We’ve had a wonderful time at the Raffles. The Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming - we did not have to lift a finger. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a stunning suite with views of the Palm/garden/beach. I recommend anyone the Raffles Club - we enjoyed our breakfasts and afternoon tea on the L6 terrace. We will be back soon!

Raffles the Palm is a beautiful hotel, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We checked in late around midnight and our room on the 1st floor was noisy with music bleeding from a nightclub below, but the staff offered to
move us to the 5th floor which worked well for us. The breakfast and food overall was excellent with a wide variety of choice, an area for improvement is the the cost of soft drinks and alcohol which seemed excessively high starting from £7 for a Coca Cola or other soft drink. Also the beach area was being worked on which distracted a little from the beach vibe, however the pool was wonderful and overall we loved our stay and would recommend for a relaxing few days.

When I checked in front desk staff immediately tried to upsell me a club room in order to get a view from the room which I had already paid for
Rooms were not made up and we needed to call to mind them at 5pm and 3pm as we had two rooms
Resort seemed understaffed and under resourced as service was terrible
Breakfast felt like a feeding frenzy and staff were impatient, rude nor attentive
Overall a poor experience especially from a hotel chain like the raffles and to be honest it felt like manager was told to cut costs and make more return from guests

When we checked in the WiFi was down. And they couldn’t make us any key cards to go up and down the elevator and into our rooms which were ready. It didn’t get back on until 9pm
Which is fine. But since we were still checked
In and we had access to the lounge on the 6th floor. We had to tell someone to let us up or down every time. And every time it was a hassle, the people downstairs would ask us a million times what room, if we were staying there, etc. and it was every time.
I understand once or even twice… but I was staying with my son and daughter and my niece. So if they had to go get something or wanted to go to the room it was a pain.
There should have been better communication with the staff and letting them know what was happening. We weren’t the only guests that checked in that day. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Wir waren früher schon dort, wo es noch das Kempinski Hotel war. Es ist wirklich schön und wir werden wieder kommen.
Was mich aber gestört hat die Besetzung des Liegens früh am Morgen am Strand mit nur einem Buch oder einer Zeitschrift und die Angestellten durften nichts dagegen unternehmen. Auch in der Lounge mit den vielen kleinen Kindern war es immer wieder zu laut für uns.
Wir durften 4 Nächte dort verbringen.

Overall couldn't fault the hotel. Our Ocean View Club Room was amazing with a massive balcony. All the staff very friendly & helpful. Special mention to our butler Isuru who was very knowledgable & couldn't do anymore for us. Our only negatives were the slow service in the club lounge during peak times, especially breakfast time. Compared to other hotels in Dubai the prices for food was expensive for the choices on offer

Loved our stay at Raffles. The service was impeccable from all hotel staff, the room was extremely spacious and I even got a huge pregnancy pillow from the staff for my growing belly! Beautiful pool with swim up bar & private beach also. The concierge team also super kind and helpful in supporting us to get a taxi whenever we wanted to go out and about. Staying at Raffles The Palm Dubai was truly one of the best experiences in my entire travel life. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — we were generously upgraded to a suite, which turned out to be more like a luxurious apartment than just a hotel room.

The interior was stunning, and the exterior even more so. The view from our suite was breathtaking, and the private beach was absolutely beautiful. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene, elegant, and welcoming.

The staff was outstanding — warm, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond. Every need was anticipated and every service provided without us even having to ask.

This stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for more. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff and management. Raffles The Palm is a place I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely return to.

This was the most amazing experience we have ever had. The staff was so amazing. Henry, Anelka, Rhea, & Ezekiel made our trip such a great pleasure. It was our first time in Dubai and they helped us with making all reservations and our trip just a blast. We celebrated our daughter’s 3rd bday and they made it so special for us. The raffles is underrated not enough reviews you need to really go here and experience you won’t be disappointed one bit. If I could rate this hotel I would do a 15/10. The location is also so perfect located toward the end of the palms it’s away from all the traffic and chaos. We will definitely go back again.

We loved the hotel very relaxing and quiet
Rooms beautiful and spacious
Lots of space on the beach with plenty of comfortable loungers but could do with a top up of new fresh sand.
The Italian restaurant amazing best Italian food we have had.
The Raffles Club was excellent with great staff.
Japanese restaurant was disappointing as expensive and food just ok. We also had to pay a supplement which was refunded after we raised with management who handled it well.
We will definitely come back to stay at this lovely hotel.

2 issues I had with this hotel. Valet scratched the car and I on my found out at the airport. 2 the delivery charge by room service which I never seen at any hotels in Dubai or around the world throughout my travels.

Otherwise all is good at this place and I stayed at Raffes 4 times in the recent past

Everything about this property is perfect from the service, rooms, available dinning options, and amenities. If you want to come to the Palm Jumeirah this is where you stay. The only inconvenience is that you will need to Taxi to and from the property due the it’s location at the top of the Palm Jumeirah. Beyond that this is the best property I’ve had the pleasure at staying at.

Two main problems:
1. Irresponsible and lying staff: I asked someone at the reception about booking a breakfast for the next day. He told me that I should purchase it on the spot at the reception tomorrow and it would be 125 AED. He even said it is about $34 USD and it is the same price everywhere. including on Expedia so there is no mistake about the number (it's actually lower priced than $34; other staff later said it's only lower priced because it comes with the hotel booking so either way he also lied about this). The next day when I was trying to purchase the breakfast, some other people told me it is 250 AED, insisted it was always 250 on all booking platforms, and did not care about whatever the other person told me. Seems like everyone here just lies about whatever they want to and do not care to take responsibility for their words. If you have to book this place beware of the numbers they tell you as you may be charged double.
2. Privacy violation: The night after checking in when we were out for dinner, some staff came into our room while we were gone and our luggage was open to arrange things in the room and turn off the lights. We never asked for this service and did not press any buttons for it. Really absurd they give no care about customers' privacy.

There were other very nice staff members and the room design was good (though the materials look cheap). But certain irresponsible people just had to ruin our experience.

This is the most beautiful hotel inside & outside. Gold fixtures, crystal chandeliers everywhere, high dome ceilings, opulence is everywhere yet you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff from the outside entrance to your room and throughout the hotel are genuinely friendly. The breakfast buffet circles the room! Food was amazing! Views of the Dubai skyline and the Persian gulf were breathtaking. The concierge recommended thee absolutely best sushi restaurant: SushiSamba for our 42nd wedding anniversary based on our request for a nighttime panoramic skyview of Dubai! The Raffles the Palm Dubai was the perfect place to stay for our wedding anniversary trip and we will definitely return.
