Generally a good stay. But the service was a bit lukewarm and you don't always find reception people.

Disappointing, area outside hotel not great, opposite a petrol station and hgvs parked. Nothing in immediate area like bars or restaurants meaning you have to stay in hotel to eat although the hotel tapas bar was very acceptable. Room had a few faults, mirrors in strange places to access, plug in sink didn’t work. Dead fly in canopy above bed and hairs on bathroom floor. Glass Wall between bed and bathroom so not for those who would be embarrassed to see their partner/friend using bathroom.

La actitud del personal de recepción fue pésima, tanto a nuestra llegada como a la salida. Traíamos bastantes piezas de equipaje y nadie ayudó a pesar que pedimos apoyo, tenían staff a la vista. El estacionamiento es poco accesible para llevar y traer el equipaje. La habitación de 2 niveles, poco práctica y hasta peligrosa ya que la cama se encuentra arriba y el baño abajo. El agua se sale de la regadera y se moja el piso. Se oye el ruido de los pasillos, había gene platicando en voz alta a las 11:30 PM que nos despertó. El desayuno bien y la mesera muy amable. La estadía en éste hotel fue la única experiencia desagradable en nuestro viaje.

This Hotel has a modern decorative theme in an old style building. The grounds are nicely done and there is a garden in the back which is great for having a cocktail or just hanging out. The Restaurant was good. Breakfast is European style but very good. The room and bath were small but adequate. My room was rather dark, but I assume they do that on purpose as the Ribera del Duero area is notorious for being very sunny.. My only complaint is that there weren’t any blankets, only a double sheet so I had to continually adjust the AC temperature. Parking is on the street but abundant and readily available. The village and the Protos winery are just a short walk. If you plan to visit wineries a car is a must.

If you’re expecting a wine country experience , you’re out of luck. This place is a far cry from Napa or Sonoma. In fact, I have no Idea why anyone would build a nice hotel in this area. The place was a ghost town.

Tienen una luz dentro de la habitación que no se puede apagar por más que lo pedimos. Nos dicen que es luz de seguridad pero no permite descansar. Pasamos dos noches sin dormir bien.

Habitación bonita y cómoda. Los detalles negativos es que el lavamanos estaba atascado y el agua bajaba muy lentamente, una cortina se estaba cayendo. El hotel en si, muy bonito, pero la zona donde se encuentra ubicada es un polígono industrial.
