Very very rude staff, supervisors and managers at Misto Restaurant; we felt discriminated at the Misto Restaurant ; very unfriendly staff in other areas as well; our room was not cleaned daily; dirty restrooms areas; towels were not replaced daily; very strong fragrance inside the hotel causes headache; not a lot of food selections during the weekends brunch buffet for 1,500 Php net each person; to clean ceramic coffee cups and glasses they were soaked in a toilet sink- in our room- that was so gross; water was leaking from the ceiling in the gym area- safety issues and some machines were not working; overall a very terrible experience at SEDA Nuvali

And they charge you over a quarter of your room rate for it whilst also claiming they are “pet friendly property” - I think this is disingenuous for hotels to do, all for its marketing!

The staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a great time swimming. The game room was okay. They need to replace the air hockey & Foosball tables. But they had ps5 and xbox available. The hotel offers free transport to the Ayala mall Solenad. We appreciate it. Thank you so much.

One of the best hotels I have stayed-in in Manila other than Shangri-La. Very convenient and refreshing. Just wish there were other dining options within the hotel. And the lechon cebu was never available in the 5 days that I was at the hotel. It’s okay though.

The front desk gave me a scare when after early check in & been staying at the place for 2 days, desk lady told me my reservation for the next 4 days (which I had booked & paid for since February 2024) has been cancelled, that I needed to sort it myself. The breakfast buffet was incredible. They had alot of options. The swimming pools were amazing. They had live band at night. They had a game room with fooseball/air hockey table, ps5, and xbox. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were professional and polite. I would recommend a staycation for the family. Malls were in walking distance. We plan on going back next month. Overall I like the property and staff. Staff is very helpful, respectful, and kind.
The only thing is our room is supposed to come with robes but no robes until I asked for some toiletries. I think there should also be a hair dryer but there wasn't. The soap scum, the black stuff were not properly caulked as you can see the black stuff and it looks dirty. The telephones are dusty, need to be cleaned and sanitized. These little details would have given the hotel a bigger impression

The staff was very helpful and nice and especially good service from Neil the on-site manager. Nice refrigerator in the room on site restaurant food and room service. Great walking distance and/or shuttle to a multitude of food. Restaurants to malls within 10 minutes. Walking distance there are really no taxis in the area so getting around is a little difficult, but The hotel staff can arrange rides through a private person and that work out really well. A very pleasant surroundings with park like setting enormous swimming pools, a big lake and a great place to walk in the evening. It gets pretty crowded on the weekend because I think a lot of people from Manila*** come down to go to Tagaytay to see the volcano in the lake named Taal.

Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was always professional and friendly. Room was clean but carpet had an awful stench. Would've been better if the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were in dispensers instead of individual packaging. Breakfast spread could be improved in terms of choices and taste. Parking near the hotel was full, parking for a limited number of cars only, so we had to park at the next lot. Would be challenging though if it was raining, since it is open parking.

It is our child Hermes' birthday on Dec 24. With the pandemic, all Metro Manila hotels that accept leisure bookings require antigen testing under GCQ. So we looked at Laguna which is under MGCQ and tried Seda Nuvali.

PROS:
1. Location was great with lots green spaces, walkable shopping and dining options. Plus a gorgeous lake view on one side.
2. Huge pool was refreshing.
3. Basic room amenities were complete.
4. Bathroom had a bathtub.

COULD BE IMPROVED:
1. Basic room amenities were complete but...Basic (eg. Generic coffee were in white sachets, crumbly creamer in white sachets, no sugar substitute). Unlike other Seda branches which had an upmarket feel. Plus couch fabric by the window had several stains.
2. Plated breakfast was also very basic. And servers were not consistent... Other tables had fruits, we were not given. But we appreciate the surprise brownies with birthday greeting. Thanks!

Overall still the better hotel option in Sta Rosa, Laguna. Looking forward to a better Seda experience when the new hotel building opens.

Considering it was a busy night, check in was smooth & fast. Staff were very nice, front desk, buffet hosts & even the housekeeping! Too bad they were doing renovations that’s why some amenities are not available (only reason I didn’t gave “excellent” for amenity category). Room was clean & bed is very comfortable.I will definitely recommend & be looking forward to staying in this hotel again.

I would suggest to restrict guests from doing it. I find this behavior unbecoming and disrespectful of other guests. It lowers the hotel standards.

Overall a good hotel.

It’s a good hotel with good service and good food. Make sure when they give room ask for the lake side view. They gave me the view with the construction side and it was terrible. People work 24/7 so you can’t see any day light whole day without compromising your privacy.

It was an amazing staycation. Very clean surroundings and friendly staff. Halls smell great. Kid-friendly. Clean pool although I appreciate a deeper than 4ft pool but like what I said this hotel is kid-friendly not to mention the play and game room. Why not add a billiard table in the spacious game room? My son was expecting a bit more in the game room other than PS games. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to friends.

Seda Nuvali has always been \"my place\" when I want to relax. Especially with the relaxing view of the lake in the morning. The place is even walking distance to the best places. Solenad, best restaurants, jogging path. Its a great place for the family especially kids. Sad to note though that they need to improve on service especially during peak season and should be able to keep up with guests requests. Having had the chance to stay in seda vertis north, I was able to compare their services and nuvali needs some improvement such as visibility of attendants and really prompt service.
