I was traveling with 3 other women. We were sharing one hotel room. At check-in, I asked how many bath towels were in the room. Only 3. The employee gave us one more. At bedtime we realize each bed only has 3 pillows. What a strange number. I expect 2 or 4 pillows. We're all 45+ and have some creaky bones. Each person wanted a pillow for their head and another for other body parts to make sleep more comfortable. For example, a couple of us put a pillow between the knees which helps with achy hips. One of us went back to the front desk to get 2 more pillows. To our absolute shock, we were told they don't have any more pillows. That doesn't seem possible. The hotel wasn't full and you need replacements on hand for instances when a pillow is ruined. We were offered 2 folded flat sheets. It's not the same and didn't work. Two of us woke up creaky and cranky. I'm flabbergasted that we couldn't get 2 more pillows. Other than that, things were fine. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked, and breakfast was good.

Affordable and good cheap option near edge of town. Breakfast was typical, just what you would expect. The indoor pool was a nice perk and seemed maintained well. The bathroom was not the cleanest. Looked like where toilet seat is attached had not been cleaned and needed tightened. The shower also had bit of rust around drain. It looked like maybe some old urine at base on side where it is harder to see and prob reach to clean. Bathroom was super tight but we are all pretty small so we managed. Beds were fine. TV was hard as heck to change or find channels. The room had a damp smell and felt humid. The pluses were it was quiet even though we were next to stairs. The staff was the standout feature. Every employee was friendly, polite and helpful. If you need simple room, appreciate a simple breakfast and a nice perk like a pool, and need something convenient as a base for exploring Hocking county, for the price you could do worse.

Pathetic breakfast. Rooms were not sound proof, we could hear everything from adjacent rooms and the corridor. Air conditioner was very noisy. They don’t give water bottles in the room.

The rooms have old smell, it smells like wet soggy carpet. The breakfast is terrible . It is so basic that they do not even have sliced bread , muffins, pancakes or waffles. They were heating frozen omelette in front of us.
Wyndham name is definitely deceiving to customers. The staff there is really nice though. If this is as prices at $150, I would be okay. They charged $250 for that place… definitely do not pay that much. For $250 I will definitely look for another place.

The staff were friendly and helpful. But the room was anything but clean... Our bedding was stained and tattered, the toilet still had old pee on the back of the toilet and poop inside, and the floors look like they hadn't been vacuumed in a week. The staff did scrub the toilet for us and bring up fresh bedding when we addressed them about it. It was convenient that it was located next food and Walmart.

They renovated all of the rooms. The bathroom/sing area is all updated, new beds. It's actually quite nice all around. Note, the breakfast service promptly ends at 9am, no exceptions.

I was traveling with my handicapped older mother. I NEEDED a cart to get our items to our room. Apparently they only have one cart for the whole hotel and it was missing. I'm in my 50s and it was difficult to manage all of this and keep.my mom safe.I never saw it even though i was in the lobby several times.
The young lady at the front desk was very nice and i appreciated her assistance.

The jetted tub had no stopper the bubble function did not work
The TV was very small for the room and the TV holder was broken
Dresser was broken lights did not turn on either the switch was out or the bulb was out over the tub the mirrors around the tub was dirty
Paint peeling n multiple locations tub stained yellow
This place was unacceptable not worth the money !!!

Room was dirty smelled of mold ceiling was peeling away the chairs were all stained to a degree I refused to sit in them because it was very evident they have not been cleaned maybe ever and the tub was clearly white when they bought it but it was YELLOW when I was there the knob for the sink pulled right off when we tried to turn it on. First room I was assigned to I walked into and the lights were on and the bed was unmade so I ran out back to the desk to get assigned the other room I mentioned at the start. It’s def a question if it genuinely meets health and safety standards. The pool room looks so beautiful unfortunately the rest of the hotel is honestly scary, and im very certain my family got sick from being there.

Room was spotless. We had last minute plans changed and ended up with kiddos. Once the management had noticed with no question offer to upgrade our room at no charge. We were definitely greatful for that. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in logan ohio to go here for there stay.

I wanted a very dark and quiet room, with hot water and a heater that kept things at 72 degrees. I got a pitch black and completely silent room, with endless hot water and a heater that interpreted 72 a little more aggressively than I imagined. Great beds, and standard quite poor hotel pillows. The overall value was superb, and I expect to rent a room here again, as access to Ohio U is quite simple and the price was far superior to Athens based hotels.

The room conditions were not the greatest. The mirror was falling off the door, the drywall could use some attention in the bathroom. The toilet flush was slow, the safe didnt work. It would not close and it hit the door every time we came in the room. The tub spout was almost falling off in the shower. The price was toonmuch for the condition of the room.

The refrigerator door kept opening. It stopped working by the morning. Missing knob on microwave. Staff was very nice except the morning we were leaving we went to breakfast 45 minutes before ending. The staff said she had no more eggs or yogurt and we would have to have biscuits and gravy. Very rude about it.

Outdated and way overpriced.

We normally stay at another hotel in Logan when we come down. They were fully booked so we took a chance on a much more expensive option with Baymont By Wyndham Logan. We normally stay at a cabin or the Sleep Inn.

Upon arrival we felt just from the parking lot we were going to be disappointed, seemed run down and not updated. Don't know how to explain it, just not as nice as less expensive options in the area.

Hotel desk clerk was pleasant and courteous. No problems with check-in.

Room was very dated. Instead of a nice table and chair there was metal patio furniture in our room with several coats of black paint I assume to cover the rust, wish I had taken a picture. The desk had a wobbly & partially broken chair in it. The AC/heater unit was very noisy & made it difficult to sleep. Either be too hot or cold or try to sleep through the noise. Bed was decent, room was fairly clean, everything just seemed dated.

We booked for 2 nights as we had business in town for the weekend. We concluded our business Saturday evening after 10PM and instead of suffering through another night with the loud HVAC and the room itself we decided to just pack our things and drive home that night.

Needing updates is fine but it should be reflected in the price. No way should this hotel be charging $550 for a weekend in it's current condition. We normally can book a weekend at Sleep Inn for $300-$350 and it is much newer/nicer than this hotel. Will definitely not be staying again

It was awful. Holes in wall,edges of tables wore out, top of night stand peeling off. 1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels. Fridge with no freezer.NO ELEVATORS AT ALL. Beds were uncomfortable. Piaid $169 for 1 nightmare. It was not on the absolute worse condition of any hotel that I had ever seen

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The coffee was terribly watery even for hotel coffee and the cheap styrofoam cups with ill fitting lids cause disastrous messes and burn hazards. It makes no sense that a hotel this size has no water dispenser even at breakfast.
The staff was nice enough. Pool was a comfortable temp. FYI no elevator.
