The only thing that bothered us was the fact that the rooms are not soundproof and that was a big thing for us because we were with our baby.

Noisy without Harmony- very disappointed

Pool was out of order, renovations were being done, jackhammer below our room at 7.30am was quite annoying. When we arrived i had to leave the room because of the noise. To be fair they should of shut the floor above the reno's. Breakfast was good.
When i booked, it was our last leg of our trip, i was expecting to be pampered in the hotel, instead we couldnt stay, only to sleep.

We had an amazing time at Harmony! The breakfast buffet was delicious - I really liked the pho, pandan cakes, and banh gio. The fresh fruit juices and coffee was great too. We especially appreciated how lovely the staff were - shoutout to Audi for making our stay especially wonderful! :)

We stayed there twice, with a two day trip to Ha Long Bay between stays.

Remodel pretty good for an older building in an older district Convenient for walking or 'Grab'ing a ride to everywhere. Jenny was very helpful arranging rides to and from the airport.

Limited electric plugs in the two rooms, but we managed to recharge devices.

Only caveat, we are Boomers, the beds are pretty solid and low. So I strongly recommend for Gen X, Millennials, and younger.

Great location with very friendly staff. The hotel is currently under construction in some areas but still was very functional. Very close to everything Ho Chi Minh City has to offer. I would highly recommend this budget friendly hotel. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and the afternoon tea time (also included) was a very unique experience.

This hotel was located in the perfect location for us to walk to the market and get picked up for a tour. The staff were also outstanding and incredibly accommodating. We received an upgrade when we returned for our final night and darted on the upper floor that had a balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi (as well as an indoor one), it was amazing to be it a bath outside looking up at the sky our last night in Saigon!

I have to say, I liked this property for its convenience—it’s close to restaurants and very walkable. However, the staff wasn’t as friendly as you’d expect for a high-level hotel. The rooms were spacious, but there was cold air coming out of the vents, and the walls were thin, making it easy to hear the neighbors.

I stayed in the executive suite. the room itself was very spacious and had great natural light. I especially enjoyed the huge bathtub. the booking included the free mini bar which includes 2 bottled waters, 2 beers and 2 peach waters. staff were welcoming and friendly throughout the whole stay. high tea was also included which had sparkling wine, tea and an assortment of hot savoury and sweets. the buffet breakfast had good variety and I liked that they also made the coffees and eggs to order. the pool area is nice but the traffic is noisy. when I went I march the spa offered half price off their services if you booked in the morning and I got a 2 hour package which was extremely great value. in comparison to the other spas I went to in vietnam, this one lacked a bit of tranquility, the extra little touches and the masseuse was a little rough. there are plenty of restaurants all around the hotel. a grab car to the airport took around 25 minutes on a saturday morning and cost me 110K dong.

I like it because it close to cop mart store and local market Thai Bình.
I don’t like how they treat me.
First not giving me the room I booked and paid for online. Very inconvenient back and forward changing room. They then give me voucher for foot massage but when I go there the foot massage room have no air condition. I end up not using the voucher. I will never go back to this hotel again.
I go to the one beside it called Eden hotel, more nice and clean.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff are proficient in English, which is a boon for overseas travelers. However, some staff members could be more helpful. At times, it seemed like they were more focused on showcasing their English skills than providing assistance. Other than that, it's a great hotel. I like it.

Good location with many dining options nearby. Hotel breakfast was good. Doormen at arrival were very eager to \"assist\" on sim card purchase when asked for nearby options. Felt too pushy for a sales transaction and intrusive; despite mentioned at the lobby before heading up to the room that will consider on the purchase, yet ignored and knocked on room door despite DND signage was turned on and walk into the room uninvited.

Room with “Limited View” just a “window seeing another building wall”. Can’t have peaceful rest as the room is located in level 12 restaurant is at level 12A. Patrons have to take lift to level 12 to get access to Level 12A. So much noise and loud music during the night time and restaurant rearranging chairs around 3:00am. I didn’t get much sleep for the night I stayed at the hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff!!

We stayed at the haromony hotel in the harmony suite for 2 weeks and all i can say is that it was amazing. My wife broke her foot 3 days into out vacation and all the staff could not do enough to help her, and still made our trip an outstanding holiday, all the hotel staff from the receptionists, waiting staff, doormen and cleaners all helped us immensely, they helped her up and down stairs, into taxis, delivered our breakfast to the room every day and helped us get in and out of taxis, and let us borrow the hotel wheelchai to use exclusively during our stay so we could still fully explore the city. The staff really make this hotel and are all extremely helpfully, freindly and attentive, and are a massive asset to this hotel.

The hotel itself is stunning and kept to a very high standard and could not fault it it any way. We stayed in the harmony suite and the room is of a high standard with a balcony with hot tub (rare in Ho Chi Minh city), and a great jacuzzi bath in the room, huge bed and geat amenities. The location is extremely central in dirstrict one and near all the main tourist attractions.

I will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Vietnam in the future, and would not hesitate recommending this hotel to others.

Once again i can not thank the staff enough for all there help and assistane, they were fantastic and made a difficult situation on holiday easy.

excellent service provided by the staff. while he was helping to carry my luggage into the hotel, the handle of my luggage broken due to my luggage is quite heavy. he immediately apologise to me but i know it is not his fault and he offered me to bring my broken luggage to replace the handle. he return my luggage within 30 minutes. i am very surprised. i wanted to pay him for the replacement cost but at first he refused. finally i able to convince him to accept the replacement cost. quite a honest young guy. kudos to his services.

I find the room very dark . Limited light . Walkway to the room is inconvenient if u have a luggage. As there’s always a push trolley at the side for the cleaner . Weird with the indoor swimming pool with no view . And u need to carry your own luggage up the stairs if the bell hop is not around. The hotel do not have a ramp for luggage ! I wonder what if you’re on a wheelchair . The only thing I like about it is the masseuse Anna , friendly bellhop and walking distance to Ben Thanh Market !

My 18 days at Harmony was a joy - I highly suggest you visit. The area is not in the heart of activity, but getting around HCM City makes its location minor. Everyone from the friendly--English speaking staff--was absolutely pleasurable to encounter. The top-rated breakfast, breakfast service and room service are all excellent. Housekeeping staff made sure I had a spotless-clean room. I want to send special thanks to Staff members: Ngoc Van Nguyen (Anastasia) - Captain Daniel - Manager Jodie - Grey - Julie - Ivy - Pew - Nolan - Jenny - Harry - Marvin - ....everyone. All were professional and easily approachable. I hope to return here on my next visit to HCM City.

Good but....

Overall the hotel is nice, I had a room with jacuzzi which was a treat. High tea was included but this was so-so. Free minibar was also a nice thing to have. The people at the door are actually the best part of this hotel - very welcoming and friendly. The girls at reception all need to learn how to smile more.
And, the biggest thing...how can you have one iron for the whole hotel??? The first day, I had to wait 15 minutes to get one and the second day, it never came....disappointing and quite frankly ruined my impression of this hotel.
The spa has some nice packages with good discounts.
Will I be back? Unsure as many other hotels to choose from in HCMC.
