We rented a 3 bedroom apartment, which also had 5 bathrooms. The living room, kitchen area were very spacious, the bedrooms were small compared to traditional US hotel bedrooms. The views were great. The staff was for the most part friendly. The apartment has a 24 hour grocery store nearby and an ATM in the building. The negatives were that the dishwasher did not work, the thermostat didn't work (we had to call maintenance twice - who responded very well). Bathroom has a water heater switch outside which was not explained during check in so we did not realize one had to turn the switch on to get hot water. One of the maintenance staff left our room open while we were out, which was not cool. The hotel is near a metro, but we never used it, so Ubers were the norm and its really not close to anything except the Emirates Mall. One of the reception staff (lady) was not very helpful, rest of staff was good. Overall docked one star for the negatives, but otherwise good property.

The location was perfect - clos to metro so we could go to the Expo with ease. Front desk staff were pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Ready to assist anytime we stopped by. The apartment was spotless and we were pleasantly surprised with daily housekeeping service. Definitely recommend an apartment for long stay.

A great stay was had at the Adagio, which shares a coffee shop, pool and bar plus restaurant with the adjoined Novotel plus 4 lifts, it is also close to a Metro station, would book again.

Outstanding location near metro station. 30 min walk to beach. 20 min walk to Mall of the Emirates. Located on E11 toll road.
Apartments about twice the size of other similar apartment hotels. Furnishings rather spartan, but entirely adequate. Full kitchen, but had to get own soap and dish towels. Daily service good, but showed up at varying times of day which added some unpredictability for working remotely from the apartment.

We enjoyed staying at the apartments and really liked the location being close to the supermarket and metro so it was easy to get to places w small children. The one negative was how cold the apartment was the first two nights (there are no heaters in Dubai to no surprise) and air was running prior to our arrival for air circulation when it was 69 outside. The place did warm up for the rest of our stay and we enjoyed it very much

Overall my stay was great it felt like home thr view from the 36 floor was stunning wish the balcony was open though it wouldve been a plus plus

i was supposed to stay at adagio but i got transferred to its sister hotel novotel plus i was given an upgrade which was absolutely generous of them!

Breakfast was a little lacking it can be improved i expected more for paying 55 aed for example a more cheese and fruits variety platter the egg station needs improvement the omlette that i had was a bit overcooked and the hard boiled eggs were over boiled to the extent the egg yolks turned grey which is very dangerous in terms of health. Also Ive been to other places which provided better and more options for a cheaper price

for some reason the toilets after using them on our first arrival started to have a disturbing smell i guess there was somthing wrong with the drain same thing happened when we were walking down the back entance of the hotel there was a funny smell as well but i guess it got resolved at the end

Staff members were very helpful, welcoming, and friendly and the location of the hotel is very strategic there are a number of serivce shops and restaurants around and of course mall of the emirates thus I would recommend family and friends to stay at novotel for sure as my stay was pleasant!

Friendly staff, but other than that very average and forgettable experience. Dated interior. Uncomfortable pullows. Kitchen has all electric devices you need, but too minimalistic too cook anything really as all smaller devices were missing. In house breakfast can't be recommended either.

We have just returned from Adagio Premium Dubai and we had a fantastic stay. All the staff were excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The facilities are great and the apartment is very well equipped and maintained. With 2 swimming pools located on the 7th floor shaded by the surrounding building. The staff are excellent at their jobs as well as being very helpful, polite and always going above and beyond of what we asked. I would like to thank all the staff at the Adagio for making our stay a very memorable and enjoyable holiday.

A one off- Dubai is not for me.

big apartment and they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom, which I needn't. Great front desk and porter. Shares Novotel pools, which has a 3 person steam, and a 3 person sauna. Good gym, not great but good for a hotel. My complaint is not so much with the hotel, but I like wine with dinner, thus the apartment to cook. You cant buy alcohol in Dubai, as a tourist, except in your hotel. There are liquor shops but you cant purchase as a tourist. The Novotel sells 2 reds, a Conchita y Torro garbage, which sells for 7 USD in DC, and the hotels price is 55USD, and a trashy French for 60 USD. Just outright price gouging.

A great Apartment-Hotel. We had a three bedroom, five bathroom place that was perfect to sprawl out in after a trip to Europe. Pool
and gym were great. The staff were very kind and couldn’t do enough to help us. Hotel is close to Metro so we were able to get into town for shopping and sightseeing easily, and we were in walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates which was a bonus. Highly recommend this one, especially if you are travelling with teenagers.

Lovely huge modern apartment with amazing views

We booked a 2 bed and were upgraded to a 4 bed. Lovely huge well equipped modern apartment with amazing 180° views over The Palm and Burj Al Arab. Staff couldn't do enough for us, they were lovely. Apartments are linked to Novotel so you have use of 2 pools (one with outdoor dining) plus spa with steam room and sauna and their restaurants. Note: pools view the beachside so don't get the sun however are lovely and relaxing and open til 10pm. Also have room service available. Apartments are 5 minute walk to the metro so you can get to all tourist sites; 1 stop to Mall of the Emirates /Ski Dubai and 5 stops to Burj Khalifa. Worth getting Gold class particularly in rush hour c £9 for 2 across Dubai. Metro also links to Palm transport. Supermarket round the corner, bank two shops down and beautician/cafe on ground floor. Gorgeous beaches overlooking Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Hotel are 15min cab ride. Cabs available from apartment reception or outside Novotel c£12. Take a cab business card as only a few cabs back from the beach at sundown. We would highly recommend the apartments and will definitely stay here again when we visit next time. Please bring this brand to London!

Above expectations!

We arrived at this location on the 2nd July, we had a slight problem before arriving as their check in time was around 12pm but we arrive at the airport for 9am, we emailed the hotel before hand to request an early check in. The responsed swiftly, so that was a good start to the vacation! Once arriving to the hotel we was greeted with a smile just what we like and the customer service on the reception was great, they saw we was 4 guys with a 2 bedroom apartment and upgraded up free of charge to a 3 bedroom apartment for more space and privacy. We also was given a car parking spot right at the hotel straight away once asked.

The overall experience of the hotel was excellent from the cleaniness to the service! The rooms where serviced everyday with new bedding and they even did the pot washing if anything was in the sink. We was all extremely happy and everything was above expectations. We will definitely be back and be highly recommend.

We would like to thank everyone at Adigo Al Barsha, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

We had very comfortable stay at 36th floor apartment facing Shaikh Zayed Road. Hotel is well stiuated in easy approach area by car. Metro station is near by. Rooms housekeeping service is excellent. Location is good for travelers willing to visit many attractions like Dubai Parks, Global Village, JBR Marina, Dubai Mall as the hotel is almost situated in middle of those attactions. Recommend for families. Points for improvement is breakfast not inclusive, and bathroom lighting to be improved especially at bath tub.

This aparthotel is excellent for those travelling with family and/or with a group of friends. We book a 2 bedroom apartment and was shocked to see how spacious it was when we checked in! The hotel staff are always helpful, willing to answer any questions you may have even if it's 2am in the morning! This hotel is roughly a nice 15 minute walk away from Mall of The Emirates, a 2 minute walk from the Metro (Sharaf DG), and just around the corner from a Supermarket and 24hour Pharmacy! The best feeling about this hotel is that you are not constricted in just one room, you basically have a lovely place you can call 'home' while in Dubai with a fully equiped kitchen, perfect for those who just rather cook meals instead of eating out everyday. Views from the Apartment were amazing as well (40th floor) - you get a clear view of the Atlantis and Burj Al Arab. We definitely made the right decision to book our stay in Adagio Aparthotel Al Barsha! Next time we fly to Dubai, we already know where to stay - Adagio Premium Aparthotel :)

We had a 2 bedroom 4 bath apartment/condo that was spacious and quite comfortably furnished. Totally soundproof so no noise issues. Everything was clean and the staff was fantastic. The metro station was a 5 minute walk so we didn't need a car and it was only a 10 minute metro ride to the Mall of Emirates. I highly recommend staying here.

Adagio Premium, Al Barsha - I'd go back. Happy!

Great apartment with good facilities. After asking they gave me some washing up liquid to clean the dirty pans/cutlery so I could prepare a meal when I arrived there. They suggested I use the dishwasher, to which I replied \"I need to eat now, not when the dishwasher has finished\". The staff were very obliging and changed the ironing board quickly when I pointed out the original one had oil stains on it. I would recommend this place and would be happy to go back there either on business again or with the family on holiday. You can use the pool/gym/bar facilities of the adjoining hotel. Great location for jumping on the Metro to explore Dubai. Taxi's are cheap to head to the beach if required. Like a lot of hotels in Dubai you may be woken up by the call to prayer at sunrise. It is to be expected. Even on the 18th floor I was still woken by this, as there is a local mosque within 150yds. Very happy with my stay at the Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha
