Photos posted of the room are not quite close to the reality. The photos shows vivid room colors and colorful curtains where what i received was a very dull color room that kept me depressed and made me spend most of my time out of the hotel.
Reception is to small in reality, it felt bigger in the photos.
I would say staff where very good to deal with, its just the hotel did not match what i saw while browsing the hotel photos.
The bed was not that comfort and the shower was broken/loose
Toilet room is to tiny, if you are overweight you will struggle to move around

Keshar, Gopi and Migaro (lifeguard and assistant for Gym and Pool)were very helpful and interactive from the Housekeeping and support team. They know languages and know the surroundings.

Jannah offers clean, tidy, practical accommodation for the seasoned traveller or for a Dubai newbie.
Having not visited the city before we selected based on location and really felt we’d come up trumps. Not only is the complex nestled a stone’s throw from the ‘quieter’ end of the marina, it is easily walkable to local tram and metro (10mins) and the nearby Mall (20mins)
Facilities in the marina are immense; bars, restaurants and a modest Mall nearby.
Our apartment sat within the modest complex with views down towards the neck of the marina, a spectacle during the day, quite breathtaking at night.
The top floor has a gym, sauna, steam room, spa pool and rooftop pool 1.5m deep)
For a short (10day) break, we had all we needed; bathroom, shower, super king size double, tv, breakfast bar, storage, a safe, equipped kitchen with job, microwave and washing machine.
All staff were exceptional, particularly the pool life guards and cleaning staff who worked tirelessly to ensure we had the best stay.
There was some ongoing development in the area (as with all of Dubai!) but minimal noise and no inconvenience whilst we were there.

Nice place in the Marina, close to the main roads. Eaay to walk to the beach, but a good 10 minutes walk. Getting to the parking is a pain as you have to park in the conatruction zone, get a key then go back to the garage.

We stayed there for one night before moving to another hotel. First thing we noticed was that the room smelled bad, like the smell that comes up from toilet drains in the summer. There is a noisy construction site right outside the window that operates throughout the night without break. My fiancé felt bites on his skin in the bed and upon close inspection we found tiny crawling bugs on the bedsheet. Later that night we also spotted a cockroach in the pantry area.

stayed for 3 nights as a stopover on the way back from Australia. Location is good, 10 minute walk to the beach, 20 min to marina mall and supermarkets are on the doorstep. Room itself was ok but not maybe as good as you would be lead to believe from the website. Kitchen is not really fully equipped as literally only 2 of everything and you aren't given any form of washing equipment such as a towel or cloth. There's a washing machine but again no complimentary detergent. No table to eat from , just a breakfast bar and no spare comfy seat so just the bed. The fridge was also very very loud which disturbed your sleep and you are right near the mosque which will wake you early. On the plus side the staff are very pleasant.

Close to the beach, metro and marina mall. I had a lovely ecperience at this hotel apartment. I cant fault it. The receptionist and house keeping were excellent.
Only thing i would say that the Jacuzzi did not work and despite telling visit their sister hotel to use their Jacuzzi unfortunately it was not working there also. It would have been good if they checked before sending me out in 42 degree heat.

I booked excursions from the hotel and private trip to abu dhabi and dubai city tour. Both was excellent but Abu Dhabi has more thing to see. You can basically do the dubai tour yourself if you can withstand the heat.

Disappointing and not quite as expected

Location good, lots hot water but shower curtain was filthy and replaced, there is no bidet, or minibar. Separate seating area is a single seat in the corner, tea/coffee facility is a kettle (but coffee and tea bags subsequently provided) and we never got the missing second cereal dish. Hand towels were requested and one provided but no dish towel. Never found the on site restaurant. View is over a building site, balcony has no seating or table. There is a washing machine but no where to dry clothes.

OK it was priced well and if that is what is important then perhaps you will over look some of these shortcomings but equally surprised by the inaccuracies of the descriptions and of some of the comments from other reviewers

Great location approx 10 mins walk to the beach and even less to the marina. Few places to eat that were reasonably priced within minutes from the hotel. Supermarket next door for essentials. Next door to the mosque so we did hear this at approx 4am but it didn’t spoilt the holiday at all. I would go back as worth the 10 minute walk to the beach for such a reasonable price. Pool area on the rooftop is extremely small, don’t go here if the pool plays a big part to you.

PAY EXTRA GO ELSEWHERE

From the moment we walked in it had been nothing but a nightmare.

1) when checking in I was told by the receptionist that I haven’t made the payment for the stay, even though I had the printed confirmation which verified my payment in both English and Arabic. The receptionist still didn’t believe me and I had to provide more evidence which was very stressful after a long flight. We were only allowed into the room once he’d seen my bank statement to prove payment had been made, even then he said he would need to contact the reservation team.

2) ‪Wednesday morning‬, the fire alarm went off, after waking up and rushing out i was told it was only a test alarm. At no point were we made aware that this would be happening Wednesday morning. This was very stressful with my 9 month old baby and being on the 7th floor out of 8.

3) ‪Friday morning at 5:30am‬ we were again woken up by a fire alarm, turns out it’s was a fault with their system. Again this was very stressful when you’re trying to rush out with a baby it’s not a pleasant experience. This has made our holiday very miserable.

4) the A/C in the room was faulty

5) the kettle was leaking

6) Had been asked three times to pay the city tax which I said I would pay upon checking out in the end I got very frustrated and paid it early.

7) hotel room description it said I would have a balcony but when we got there we were given a room with no balcony, and told that nothing can be done.

After the initial problem of not receiving the Marina View we had booked we were given a 2 bedroom Apartment. The hotel is very clean although I would say it is a little tired.
The bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels lovely clean and white.
The pool area is small however we did not have a problem getting a sunlounger and the beach is a 10 minute walk away.
For the price we paid we thought the accommodation was great value as others in the area were very expensive.
There is a great little shop below which sells everything and is open all night.
Would definitely stay here again when we return to Dubai.

We booked a studio room but on arriving were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was fantastic.It was huge , clean, and the beds were really comfortable.The rooms are serviced daily and the staff so helpful.There is a mosque near but we found the call to prayer atmospheric.There is construction going on around the hotel at this time but it was only a bit of noise and didn't spoil our stay at all. The location is perfect.10 mins to the beach, 15 mins to the Marina mall which has loads of shops , restaurants and a Waitrose!!! 10 mins from the Metro . We have stayed in Dubai before and this location is perfect.

Very comfy and spacious apartment close to harbour beach and metro station. Apartment is for two and supplies are just for two eg 2cups, 2 bowls, 2 spoons! Apartment well stocked with kettle toaster hot plates microwave large fridge and washing machine. It would be a nice touch if kitchen came with small dishcloth and washing up liquid. As this is was our second visit we went prepared this time!

We arrived around 1.30am very upset that we had lost our phone and camera with all of our holiday photos in Dubai airport. Staff on reception were so helpful by calling the airport for us. I had trouble booking our room at the time but when we went up to our room we had been upgraded, what a wonderful surprise! When a local woman contacted us about our lost items reception took calls and messages for us to meet up. The area was fantastic, Close to everything, our views were amazing and staff booked several tours for us. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel and we certainly were sad to leave. Thankyou to all hotel staff!

Comfortable apartment at south end of Marina area

A comfortable and well appointed apartment in a block about a 10 minute walk from Jumeira Lakes Towers Metro Station and a similar walk (in the opposite direction) to the Beach. A two-story basement car park with room card activated access is useful, though driving in the area is not easy and our satnav sent us to the wrong Jannah Place Dubai Marina Hotel (it seems to be an annex in a different street). The staff were polite and helpful and spoke enough English for reasonable communication. Our room was serviced every day. A Moroccan Restaurant at the foot of the tower served a modestly priced and enjoyable dinner.

It's a standard 3 star Hotel. I can't complain for what I paid as I got what I paid for. The room was on the top floor facing the marina which was good due to the fact the other side of the hotel faces a mosque which could wake you up at 4:30am with calls to pray. Balcony had no furnishing, so sitting out in the evening was'nt really an option. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Kitchenette facility was adequate and appropriately furnished. Bathroom was a let down. Strong smell of sewage, with a badly stained shower curtain and a shower head in need of replacement.

If you are looking for a relatively in expensive place with a good location {Metro 10min walk, Marina mall 20min walk, JBR the walk 10mins}, you can't go wrong. Just don't expect anything more than a 3 star Hotel.

We had a great stay at Jannah Place. The room was spacious and had everything you needed, e.g. iron/ironing board. The room was clean and the bed was so comfy! We had a partial view of the marina which was great also. 10 minute walk away from the beach and main marina area. Sulaiman was so lovely and helpful, as were all the staff at the hotel. Would certainly recommend!

The hotel is in Dubai Marina and about a 10-minute walk away from JBR beach, malls, cinemas, and restaurants. So it's a great location from that standpoint.

The hotel rooms themselves are quite large and well furnished with a comfortably soft bed and pillows (important for me). The bathroom is a little bit of a disappointment though. A tiny shoebox of a bathroom with a bathtub and barely enough room for the WC.

I paid sub-$150 for my stay, so it was reasonably priced when I was there.

Stayed for 6 nights middle of Feb. Enjoyed every minute! We arrived early morn and our room was not ready as check in wasn't until 2pm, they got us straight into a big room and luckily were able to stay there all week without moving! Bit of an upgrade to what we wanted so that was great! Little shop attached to the hotel came in very handy, walking distance to the beach of about 10 mins and just a street up from the actual Marina it's self. Great location for everything!! I felt the room could have been a little cleaner as it wasn't spotless few spots of dust and marks in our room like it hadn't been lived in for a while and didn't smell squeaky clean but always serviced everyday! Nothing too much to complain about. If you are looking for absolute luxury and to be waited on hand and foot this isn't the place for you but if you are after doing your own thing and not spending much time there it's the right place!! All in all a great stay and would go back :)

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer guten Lage. Man erreicht die Metro, JBR, Dubai Marina gut zu Fuss. Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Alles ist sehr abgenutzt, um zu Übernachten und den ganzen Tag unterwegs zu sein, reichts jedoch völlig aus.

Vieze badkamer, heel oud hotel. Lekkage en veel geluid van de koelkast in je kamer. Had voor 2 weken geboekt maar ben. Na 3 dagen weggegaan

Precisa melhorar a infraestrutura.

Infelizmente a piscina estava coberta por obra do predio vizinho e nao fomos informados.
Academia com pouquissimos aparelhos.
Recepção sem ar condicionado.

Lembrando que era agosto e o calor estava de 50°

Mas tem uma otima localização e funcionários competentes

Tres belle emplacement dans un bon quartier animée avec restauration en a 50m . Une epicerie coller a l hotel .
Chambre confortable .. Belle vue . Personne au petit soin . Jy reviendrai surement

Erinoimainen sijainti

Hotellilla oli todella hyvä sijainti. Rakennustöitä tehtiin aivan vieressä mutta kyllä siihenkin tottui. Uima allas oli pieni ja todella kylmä vaikka päivälämpötila hipoi 30 astetta. Nuorekkaan oloinen hotelli ja välillä melua saattoi kuulua viereisistä huoneista. Valitsisin kuitenkin sijainnin perusteella.

Awesome!

We had an apartment rather than a room - and it was really really great! Clean, cosy, good kitchen and bed - even a washing machine. Excellent service including room service and concierge. Very nice staff! Small but nice pool on the rooftop! Since we were there outside of the peak season we had it almost exclusively for ourselves. Anyway the pool is only a bonus since a nice public beach is within walking distance (about ten minutes). You won’t have problems buying supplies since the area is crowded with shops and supermarkets. The metro is also within walking distance.
