The elevator didn’t work the room was dirty the frig didn’t work and I couldn’t get connected to their WiFi. I asked for help but did not get any respond . Terrible place to stay, for the money I expected much more. And the room had a musty odor. And I was charged a deposit which I am still trying to get back

We were given room 201 at check in. The connecting door in the room has the lock on the wrong side where anyone can access our room. When I requested another room the clerk said I shouldn't worry because guests don't have access to that other room and only staff can. So someone can still access our side. I requested another room because I didn't feel safe in room 201. There was not a single towel in 201 as well.
There was no breakfast our entire stay from sat morning to Monday morning and no one told us that at check-in or in between. There was no informing us about the pool and hot tub being down which is why we chose to stay here for my 5 year old. When I would call in for extra towels we waited 30 mins and had to call in again and still waited another 30 mins and my husband had to go flag down the housekeeper down the hallway. Our keys didn't work our last night and we had to get them fixed from the front counter. The trash cans had the ice bucket trash bags in them instead of the correct size. So we didn't know if they wanted us to use the smaller size bag or not. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower were empty. These are all the things I check before booking so I know what to pack for especially for my kid. We came there for family so we will be back just hope things get better because we love your location to lots of restaurants, stores and freeway access.

My room was dirty, beds weren’t done and smelled like cigarettes when I had reserved a non smoking room. I asked for another room and they stated they didn’t have any other rooms. My other family members room stunk as well. It said they had complimentary breakfast but in the morning there wasn’t anything.

The property pleasantly exceeded my expectations for the price-point offered. The property and room were clean, although the pool had an issue, everything was very nice. To add more value, the prime location Antioch Inn & Suites occupies, it is located amid a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. I will return should business bring me back that way.

TV did not work in the room. Air conditioner did not work in the room. I had a terrible experience. Front desk clean that property was at full capacity and they couldn’t change my room so I had to sit outside to keep cool because the air conditioner was blowing hot air and the TV was broke.

Dirty sheets, roaches all over the room, bathroom & mini fridge, filthy shower, missing shampoo & conditioner, smoke & weeds smell in room.

When I told the night shift receptionist about the situation, he said there’s nothing he can do. He said that since I booked from Hotels.com I should complain to them. The receptionist was RUDE.

He also charge us $150 for incidental fee.

To start off there was a sign that said \" be back in 15mins. Leave your key in basket\" sign was still there next day. Man at front desk seemed irritated. I asked for a king room bottom floor. What I got was a 3rd floor room next to freeway. Never could go to sleep as listened to traffic all night. Hotel phone didn't work so had to use my cell phone to ask for bath towels, kleenex & coffee cups., after 45mins we got thin small bath towels (2) and then 15min later got cups. Never got kleenex. Room seemed freshly painted but floor hadn't been cleaned as I found numerous pills on floor near the bed ( not mine). Shower was missing a door so water came out onto floor. Shower water handle fell off repeatedly when trying to turn on & off. Noticed the window on a ground floor room had been broken and there was glass all over the walkway in front of room. They should eliminate some of the furniture in the room making it easier to move in the room. Upon check out I noticed that the vehicle that was parked in the driveway to hotel belonged to the guy at front desk and was still there. The 15 min sign was still there. I waited about 5 mins and he got out of his car and asked me what I needed. Told him I needed to check out & would like my receipt and he said it would be emailed to me. Im still waiting. I would NEVER recommend this place!!!

Number one there were no small toilets in the room tv had ten channels then there where the people next door to me that where fighting from 6pm to 5am police was call but nothing happened I just got up and left at three in morning because I couldn’t sleep and it was very aggressiving I will never return to that hotel again even the officer said do rent a room at this hotel

This has been a nice hotel. It's not now. The pool was closed for repairs. The stepping stones leading from the parking area to the side walk were broken or missing. The room was in poor repair. The laminate flooring was deeply scratched, the walls and doors were very dirty, as was the battered chaise lounge in the corner. There was art missing from walls with only the holes and wall anchors remaining. The kitchenette was in the bathroom? The floor of the shower stall was damaged and very dirty. The TV was disconnected with cables hanging out the back. I did manage to get the HDMI cable plugged back in, but the TV was stuck on the guide. I put new batteries in the remote. Still stuck on the guide. The hotel website and a sign in the lobby said breakfast from 6 to 10 am. Although there were steam tables, a waffle maker, coffee and juice machines and display cabinets for pastries, all of it was dusty, cold and empty at 7:30 am. The guy at the desk looked up from his phone long enough to shrug when I asked about breakfast. If you stay here, you'll get all this plus the peace and quiet of being practically on the freeway off and on ramps.

Upon checking in, there was no towel available in the room, and there is one bag of all male stuff in the closet and the worse is the bed is smelling with illegal smoking 🚬 stuff. This hotel is getting bad reviews because they don't care about the customer, we when to find towels from the other rooms available.

Price is always importan, first night i asked about the fitness center “its out of service”, seasonal pool from april to sep “is mossy green along with the hot tub”, next morning asked about breakfast “its not approved” front desk said… second night asked for cleaned towels “housekeeping leaves at 5pm” and im like did they leave with the towels????… so no housekeeping only on request and no toilet paper or clean towels after 5pm… mainly contractors book this place we het off at 5pm…. Pretty much every room has a major amenity broken (TV, AC, toilet, door card reader) and the pool/hot tube is closed and green like a pond so don't know why it's even advertised. Was staying forca week and 2nd day i came back from work and all my stuff was removed from my room and was given to someone else. The \"GM\" Amber gave me so much aditude put me in 3 straight room with something majorly not working and received even more attitude like I'm being a bother mumbling to her front desk employee intentionally infront of me I'm done with this MFer changing rooms 6 times like it was my fault. So sorry I want a TV AC or a working toilet and not have all my personal belongings removed from a room I paid for

I like the place but the experience this weekend was horrendous.
Refrigerator was broken my food spoiled and had the nerve to ask me leave my room to have it cleaned but when I returned some 10 hours later no toliet paper no fresh towels to be exact NOTHING WAS DONE TO MY ROOM. THE NIGHT PERSON was a founded in his car in the parking lot .So this was a bust had hopes with new managers.Big let down

The room was dirty, floors not mopped. No clean towels. No shampoo or body wash. There was never in the two weeks there any free breakfast for the quest. When I requested a refund I was told it would take two weeks. My budget was not big enough to change hotels. They also charged 150.00 deposit X's 3. The swimming pool and hot tub were green with algea, couldn't go swimming. The evening security guard was very rude and wasn't willing to help

Entry very nice. On a weekday, the breakfast area when I got there Only had starches, bread, muffin, cereal with no milk. A coffee machine in Hawaiian punch Kool-Aid. Other was a set up for a full breakfast that was not served.

Always outside dark and dismal. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Walked into our room dirty towels all over the floor , empty liquor bottles on table and drug baggies left on microwave ! Hot tub filthy , gym used for storage and hot tube was gross which was one reason we booked here to use the gym and hot tub! Breakfast has absolutely nothing but waffles and no condiments !
Staff didn’t see to care and looked bothered by use letting them know about the issues !
Glad we found the baggie and not my kids !

There were no amenetes i went to take a shower no body wash no shampoo no conditioner all bottles empty not even bar soap
And as i look around no microwave no coffee maker no iron even the toilet paper holder was gone toilet paper on the floor. The fridge was even hot. Now i will say it was the first time being like this and either hopefully the last or it will be the last time i stay there.

The first room we were put in was missing TV and phone or clock after talking with gentleman at the front desk he moved us to a new room. This one has the TV and clock. The ac was unplugged but we were able to fix that. The fridge didn't work at all in the second room even after turn down down to 0. The floors were very dirty. After my shower walking about the room and stepping into the shower to grab soaps foot prints in the tub were black. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. AmaOng customer service. Just wish the room matched the pictures online.

The first room I was given the key card did not work, the second room I was given the AC was not working same with the room next to mine. The third room was barely okay. The outlets did not work. The outlet where the AC was plugged in worked but the plastic outside of the outlet, pieces were literally coming off. The place is seedy, a homeless man was on the premises. I did not feel safe staying there or leaving my room at night. It smelled like cigarettes in my room and outside my door it smelled like urine. I ended up leaving at night to stay at another place and couldn’t get a refund.

The purpose for our stay was because I was having surgery in the area the following morning. I’ve always trusted Choice Hotels but my last few experiences have been subpar. I had phoned and asked for special accommodations (a first floor room near the parking lot) ahead of time because I was disabled. I was told that the room I had was near the parking lot. The paved walkway from the parking lot to the room was unsteady. I almost fell because the pavers were loose. There was no other way to get there, short of going all around the pool. Since we had arrived later in the day, we bought some food and ate in the room. It wasn’t long before the food we were eating attracted cockroaches. We threw everything out but they kept coming. When we took a shower, half of the shower door was missing. No, it wasn’t one of those fancy shower stalls. The water pooled up into the bathroom, no matter how hard we tried. There was a shampoo dispenser in the shower that was empty, which was frustrating because hotel rooms always have shampoo and I hadn’t packed any. My daughter went to get breakfast between 7:30 and 8:00 am and had to ask where the eggs were. She was met by a rude worker who made her feel bad for even asking. I have another surgery coming up but I won’t be staying here. It’s sad when the surgery was the best part of my trip. By the way, the room we had was right next to the dining room.
