had left it there and to come collect it. I must say this was a life saver because my whole travel would have been a disaster without these documents. I cannot express my gratitude in words but THANK YOU!

One night experience

Although both the gym and pool are small they both are good. The pool has life guards so that kids can play freely. It is a rooftop pool and therefore can be enjoyed in peace during the day and early evening.The gym is well equipped for what it is.
Due to environmental protection the room temperatures are set to a min of 24C. This is not very comfortable for those coming from a cold country.
Although booking says 1400 check in. I was provided a room on arrival 1200. However the room was not cleaned properly. The carpet was not vacuumed, a large plastic wrapper was left on the floor. There was long hair left in the sink.
Once I informed reception they were extremely apologetic wanted to offer me a new room and free travel to the airport.
Breakfast is above average but not excellent. Quite a broad spectrum of food from pancakes to freshly made omelette so it will suffice.

This hotel is located in a really nice area. Across the street from Emirates mall/metro and 20 or so minutes drive from the major tourist areas with taxis driving by the hotel all the time. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean and great if you don’t want to spend a crazy amount on a hotel.

Nice business stay, close to the mall of Emirates and good food options around and connectivity to shiekh Zayed road and other main parts of the city. Breakfast options and food quality could be better. Room size are decent and comfy.

Great hotel, nice area, close to Metro station.

Great value for the money. Amazing breakfast.
The only thing that was upsetting is that even though we were on a line to check in, people kept on cutting un and the reception personnel would say nothing, thus encouraging a certain disorganization.
