A fairly clean space- our room was outdated but our friends were in a nice updated room. The staff was incredibly friendly (shout out to the hard working breakfast attendant!) The pool was WARM and comfortable. A comfortable, enjoyable stay overall.

The jetted tub had no stopper the bubble function did not work
The TV was very small for the room and the TV holder was broken
Dresser was broken lights did not turn on either the switch was out or the bulb was out over the tub the mirrors around the tub was dirty

Room was dirty smelled of mold ceiling was peeling away the chairs were all stained to a degree I refused to sit in them because it was very evident they have not been cleaned maybe ever and the tub was clearly white when they bought it but it was YELLOW when I was there the knob for the sink pulled right off when we tried to turn it on. First room I was assigned to I walked into and the lights were on and the bed was unmade so I ran out back to the desk to get assigned the other room I mentioned at the start. It’s def a question if it genuinely meets health and safety standards. The pool room looks so beautiful unfortunately the rest of the hotel is honestly scary, and im very certain my family got sick from being there.

Room was spotless. We had last minute plans changed and ended up with kiddos. Once the management had noticed with no question offer to upgrade our room at no charge. We were definitely greatful for that. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in logan ohio to go here for there stay.

I wanted a very dark and quiet room, with hot water and a heater that kept things at 72 degrees. I got a pitch black and completely silent room, with endless hot water and a heater that interpreted 72 a little more aggressively than I imagined. Great beds, and standard quite poor hotel pillows. The overall value was superb, and I expect to rent a room here again, as access to Ohio U is quite simple and the price was far superior to Athens based hotels.

The room conditions were not the greatest. The mirror was falling off the door, the drywall could use some attention in the bathroom. The toilet flush was slow, the safe didnt work. It would not close and it hit the door every time we came in the room. The tub spout was almost falling off in the shower. The price was toonmuch for the condition of the room.

The refrigerator door kept opening. It stopped working by the morning. Missing knob on microwave. Staff was very nice except the morning we were leaving we went to breakfast 45 minutes before ending. The staff said she had no more eggs or yogurt and we would have to have biscuits and gravy. Very rude about it.

Outdated and way overpriced.

We normally stay at another hotel in Logan when we come down. They were fully booked so we took a chance on a much more expensive option with Baymont By Wyndham Logan. We normally stay at a cabin or the Sleep Inn.

Upon arrival we felt just from the parking lot we were going to be disappointed, seemed run down and not updated. Don't know how to explain it, just not as nice as less expensive options in the area.

Hotel desk clerk was pleasant and courteous. No problems with check-in.

Room was very dated. Instead of a nice table and chair there was metal patio furniture in our room with several coats of black paint I assume to cover the rust, wish I had taken a picture. The desk had a wobbly & partially broken chair in it. The AC/heater unit was very noisy & made it difficult to sleep. Either be too hot or cold or try to sleep through the noise. Bed was decent, room was fairly clean, everything just seemed dated.

We booked for 2 nights as we had business in town for the weekend. We concluded our business Saturday evening after 10PM and instead of suffering through another night with the loud HVAC and the room itself we decided to just pack our things and drive home that night.

Needing updates is fine but it should be reflected in the price. No way should this hotel be charging $550 for a weekend in it's current condition. We normally can book a weekend at Sleep Inn for $300-$350 and it is much newer/nicer than this hotel. Will definitely not be staying again

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The coffee was terribly watery even for hotel coffee and the cheap styrofoam cups with ill fitting lids cause disastrous messes and burn hazards. It makes no sense that a hotel this size has no water dispenser even at breakfast.
The staff was nice enough. Pool was a comfortable temp. FYI no elevator.

Bad. The experience started off with expedia booking. Expedia gave prices for regular and non-smoking rooms with the non-smoking room a little more expensive. I chose the non-smoking room and paid a little extra. I get to the hotel and they confirm the entire property is NON-smoking.

We get to room 234, a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. We enter the room and are hit with a smell of mold/ mildew, most likely due to the carpet that went all the way up the tub. The tiles around the tub are broken and loose. I turned the faucet to the tub on and black pieces fly out of it. There was hair over the toilet and in the shower. The kleenex box was loose from the wall. You had to slam the bathroom door shut to close it and the same with the room door.

The breakfast could not even be called that. The egg paties tasted like powder and the biscuits were hard and falling apart. Lack of options.

This hotel is conveniently located, but it's definitely older. I somehow ended up with a handicap room, and it was close to the exit, which was nice.

They didn't pay a lot of attention to the toiletries that they put in the room; there were 2 bottles of conditioner but no shampoo.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, but they did have coffee and hot water by the front desk. I couldn't get the television to work at all. The hours for breakfast were too early for me, so I didn't get to try that.

I did use the pool; the hours for that were nice long. It's small, but it's nice.

I did find it expensive for what it was.

OK visit for needing a place to crash

We chose this hotel because of the hot tub in the pool picture. After a day of hiking, I was looking forward to the hot tub. Unfortunately, they filled it in. The rooms were ok, bathroom was old. Pillows shouldn't be called pillows. The hot water came and went while we showered. We only stayed one night and weren't looking for luxury but my son commented that our house is better than the hotel.

The property was nice. The no elevator issue was difficult as my husband has knee issues. the parking was limited I felt. The maid service no one spoke good English and I ask for my room to be serviced only to come back and find it was not. They aid yes, but they had no idea what I was asking for. The breakfast was empty.

The common areas of the hotel were fine. Sadly, the room itself was incredibly, overwhelmingly musty and damp - to the point that I could hardly stand to be in it. Couldn't sleep due to the stench. Staff was apologetic, but couldn't/wouldn't do anything to make it right (did offer to switch to another room, but that one was equally as bad). We were several hours from home, so leaving that night and heading home wasn't really an option. This room should NOT be offered for guests, as it's truly a health hazard. :( The complimentary breakfast was good, and the eating area was clean and comfortable. That's about the only redeeming aspect of this experience.

The bed was very comfortable but unfortunately besides that the room was outdated. There was a cheerio on the floor by the table and chairs. Behind the nightstands it was dirty which included a dried rose petal. In one of the nightstands there was a headband that must of been left from the previous occupants. The jetted tub took forever to fill up and did not look clean so we did not end up using it. Finally the breakfast that was provided was sub par at best.
