Such a lovely hotel. Amazing staff, all so welcoming and helpful. The 1st room we were in had a poor AC that didn’t work at all however we spent the 1st night there as our toddler had fallen asleep after complaining of the heat. We were luckily transferred to a better room the next morning which was great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel – the location, service, and overall atmosphere were excellent. However, I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the gym was closed for renovation during my visit. For me, having access to a fitness facility was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so it was a big disappointment.
I understand renovations are necessary, but it would have been helpful to inform guests in advance or offer an alternative solution. Everything else was wonderful, and I would consider returning once the gym is available again.

We didn’t want to leave! The rooms are spacious, clean and were larger than expected. So modern and updated. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety but it was still enjoyed. The staff were really lovely and made our stay memorable!

Also, everyone who worked at the hotel. The breakfast is AMAZING! I recommend getting your room with the breakfast. Trust me! The rooms are nice and they clean them TWICE a day! Everything was great from the staff, food and property. The only thing that I did not like was the shower water flowing towards the toilet and into the drain on the opposite side. After showering, every time we would use the restroom, the floor would be wet. Otherwise than that, I had a very pleasant stay.

Situated on a quieter, tree lined street, this was a quiet oasis from the bustle of Saigon. Yet, we were able to walk to all the sites and areas we wanted to see. There is a primary school across the street. We heard the kids singing the national song the first morning we were there, which was fun. The room we had was cool (in both senses of the word), and we enjoyed cooling off in the afternoon each day before heading out again. Breakfast was great - their Vietnamese milk coffee was my favorite of all the places I had it. Finally, they had the best complimentary sandals of all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Asia.

Stayed here for 5 days in January and loved it. The room and stay were great, a very solid 4 star hotel. The area was walkable and many main attractions were withing a 15 minute walk. The hotel dinning options were a bit limited but were tasty. A bit noisy at night and in the morning as there in a night club across the street that had karaoke at night and a school directly across the street that was busy in the morning. With all that said, I'd stay here again...

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. I wasn’t feeling well and was pleasantly surprised when some ginger tea showed up. My only complaint was that at 2 different times housekeepers showed up without knocking. The manager looked into it immediately. I would stay here again!

You can walk to many major attractions in less than 20 minutes. There is a karaoke bar just across the street but it wasn’t that bad and didn’t go too late. Solid 4 star hotel and I’d stay again.

Very nice hotel, very comfortable bed. My biggest issue with with the elevator. The elevator buttons hardley work. I have to press them 100x just to down down from my floor. On my last night, the down (or up) button both didn't work. I had to take my luggage down a floor to get elevator to work.

Hotel is modern and nicely designed. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Their bed is super comfortable though the pillows are too soft for our liking. We stayed for 3 nights from Fri to Mon and all was good till our last night, where we could hear very loudly from the opposite school. Not sure if it was a daily weekday routine or some special occasion but the children were singing and dancing for 1 hr at around 7 or 8am. There's no sound proofing at all. Staff were ok but not friendly. No one smiled or greeted us or other guests through out which was a little unexpected for a 4 star hotel.

What made us go for Fusion Suites was its fresh Nordic design. The room was very spacious and spotless, and we loved that it was directly overlooking the streets. Rooms are also complete and we appreciate that their products are sustainable. Staff members are very attentive and helpful as well. Location was at the heart of District 1 - quiet but still near establishments. The hotel was also easily accessible to tours and Grab.

Poor choice in providing a cooler rather than a mini fridge in the room ... the one flaw in an otherwise thoughtful design. There is a nice big park across the road, providing a nice respite to the relentless traffic & din. No rooftop patio, but room was big & bright enough for daily yoga routines. I would definitely stay here again

Ooverall, the property is clean and the staff is eager to please. The rooms are comfortable with a desk area, a little dining table, a small couch, and a kitchette. The bathroom is a nice size and modern. They did have a lovely place to sit outside and dine or have a drink in front off the lobby. There were a few things we were disappointed in. The outlets in the room were not in good condition. We had two rooms and in both of them, a few of them didn't work. They also had very few hangers to hang anything on and no drawers for clothing. The restaurant was OK, but did not have many options for vegetarians, which both my husband and I are. Lastly, the location is OK, as it is walking distance to many of the sites, but walking in Ho Chi Minh City is not easy. Many intersections don't have stop signs or traffic lights, so you are taking your life into your hands when crossing the street. The sidewalks are in terrible shape, and motor bikes a constantly using them as roads, as well.

For me, there wasn’t enough light at night after dark. It would be nice for a small fridge instead of a cooler in the room. Otherwise I would come back again.

The only small improvement I think they could make is with the airport shuttle. I made this reservation at 6am and our flight got in to SGN airport at 14:30. I knew it was last minute, but saw they had 24 hour airport shuttle in the description so immediately emailed to see if we could arrange last minute. I never got a response back. SGN airport is very busy and chaotic, so finding a taxi on arrival was a little hectic. When we checked in, I asked about airport shuttle for our flight out the following evening. They said I would have had to book the shuttle 2 days in advance (which isn’t listed anywhere online). All in all, it ended up being fine, and I downloaded grab and got a taxi at a very reasonable price. But- do think this is something they could improve to take away the stress of figuring it out for their guests new to the city.
The only small improvement I think they could make is with the airport shuttle. I made this reservation at 6am and our flight got in to SGN airport at 14:30. Hotel staff were amazing. Full of initiative to help us with our strollers as there were stairs up to the hotel entrance. They also played with my toddler while I had my morning breakfast. Highly recommended hotel. Will definitely be back!

Quaint, lovely space
A quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We booked the corner room and it was worth it, really spacious and lovely. Cozy, warm wooden interior looks like a tree house and love that they have huge windows for the outside view. Our stay also comes with the daily spa session and the massages were nice too. Concierge staff were also really attentive and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Love our time here and would come back to Fusion Suites when we’re back in HCM.

What a beautiful hotel! Felt like an oasis in the busy city. I loved the space. Very quiet and exquisitely decorated. Really top notch. Very inexpensive for what it is. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff were very polite and spoke English very well.
