Air Conditioning was on auto but worked amazingly! Bed and room was completely spotless, maintenance crew was super helpful. Supported any request that was needed and made it happen right away.

The environment was solid, did the job for a getaway for a weekend.
Breakfast was a 10/10 would recommend!

Just a so-so place to stay

Made a reservation for a king bed. Upon checking in, was told there were no more king beds. There was nobody in this hotel. No cars in the parking lot. So I mentioned that. Then he says well we can put you in king Jr suite. We agreed. The room was not very welcoming. Vinyl floor had a big scratch in it. Back of toilet cover cracked. Curtains had stains about 12 inches up from bottom, obviously from water or a spill of some kind. Whole place smelled of Fabuloso or some type of cleaner. Bed was comfortable and rest of room and bathroom was clean. Made an old hotel try to look upgraded. But we were not impressed especially not for $175 for the night. Did not stay for breakfast so can't comment on food choices etc.

I’d go back again

In an agricultural town, this is a great hotel to stay in. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Little things like the TV, in room coffee brewer, and refrigerator were all clean and working. Surprisingly my room, coffee and the waffle I had for breakfast, were some of the best I’ve had in a long time.

I had just worked a double shift in the medical field. I wanted something I could cool off the room, quiet and comfortable bed to get some rest before returning to my job in the morning. It all went well until waking up to a hot room and realizing the power was out through out the town. Luckily the power came back on within 45 minutes of me awaking to a completely quiet warm room.

Hotel as a whole is very dingy and dirty looking. Rooms are outdated, hard to tell if they were clean, floors were sticky and gross, there was a large hole in our wall they hung a piece of art over to try to cover most of it. No ac turned on so our room was very hot and gross when we checked in. Would not stay here again. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. It’s gone downhill and nothing is done to keep it updated and clean. Would probably be better off at a motel 6 or staying somewhere outside Brentwood.

Got the room for my Aunts who are 87 and 85 years old and I figured $200 dollars a night it would be a good clean room. Little did I realize that the room had ants. Marisela was amazingly helpful when we were staying there with a few relatives occupying a couple of rooms and had confusion over one of our bookings. She was so nice and went out of her way to help resolve any issues for us.

In fact everyone at this place was nice with the rose garden in front and staff were so professional/helpful and rooms were so clean and comfortable that we are sure to go back!

Check in was a nightmare - booked through Hotels.com but even though had confirmation said only 1 night and it was paid for 2 - took over 40 min to check in & get error situated. Felt unsafe in side parking areas where you are to park - both nights men hanging out around cars. Not well lit. Not the cleanest.

There was no one at the counter when we tried checking in at 9pm; no bell at all. We had to yell for someone to come out. Also, there wasn’t anyone when we needed to check out. The property also needs to be updated as far as its decoration. There was mold on the walls. The first room we were assigned stunk like smoke so we requested another room. The 2nd room was better but was next to the elevator so it was crazy noisy. People were loud coming out of the elevator and slammed their doors. I will definitely not stay in this property again.

Told I had to book queen bed rooms to have adjoining rooms (more expensive for queen vs king) then they said no adjoining available . Had to call front desk 3 times to have them quiet Nextdoor tv at 1am. Had to use my cell phone as in room phone didn’t work. Best Western should be ashamed of this property.

The \"suite\" we requested did not have the air conditioning running and was over 90° upon arrival. The curtains were severely stained. The lid to the toilet was cracked. One of the outlets was duct taped. After 20 minutes the room had not come down in temperature and I ultimately had to request other room accommodations. The standard room I was moved to did not have any of the aforementioned issues and was satisfactory for the one evening stay.

The room smelled moldy when we arrived. The towels were sour and had threads coming out. So we went to buy our own towels from the local store. The cleaning staff never came on and cleaned our room. The refrigerator over flowed with water maybe they turned it off to unthaw the ice. We always wipe down everything when we arrive at a facility. I'm glad we did. The microwave had residue inside and the TV remote was sticky. The front desk staff was very nice. The AC/heater was so loud we had to turn the TV volume way up. I'm surprised we didn't get a noise complaint. We will never stay with this Hotel brand again. This was our first
time staying with this Hotel group. We would have thought because of the area, the quality would have been better. I should have listened to my peers.

Rusted Bathtub in 219

Gross! Rusted bathtub in room 219. Front desk said they rent out “as-is”. I checked in late at night and parked where instructed. The side door to the hotel was propped open for anyone to walk in. The room appeared ok at first glance until I went to use the shower in the morning and saw the rusted tub.

The front desk didn’t have any similar rooms. They had me email the general manager. He approved me moving to a room someone was checking in to that day and would give the other person the rusted bathtub room. Gross.

IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER

My husband uses a walker so we reserved a handicap room, and the room itself was adequate even though the TV didn't work. The only thing special was the bathroom door, but it was too large for the space between the sink and was very difficult to maneuver around.

We travel a lot, but we have never seen a toilet that was so low to the ground. It would have been fine for a child. Very difficult to get up even for someone with no handicap.

Needs improvement.

Checking in went well great customer service. But very disappointed with the beds, they were very uncomfortable didn't sleep well. Me and my husband do a lot of traveling and stood at many hotels. Very seldomly do we get disappointed in our stay at hotels. We especially look forward to going down to the lobby and enjoying our breakfast. Coffee was very watered down, and only had two main selections sausage patties and eggs. In my opinion an egg is an egg and should taste like one, they're were additives in it which didn't even taste like an egg it was horrible. That part needs to be improved. But other than that rooms were clean.
