Everything was great, except the room's AC unit. It was rainy and humid during our visit and the AC unit could not remove any moisture. The room was so damp that the fresh, unused towels were damp.

The kitchen staff was always busy making sure the well/supplied breakfast was well-supplied and everything was always clean. Housekeeping also did a great job and were always friendly. Our room was very comfortable with a great little kitchen! Walking distance to several restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was good, but could have been stocked better. We had about 3 paper towels left and 1 glass for drinks. The hotel had a foul odor when we checked in but it was gone by later that evening or the next day. The breakfast was a major high point. It was incredible. The staff was also very very friendly. The general area was nice. The other patrons in the hotel were extremely loud and disrespectful of others (I am aware that this is not the hotels fault, but it was definitely a problem with the comfort of the stay).

Breakfast service was a clean presentation, with typical if not better than average fare for a moderate priced hotel chain. There is 24 hour coffee and tea service, with a good strong coffee option. Wow, this property and staff were awesome! This is definitely a 4-5 star hotel!! The only bad things was that they would run out of pool towels all of the time but the staff was still awesome about that!! Thankyou for a lovely stay with my kids!! And the hours of the pool were awesome, breakfast was till 10am every morning even on a weekday, and checkout wasn’t until noon. So relaxed and comfortable!

The breakfast had a wide variety of food; I would recommend looking at everything available before choosing, as the setup is a little odd. For example, the waffle makers are by the coffee, which is a separate area from the rest of the food. Also, the hot foot was not together, but in two separate corners of the counter. It's not a problem, and the food was very good, the location of the foods just didn't flow, in my opinion.

The room itself is very large, spacious, and clean. It had a well equipped kitchenette with an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, burners (stove), sink, etc. The only change I would make would be to add another light, because it was on the dark side during the day, then at night, too dark.

The breakfast had a wide variety of food; I would recommend looking at everything available before choosing, as the setup is a little odd. For example, the waffle makers are by the coffee, which is a separate area from the rest of the food. Also, the hot foot was not together, but in two separate corners of the counter. It's not a problem, and the food was very good, the location of the foods just didn't flow, in my opinion.
The BBQ restaurant nearby is VERY GOOD!
The room itself is very large, spacious, and clean. It had a well equipped kitchenette with an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, burners (stove), sink, etc. The only change I would make would be to add another light, because it was on the dark side during the day, then at night, too dark.
I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived in the hotel, it's on top of everything. Information desk personnel, kitchen staff and cleaning staff were so friendly and kind to make us feel like at home. It's a very quiet newer and nice place. The elevator was very slow for just 4 floors. Had a handicap room but did not need or ask for that. ... Was not happy with breakfast....they ran out out food.....went back room for a bit....went back to breakfast.....and still no food. Pool is small and NO hot tub. Dought that i would stay there again.

We needed a place to grab a few hours of sleep and get a hot breakfast all for an affordable price, and this hit the nail on the head for what we were looking for. Outstanding service at the check-in desk at a very early morning check-in (granted, there were no other customers immediately seeking assistance at that hour, so no competition for meeting our needs), but the woman was very very friendly and helpful. Will plan to stay here again, hopefully sometime when we are not in such a rush.
