Mr. Jerry checked us in and he was very personable and friendly. The room however was awful. As soon as we opened the door, we could smell urine coming from the bathroom. The room had a terrible smell as well. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a good while. We had to use Lysol on the base of the toilet to get rid of the urine smell. We had to use shower shoes because the tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The grout around the tub and toilet was black. In order to lesson the smell of the room, we sprayed Room Concentrate. If it wasn’t so late, I would have asked for a new room; but we were tired. I am really disappointed with this hotel. I made a video but can not upload it.

Absolutely professional & great staff specially Cindy , Pam . Clean entrance / Lobby ! Room needs a serious renovation & cleaner carpet & better quality bed sheets & towels .stayed 3 nights with no room service except asked for fresh towels . Great location & safe ! Breakfast is basic ( granola Bar , few apples , coffee / Tea) ! I like to enclose few photos of the room condition with refrigerator ( dark spots ) & microwave ( rusty) ! I stayed while the hotel was completely booked and the folks who run it are amazing. The service was quick and polite, the room was clean, and most of all it was quiet and so was the surrounding area. The only complaint I have is I had to put a chair in front of the mini fridge because the seal was going bad and the pillows were the exact size of my head. Then again I may have been given an older/ not as used room and everything else was great so I really can’t call it a complaint

Definitely Worth the Stay!

Cindy was very helpful at the desk. I was very happy with the fact of that the hotel appearance and upkeep was being taken care of. The room was clean. There's obviously a couple things that you can always improve on like maybe the showerhead being cleaned a little bit better. But I didn't feel like in some hotels where things weren't being as cleaned as this hotel was. Even the hallways were nice and clean. The floors were clean. The light breakfast could use some improvement, but like I said for everything else, the cleanliness is the biggest thing for me. Me and my two other female friends Felt safe and comfortable. Things that are kind of out of your control the marijuana used by guest, smelling up the hallway,I hope they got there incidentals for that. But other than that again out of everything I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room needed airing out and refreshing!!!

Upon opening room door, we were greeted with a feces smell, like someone had just used the bathroom. Bathroom was clean, except for corners where there was visible dirt. Tub and sink area ok. Bed mattresses were good, no signs of bugs. They had covers on them. Three Pillows each bed were terrible, they were filled with chopped up foam rubber, not good or comfortable at all. There were no covers or extra pillowcases on them. One pillowcase was so thin ( threadbare) that there was no fiber left just the thread. Could see your hand through it easily. The air conditioner smelled like mildew while on. We purchased Febreze and a disinfectant spray at the truckstop and sprayed everything down so it was tolerable for the two days rental. Would not stay again at this hotel unless absolutely necessary even though the staff was friendly enough.

Pretty sketchy area. Parking only for passenger vehicles, so my pickup with a car on a trailer is parked about 300 yards away in an overnight trucker lot on a nearby property. Probably safer (not safe) there anyway. Cigarette burns in the bedding of my non-smoking room. Burned a hole straight through the blanket and the sheet, indicating the two were on the bed together when the burn happened and likely are still on the bed together because they were not changed. Numerous icky spots throughout the room. Heard what sounded like 5 or 6 gunshots nearby. Not thrilled to be here, honestly. The staff I've met has been fantastic, though. I hope they make it home safely when their shift is over. If I get bitten by bedbugs, I'll update this review in the morning.

While the hotel was generally clean it was in need of updating. Not really a big deal though. WIFI was wonky and I had difficulty with dropped calls. My biggest issue was other guests going in and out in the wee hours of the morning. The doors banging shut woke me at 1AM and was not able to fall asleep again. This made my 12 hour drive the next day VERY difficult. Noise was the biggest issue for me.

This was our second stay at this particular hotel. We needed a handicap assessable room for my husband who is blind, and we got the same one. The only thing that I noticed that could be a problem to some people was the quality of the towels and bedsheet. Some of the towels were thin and worn. Our top bedsheet had quite a few areas that were very thin. If you put your foot in the right place, you could push your toes through. I was very surprised at this. The pillows and the mattress were very comfortable . I could hear the conversation in the room next-door because of the thin walls. Overall, our stay was good.

The location was convenient, right off the highway with gas and food right there. The room was ok, however, it was very noisy. Doors slamming at all hours, a dog barking across the hall (even though there was a no dog policy), a loud alarm went off at 2:30am one night for a few minutes, there was always some noise at night when trying to sleep. Worst of all was the $2600 hold on my credit card for a $260 total stay, absolutely absurd and I was never told there would be that much of a hold. 4 days after check out and it still hasn't dropped off. Not the worst place ever but could certainly have found somewhere better for a similar price.

It was comfortable and clean. We had a handicap assessable room. One thing I would suggest my husband is legally blind, And in the bathroom, the sign by the phone wasn’t very big and I’m sure someone with no eyesight would really have a hard time if they had an accident in there and had to call the desk. Just a suggestion. At 1:30 in the morning, the fire alarm went off I looked outside in the hall. Nobody else was moving. I didn’t smell any smoke or anything so I didn’t do anything. The alarm did finally go off But there was never any notification from staff that their had been a problem. To some people that could’ve been scary.
A phone call to the room could have been made because the alarm would have everybody awake. Again, just a suggestion.

Put towels out for new ones...took towels got none in return. When asked for a set, got two hand towels and two wash cloths.

I’m 50/50 on the hotel. The bedding was clean and comfortable, but a bit worn and dated. The room was pretty quiet. The room was very basic. No clocks and no directory books in the rooms. I forgot to bring a charging block for the cells because we now have usb ports in our vehicles and in most hotel rooms, but this room did not have them built into the lamps and others, so we could not charge our phones. The water took forever to heat up, and we could not watch tv because, despite there being a spectrum cable box, the only channel that would come in was PBS. We took one look at the breakfast selection and went next door to McDonald’s. It’s literally a comfortable place to sleep, and that’s about it. But, it was inexpensive and conveniently located for our needs, so I guess I’m still 50/50 on it.

Sub standard motel. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the tub and sink were clean but very worn. They said there was a breakfast but all they had was coffee and juice. We didn't question it. There is a McDonalds and
I Hop right by the Hotel. If you only stay 2 nights they don't clean your room which is fine but you then had to go ask for more towels. In the bathroom someone wired the light and fan switch together so you couldn't just turn on the light and and the fan was very loud. There was a fridge and microwave in the room but no coffee maker. For a short stay it was ok and close to where we were going.

Checked in about 3 pm but room was not ready, so they moved us to a different room. That room was comfortable, clean. A/C worked but the digital temp reading was way off (had to put it at 62 degrees to keep the room cool). Room was not moldy or musty but we never got rid of all the moisture in the air, even with AC on overnight. Fridge worked fine. Easy on/off interstate. Had to ask for breakfast food during posted breakfast hours, given a honeybun and Nature Valley granola bar from the front desk.

Got a non-smoking room. Around an hour of being in the room started smelling cigarette smoke. Like someone was in our room smoking but no one was in there but us. Let the staff know the next morning. Was told 5 rooms down was a few smoking rooms for those who couldn't make it up to the second floor. Was not informed that, would have requested a room further away. We decided that we were not going to stay the second night there. Wanted to make sure they didn't charge us for the smoke smell. I was informed very rudely by the lady at the desk, that I prepaid for the two nights, and I would not get refunded for the night that we were not staying in. Explained that I wasn't worried about that, I ended up being up all night because I couldn't breathe and ended up with a bad migraine from the smoke smell. Explained they need to inform people if they are going to be near those rooms. I would hate to see how bad those rooms next to those smoking rooms are.
There was pubic hair all in the bathtub. Didn't look like it was cleaned enough. Would like to get refunded for my nights. It is even showing the wrong dates on here. Fri April 29th and Sat April 30th were the night we were supposed to stay. Only stayed on Friday. Had to find another hotel and that tripled our cost for the night. Would not recommend this place. Rude, not clean, and smells like smoke in non-smoking rooms.

I spent one night at this budget friendly motel for a conference the next day. Front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. Room was satisfactory...clean, nice bathroom, and nice bed (not a Serta but great for a motel bed). Pet-friendly. Parking very close to motel with easy access. I accidentally left my medication in the room and received a call from the front desk notifying me. This is something that you definitely do not see everyday.
