Entire 2nd and 3rd floor to have so many complaints that the front desk called us after we were in bed to alert us that when security comes in in 2 hours that they will get to the bottom of the problem. I will admit that the smell was awful.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless, and the front counter staff was exceptionally welcoming. The hotel itself, with its spacious hallways and well-maintained public areas, was immaculate. While our room was slightly outdated, it was overall clean and equipped with a convenient refrigerator and microwave. The television access was excellent. The sole reason for not awarding it a perfect five-star rating is the check-out time, which is either 11 or 12 o’clock, although I cannot recall the exact time. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel staff promptly knocked on our door at 9:00 a.m., ostensibly to remind us of the check-out time, which disrupted our sleep. Apart from this minor issue, the hotel’s location is highly convenient, being situated near various food establishments such as McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Wendy’s. Their continental breakfast a 10/10 😋 I would undoubtedly choose to stay there again if I were in a similar situation.

After finding cockroaches crawling on my hand, I do not try their breakfast nor anything to eat there. I did let the front staff know about all the roommates I had (cockroaches) and showed her the video and pictures. She was going to let the person in charge of cleaning know. That was it. Would not recommend staying there.

Cleaning staff saw us leaving and removing the door hanger yet did not clean the room, There were 2 cleaning staff members that saw us leave and yet did not clean. When they did clean, They only emptied the trash, made the bed and replaced the toilet paper. Did not give us any additional towels

Good: clean, great shower (I hate weak showers!), nice room, Starbucks & McDonalds on same grounds with Wendy’s and Carl’s Jr across the streets. Many nice restaurants about a mile into Oakley (not Antioch!). Quiet, AC internet and TV worked fine.

Bad: have seen homeless hang around although not this short trip. I arrived approx 1:30, knowing it was early. The girl told me rooms weren’t ready, since check-in wasn’t until 3:00. I left, came back at 2:45 and was told I still had to wait until 3:00! A bit frustrating. Sofa was stiff and very uncomfortable even to sit on plus was very noisy.

check in on Friday afternoon at 3:15 was long due to only one (1) person manning the check in desk.....with 4 people
in front of us...it took quite a long time to finally get to the desk....then that night we found that the TV remote was not working so husband had to go down and ask somebody what the problem was....needed batteries. Then no ice bucket in the room, and no ice machine on 2nd floor where our room was....this was our second recent stay here, and I can say that it is our last. Way too pricey for what the room had.

First the good...It was very clean and the breakfast was good...close to fast food locations...the plug in the tub would not work correctly, we finally saw someone at the front desk and let her know and it was fixed that day

Now the bad...The walls were paper thin...we heard every argument and conversation the neighbors had...We had to call the front desk who called the police because we heard glass break during one argument...thank goodness they left that day...We were there for a funeral, we went to the funeral and wanted to go back to our room and lay down...we got there and the sheets had been stripped and dirty towels removed but not replaced...this was about 2;30...also there were two other rooms booked for the funeral and they were both in the same condition...the sister of the deceased is elderly and needed a nap so she laid down in the lobby on a couch and slept for awhile...we were all on the same floor and there were no housekeeping carts on our side of the hotel. My wife told the front desk and finally a housekeeper came...she knocked very quietly and said did we need housekeeping? I said yes and held the door open so she could see...Very rudely she told me I had to leave so she could clean the room...I didn't mind leaving it was her attitude, we have never been at a hotel were the room was only half done...the jetted tub turned out to be a hottub taking up half the bedroom with only a chair for the desk. the juice machine didn't work, the juice on counterwas bad

The service here was terrible. When checking in, my room key did not work. I returned to the front desk and waited 15 minutes for a new key. I returned to my room, but the new key did not work, so I went back to the front desk. The staff told me to wait as she answered the phone and took another 15 minutes. I received another new key, and it did not work. I then returned to the front desk and waited for 15 minutes before they moved me to a new room. In total, it took me over an hour to check into my room. I also noticed the elevator has buttons that no longer work and has an operating permit that has expired 7 months ago.

Rooms were ok but comforters were not washed and had stains and what looked to be like someone blew there nose on the comforter and had not been washed. Fridge did not work and caused out milk to spoil. Some lights in the room did not work.

Best Western is a hotel chain that I trust with consistently good quality and service. While the Best Western Plus Delta Inn and Suites provided the cleanliness and comfort that I have been enjoying, the hospitality was definitely lacking. Both the evening and nighttime/early morning clerks were unfriendly and borderline rude. Even though we were the only guests at the check in counter, both acted as if they were really inconvenienced by our presence.

Woke up to an ant infestation. Hotel assured me they would clean the room and solve the problem. It only got worse and ended up all over the bed. My son was in. They told me they had my room type, but it wasn’t clean yet. Then later told me they would have to downsize my room refused to give me any sort of refund and told me they were gonna give me some type of credit and never did, entire staff all acted like they could not escalate to their management . I was told I would receive a call from management and I never did And then they lied to Hotels.com and said that the room needed a deep cleaning, which was not the case. We only slept in the room.
