Our experience was a 10/10. Special thanks to Jean, Fazal, Hamza, Rithu and Waleed for their help. Rooms are clean, breakfast and dinner was delicious and well maintained facilities. Will definitely be coming back, perfect hotel to relax and enjoy Dubai away from the crowd.

One of best hotels i ever stay, service and kidness are on another level. We got room upgrade, we were constanly given small gifts and candies. Service is fast and there is always someone available. We also had emergency health issue and hotel had own medical staff and arranged doctor for us. Will come bsck definetly.

Not cesar palace

Great hotel , was some minor building work going on and noise could be heard few times in afternoon when in room. Food was excellent and room was as expected. Only problem was the waiter service at pool and beach . English did not seem main language and when tried order drinks food most times wrong order came . Just seemed most staff were wandering rather than serving . Had stayed prior banyan tree when was cesar palace and service was perfect . Come on banyan tree get this sorted !

Bluewaters is a really chic area by the marina. Can be annoying travelling between the two buildings of the hotel (try staying at main tower - Caesar). Hotel is modern, rooms are great, housekeeping services are brilliant. Worth considering the half-board, it's excellent value

Beautiful hotel with the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in the world. Nicholas who was stationed by the pool during our stay was particularly warm and helpful as was Zipporah who checked us in. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

I always come back to this place because of its attention to the finest detail that makes you feel like you are on another planet meant for the perfect hospitality.

Even though there was a full booking due to an event that caused me transferring to the other facility (Caesars Hotel), it was is the most beautiful accident of all time; they all have the same level of wonderful hospitality.

Very good staycation. Amenities are brand new, state of the art, and family friendly. Food at the buffet (bacchanal) was exceptional and so was the service. It’s great for couples as well as families. I enjoyed the family pool with my little one. Will definitely go back.

Amazing Experience from all aspects!

This is our second time staying at Caesors Resort but this time it was was so hard to leave we extended our stay twice!

1. Qua Spa: Therapist B is the best ever! Highly professional and gives you a heavenly massage every time can't thank her enough. A big thank you for Sathish for his professionalism and help at the Spa.

2. Paru and Zhen Wei AMAZING food!

3. Our rooms were always clean and at it's best. We highly appreciate Tishan and Puneet from housekeeping for their excellent work and always making sure we had everything we need and comfortable during our stay. Thank you!

Overall spa, food, rooms, service, atmosphere, adult pool and views all together made it the perfect relaxing vacation and a great escape you wish would never end.

Brand new hotel within walking distance to JBR

Hotel was completed only in Dec 2018 and everything is so new and posh. Even thou there was a high take up rate judging by the number of guests at the Bacchanal restaurant for breakfast which hotel gave it as complimentary, the staff bothers to remember me by name. The kids club is also a hot favourite with my kids as they have daily fun activities leaving even us adults intrigued and wanting to join. The hotel is nestled in a cove within a private island named blue waters and it has a bridge connected to the JBR area which is only a 15mins walk.

The staff are wonderful and the hotel is well thought out (rooms have three pin sockets and USB charging, bluetooth, WI-Fi etc). It is right next to a private beach and the pools are heated (staff come out with cold flannels, drinks and chilled fruit). The resort was being finished off, so there was drilling and hammering when eating breakfast and at the pool (you could move to a more distant pool). They should have warned of the noise or delayed opening.
The restaurants and the staff were good and the quality of the food was excellent (albeit room for improvement). However, the pricing is way off (£10 for a bottle of water) and discussing it with a number of other guests many actually dine out due to cost. I also dined out and ate very well for about 40% less than in the hotel. My advice would be for the hotel to significantly reduce prices, as when the Dubai Eye opens up, which is immediately behind, everyone will have a much cheaper alternative in the immediate vicinity.

For my first trip to Dubai, my stay at Caesars Resort was beyond expectations. The hotel itself has been designed with incredible attention to detail. It’s modern, luxurious, and the ambiance has something for everyone. The amenities are gorgeous — the resort has it all; more pools than I could count, and a white sand beach that fulfills every fantasy.

The breakfast buffet at Bacchanal was exceptional!! The chefs are truly world-class and the service was attentive and accommodating in every way. Thankfully, the resort has a beautiful gym, which I used each morning prior to (over) indulging at Bacchanal.

The only “cons” were both very minimal. If you are visiting Dubai with the goal of exploring the city, sight seeing, shopping, or making multiple visits into downtown Dubai, then the location of the resort may be further away than you desire. Second, I would have liked to have been able to enjoy the pools until later than 7 pm -- however, this is apparently this is due to municipality laws and not the hotel's own policy.

The hotel is bran new and had just opened when I arrived , however the service and amonities were exseptional. The staff are amazing and I can’t say enough about their professionalism and incredible service . Staring from the front desk at check in all the way to cleaning staff in the rooms . Not to mention the restaurant staff , beach service and spa .. everyone I came across went well beyond the call of duty to be friendly and helpful making the overall stay unforgettable
