The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The pool was old but well maintained and the water temperature was good. Breakfast was meh, but about average from a chain hotel. There was some road noise from the nearby freeway but not excessive. Would stay again.

Jay was friendly and welcoming at the front desk. Room was very clean and large. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast included eggs, pancakes, waffles, potatoes, and sausage. Shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. Casey added nice welcoming home-like touches through the hotel. Nothing to complain about. Totally recommend staying here.

The suite was a nice size room. The beds were comfortable and the desk and breakfast staff were welcoming. The only blemish was the worn furniture in the room. Otherwise everything was fine. It was just a quick overnight on a 2,500 mile trip.

Friendly, welcoming atmosphere!

Check is was easy with friendly attendant. Ample parking space, room smelled and looked freshly cleaned, nice breakfast with numerous choices...eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits n gravy, various breads, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, tea, hot cocoa.
It was not overly busy and short wait to take the elevator downstairs. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Ohio!

Night staff not very welcoming.

The floor of the Elevator was very dirty.
At Breakfast there was no fresh fruit that was truly ‘fresh’.
Most importantly,….The bottom of my coffee cup fell out and spilled hot coffee in my lap and my car. I was soaked and had to change my clothes!

The suite (king bed) was fascinating for 2 adults and a toddler. (We brought our playpen) Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was strong, consistent water pressure.
Big suite but small TV for it.
The hall always smelled great.
Breakfast was the common continental breakfast of the another hotels. But I am glad they provided self oatmeal and fruits for the little ones.
We were traveling on low season (I guess) middle of October. And we would back.

Hotel is outdated but very clean and very well kept, hotel staff are all very nice. The hotel states they are pet friendly and in my experience normally fo not upcharge. This hotel does upcharge 40 dollars per pet. There are other hotels in the area that do not upcharge. I also understand that the possibility of extra cleaning is a factor so i dont mind paying.

They are very rude and when i called to see if i had left my laptop i was told it wasnt there and i accepted that. The front desk clerk was very rude and the geeneral nanager called me back and was extremely rude and accused me of accusing thm of stealing my laptop she raised her voice to me and wouldnt let me talk at alll. I had asked for another room and was told no after the fire alarm went off. She also said that the front desk clerk had a right to be rude with me because he had to evacuate the entire hotel due to the fire alarm going off when he never evacuated the hotel he also threatened to charge me for opening the window to get the smoke out . The stove didnt work properly and was told its normal for you to have to turn the knob 6 times to get it to come on. And the worst of it was the general manager hung up on me when i got rude back i called back and she continued to be rude with me and when i asked for corporates number i got told to look it up because she wasnt giving it to me. The fire department had to come out and turn the fire alarm off and told me they respond to this hotel about 200 times a month because of the fire alarm and that taking a hot shower will even set the alarm off. We left early and asked for a refund because of how we was traeted and was told no. This hotel should not be allowed to be open and is obviously not up to code if the shower will set the smoke alarm off. I will never book with this hotel again

Very dog friendly and worth it!!

Friendly desk attendant. Glad to see a small fee for our dog who would never do any damage $45. Would stay here again with our dog just for that reason!!! Everywhere else we’ve stayed has been $75. The desk person thought he was a service dog as he was so quiet and well behaved!

Everything was fine other than the room smelled stale and yucky -- not like anything in particular, so I don't think any other room would be different, but an unpleasant smell we've sometimes encountered in hotels.

Otherwise -- we were glad for the large room and kitchen facilities. Overall it was a good value.

This hotel is very shabby and run down. The pool is in very rough shape, but it was fairly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although when our toilet clogged they sent my 13yo upstairs with a plunger wrapped in a plastic shopping bag. The dishes in our room were put away dirty. Overall, we were thankful to have found a hotel with a pool that could accommodate 5 people in a room, and they did a great job on breakfast.

When we walked in the building, there was a very musty odor.
The room was dim and dreary, not at all what it looks like on the website.
