We booked a toom for 5 online, 2 adults and 3 kids. The plan was for 1 kid to sleep on a sleeper sofa. When we arrived we were told the sofa in our room was broken. We asked for a rollaway bed which was advertized as available. They said they gave the last one away even though it was on our reservation. They tried to show us a different room with another sleeper sofa, which, guess what, was also broken. We decided to just cram everyone into 2 queen beds since we had no choice. It was awful and ended up ruining the trip because we were grumpy and exhausted. The brown sofa in our room was gross and should have been thrown away 20 years ago.Had what looked like black dog hair on cushions. They didnt care, dont stay here. Husband complained at checkout and the woman receptionist said couch was on backorder from China. Theres a furniture store right next door to the hotel. They didn't offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience. The pictures dont do justice how gross the couch was. We didnt let anyone sit on it.

Bed is too high for shorter folks- I am 5 feet and could barely get up in bed. Carpet was dirty- not vacuumed well and floor in bathroom had some dirt on it. Tub is old and damaged. Microwave old. This hotel was the worst.. there was no hot tub and nothing was said. Its cemmented in and blocked.. pool was chipping and chips of paint everywhere.. the rocks around the pool chipping and hurts stepping on them.. the eggs and sausage and gravy was cold not very much fresh fruit.. orange juice and craberry juice were both watered down, the water wasent in the breakfast room very inconveinent. loud neighbors all night even though the front was told. Beds are very uncomfortable. Young adults also drinking in the pool room. This was not a pleasing stay at all and i want my money back.. this was the worst hotel my family and i ever stayed at!! :(

The room was nice. The bed was just very uncomfortable, i had a hard time sleeping all night. It just was not for me. The shower took about 10 minutes to warm up so had to let it run a while before i could get in. And the shower curtain had black mold all over the bottom of it. Everything else was fine.

The lady at the front desk was as friendly as a porcupine. Online it showed there is a hot tub in this hotel. I asked about it and she was extraordinary rude to me. I was absolutely appalled at her behavior. This alone ruined my entire view of the rest of the hotel. The point to booking this hotel was for the hot tub to relax in after a long week. We've stayed in this exact hotel before and there was a nice hot hot-tub. I guess not anymore 😕.

We searched for a room on two criteria. Pool, and pet friendly. The pool was empty and it was hard to find any grass that was not covered in feces. Pet owners are not cleaning up and neither is the staff. No waste bags are provided, neither is a trash can. Previous guest left pet food on our carpet that was not vaccuumed up. Mold stains on the back of shower curtain. The new owners are trying to clean up the place but it will be a long road.

Arrived at the hotel to learn that the 2 roll away beds they have were both given away before we got there. While I'm well aware the request was not guaranteed, I would have hoped my request would have been honored since it was confirmed the day before.

Only issue was being unable to get a ground floor room (due to a disability) and the hotel does not have an elevator. The stairs were very difficult for me to navigate with luggage. I forgot to make the request at the time of booking.

Was probably cleaner than felt, just very dated so permanent stains or dingy spots. Did promptly respond and move us when window started leaking during downpour. Nice little pool for kids, hot tub looks like its been closed for years. Breakfast was pretty normal offerings, and all tasted fresh, and plentiful.

I noticed she argued with other guests at check in also. The family who runs this location is very unfriendly. This made it very uncomfortable being out of the room. I would not stay here again.

The 2 main reasons for choosing this hotel was the continental breakfast and hot tub (we're old and lots of aches). I am disabled and asked for a room on the bottom floor. We were given room 128. My grandkids went to the pool and afterward the oldest went in to take a shower. He pulled up the shower knob and the facet flew off. We asked for another room. They did not have one on the first floor so we had to go to room 202. I have COPD and on oxygen, I had a real hard time walking up the stairs. The air conditioner did not work so I had a bad night. My daughter went to Walmart and bought a box fan. That night was a lot better. I paid over $400.00 for this room. I will never stay in one again.

The only complaint is that the pool was freezing. The kids were so excited to swim but they couldn't be in very long because the water was way too cold. Otherwise the stay was very nice. The draw for the kids was having a pool so that was unfortunate they couldn't enjoy it.
