I would rate this a 2 star hotel. Air conditioning extremely noisy, tub drain plug didn’t work, water dripping in kitchen trough lights and ceiling because if the AC mold on grout in bathroom tub tiles. Very little kitchen ware to cook, no oven, stove vent shorting out

The establishment workers are great though the management is horrible. Heres why. This is the first time i stayed somehwere i see the furniture with stains but also wet! Because they wash it and leave under the sun for 1 day with all the fumes and pollution outside to suck in and still not dry. My kitchen chairs took 3 days to dry. The smell is the worst which is of mold and wet moisture never goes away.... I ultimately decided to change my checkout date also because i hear honking and traffic noise at night whilst booking the stay at this hotel it was listed as soundproof. They denied my early checkout under nonrefundable policy allthough the condition of the apartment was not acceptable to stay 19 nights.

DON’T DO IT!

STOP PLEASE READ!!! The hotel staff WAS WONDERFUL but the hotel itself needs to be UPDATED and EXTERMINATED. I have never been on a hotel until now and had ROACHES!!! There are other hotels that have multiple bedrooms and baths that are way better and I wish we had did more research. Find another place until they get this one together!

Nice apartment stay in great location.

We stayed here for 15 days on our way to America. The location was ideal and suited our need. Check in was quick and staff at front desk and housekeeping were excellent. The apartment was just what we wanted. We had a grocery store around the block for stocking kitchen and restaurant delivery options were many though we didn’t use. The washing machine worked well and the balcony was ideal for drying. Liked that there was a half and full bath. What could have been better was the cooking vessels in the kitchen, but we managed. The tv was there in both hall and bedroom but with very limited channels. Used the gym daily. It was good. Didn’t use the pool. Ample parking was there. There was absolutely no sounds of the road and we recommend this place for a homely comfortable stay in Dubai with access to transport nearby like metro and buses

Not happy at all

The place had broken sofa damaged tv which I complained nothing was done, the WiFi doesn’t connect properly. The furniture and the fit out in the place is a disaster one of the worst I have in Dubai. The staff are not friendly I asked only for water they told me to shop abruptly. I’ve been dubai 4 years this is the worst experience I have ever had. I’m sure if this was England trading standards would have close this place down. Go and check the rooms out your self

Hotel for cockroaches!

Stayed whilst waiting for COVID test to return to Abu Dhabi. Cockroaches and bugs everywhere, even on the 11th floor (I've lived in the Middle East 6 years, it's not that hard to keep cockroaches away, especially on such a high floor)! Floors covered in a greasy, slippery film. Unfriendly staff at check-in. Air conditioning useless, 23C boiling one minute, 27C freezing the next. Patchy paint all over the walls.

We had a fantastic stay at City stay prime. The location of this hotel is excellent. All the staff are friendly very helpful and polite. The apartments are very well maintained and spacious. We would definitely return to these apartments

Myself and two friends booked the two bed, 1 king, 2 twin room. The apartment was not clean at all, carpets were not vacuumed well, crumbs all over, along with dust and hair. The bathroom showers (both bathrooms) were moldy and black along the cracks. Called housekeeping, and they attempted to clean then sent a man to re-cork the bathrooms, but it was just a mess and smelled. Apartment was a great size.

The only let down was the safe and the iron did not work, They should’ve checked this before we check in, also the kitchen utensil was not cater for cooking for example i there was no scissors tin opening,no Sieves & Colanders other then that we had a excellent stay.

Our stay at this hotel truly amazing, the location perfect for all attractions in Dubai. They having plenty of private car parking which was very helpful. House keeping was very good and all staff were very friendly to us. Overall we are very happy and will recommend to my friends in future.

Nice hotel close to Mall of Emirates

Hotel doesn't look all that from the outside but inside the rooms are very nice and modern decor. Housekeeping were very polite, friendly and professional. Wi-Fi not very good in the rooms, not all of us could connect at the same time (5 of us). Near to Mall of emirates, metro and big bus. Also near by were places to eat that were reasonably priced. Beauty salon and barbers outside the hotel...so treated myself to massage, pedicure and had my hair done!

Overall, it was good and comfortable. Really close to the mall of the emirates and easy to get taxis. The downsides were: our visitor wasn’t allowed in, there was no buffet breakfast; the pool, gym & sauna opened late at 10am and closed early at 8pm. Nevertheless, it was a good experience.

Pluses: good location, near Mall of Emirates and metro station, nice staff, very clean, nice pool on top of hotel.
Minuses: very cold, got back to a room of 17 degrees Celsius, the AC is ridiculous in Dubai, make sure to tell the staff you don't want the AC so high, hard to warm it up (you can adjust the temp yourself), very loud - there was a construction going on right next door, but also the windows have no sound cancelling features at all, you can hear every car from the street. Maybe higher levels are better.

Dusty and noisy hotel

When we get in, the floors were wet, meaning they just finished mopping. Even so, after the floors dried up it's still dusty. Out feet were dirty from walking inside the room. The carpet was so dirty and dusty that the whole time we were inside we were sneezing and coughing and our eyes itch. We stayed there with kids and the dust triggered all our allergies!! It was noisy at 5am because there's a construction going on in the front of this hotel. The good things about this is the location and staff, it's near Mall of Emirate and Lulu's supermarket. Staffs were ok, we asked for extra pillows and blankets and they were there in minutes. There's a mini market downstairs where you can buy some food, and pharmacy to buy meds for your allergies! Lol!!! But stay away from this hotel, there's far more better hotels than this one with the same price point.

Near to MoE and easy access by taxi to hot spots

Location was good , its budgetary hotel appt for large number of groups and family stay.Service was just okay and not upto the marks as mentioned in other comments. The cleaner using same mob in washroom and outside areas. There were flies and stains on sofas . Infact 3 start hotel but mentioned as 4 on hotel.comwhich I belive not correct.

Excellent location as Bikanervala, other Restaurants, Mall of Emirates, and Grocery stores are all at walking distance. Nice, Clean Rooms with Kitchen. We stayed for a week and it was a very comfortable stay overall. They even decorated room for my daughter's Birthday. Staff was very friendly.

Only thing which I didn't like was the small bathing area and weak shower force.

Fantastic apartment ,2 large bedrooms,2 bathrooms ,1 cloakroom ,3 balconies ,facilities great ,even had a washing machine !Very clean,room service food fab and very cheap .We arrived for check in at 930 and as our apartment wasn't ready they upgraded us to a bigger one free of charge !!Cleaners everyday even washed your dishes ,swimming pool small but great and lifeguard on duty ,gym small but enough in it .Great week here as location near airport and 5 min walk to mall of emirates and metro !

The air condition didn't work very well. Hot in some rooms and too cold in other rooms. The pillows, couches and walls were all stained. There is construction next to the hotel so it's noisy. Taxis had no idea how to get to the hotel so always had to tell taxis to get to the mall of Emirates and had to walk from there.

We had a great stay at city stay prime hotel. Location wise is very convenient. There's emirates mall behind the hotel, walking distance to lulu hypermart, convenient store next to the hotel where you buy and cook food in the hotel with a complete kitchenette.

Superb Ubication and everything looks new

The first is recognize the great job of the staff in general, always kind and with a smile and great service since reception, until lifeguard in the pool. The apartment looks new and the cleaning was great, better location for the price impossible, a lot of options to eat a few steps and the Emirates Mall and metro 5 minutes walking.

Definitly I will stay there in my next Dubai trip.

Very far from things other than MOE

Cleanliness was moderate. Very small elevator. The rooms were huge for a big family. Furniture was pretty up to date. MOEis a 10 minute walk from location. Construction noise was not horrible as others mentioned and I was on a lower floor. If you plan on going all around the city with a bug family with children rent a car. The metro is located at MOE for convenience but unrealistic if your travelling with a big family. Wifi is so weak in the bedrooms!!

Great place to stay!

For the price, we were not expecting this hotel to be as great as it was. We were more interesting in having two rooms, so we reserved the two room suite. We were expecting to have to share a bathroom, and were pleasantly surprised to find very nice bathrooms in each room, and another small bathroom near the kitchen. The rooms were very nice, beds were comfortable, and the AC remained on even when we left the room and pulled the room key. There was a lot of storage in each room, along with a TV in each room and one in the living room.
The gym was small, but with enough equipment to get in a good vacation workout to burn some calories. The staff let us use the gym earlier than their normal operating hours, which was much appreciated.
The location of the hotel is great, with many restaurants nearby, and a very short walk to the Mall of the Emirates.
We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely spacious apartments with all amenities . Polite , efficient staff members who go out of their way to help, I stayed with my three children all under 10, the rooms were large and the facilities were excellent, also has a swimming pool and within 10 minutes walk of the Emirates Mall and metro.

Great stay with one hiccup

We were there to do some activities at the Mall of Emirates - what a great neighborhood. The only issue was when the hotel called at 10:15 pm with an insistence that we decide if we were going to extend our stay or not. We had small children who were sleeping and that was not necessary.
