This hotel is located right off of a major state route with easy access in & out. The check in & out was fast & efficient. All of the staff encountered were courteous & helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby coffee was good and the morning hot breakfast was good with the usual selections.
The only criticism would be an outdoor planter that was weedy & a disconnected downspout on the outdoor patio. No problem.

The accommodations were great and the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel isn’t far from town or Hocking Hills. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet. One our first day we arrived early to breakfast and the oatmeal was empty and the pancake machine wasn’t working. On day two there was no bread, no bagels and oatmeal was empty at 845 and breakfast was open until 10. Overall our stay was good, but don’t rely on the breakfast.

The king room was a nice size, microwave and coffee maker. Nice breakfast included. However on arrival to our room the toilet bowl had a mold ring as if it wasn’t cleaned for a month. The front receptionist came up to clean it. The room is In need of a good cleaning. I’m thankful I always travel with Clorox wipes.

The eggs, oatmeal and such were not that good. Juice was watery and tasteless. Cinnamon rolls were delicious. There were options that were good but there were options that weren’t the best. We chose to do breakfast else where after the first morning. Coffee and hot tea were good. Overall everything was great, we just have picky eaters. We will absolutely stay here again.

The property itself was very nice and the staff were welcoming. My 4 star rating is due to a dog staying a few doors down who kept barking. I get it. Some folks won’t stay at the hotel if their dog can’t stay there. In this case, the dog was left unattended in the room and it’s barking got annoying.

The breakfast was good well stocked food! The beds were comfy we had a room with 2 queen beds it was a big room! The area was quiet! Staff was friendly and helpful! Upon checking out I wasn't able to talk to anyone or get a receipt due to no one was at the front desk only a sign saying they were gone and call this number if needing immediate assistance! I like having a paper receipt and couldn't get one! There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk just a bell which to me was very unprofessional for a business!

We checked i went to room the toilet was leaking all over the floor. Tried to call front desk phone didnt work. Walked to front desk they moved our room. Went to that room there was water coming from under the wall. Tossed a towel down figured we can live with that. Well then the door wouldn't close. Went back to front desk moved to 3rd room. About an hour or 2 later we had no water. The water was off in the whole building.

If we wanted live TV it would have been acceptable, but we were hoping to watch the finale of our show in the final quiet moment we had together on our trip. All in all, it was a good stay. The one towel though had a blood stain on it which was gross. The pillows were very flat, and bed felt sunk in. The staff was amazing, and the food was so good. Just a one-night stay for hiking. I would actually stay again if needed a close hotel.

The TV’s they show in photos don’t actually work. If that is any part of your decision to stay here just note you’ll have to bring your own console to connect to the tv in order to watch tv, and you’ll have to use your phone hotspot to connect that console to WiFi. Great facility, tricky staff.

Honestly, the facility is in great shape. We got in late and our floor and our room was a bit gross. Sticky spots on the floor, also some stain in the bathtub. It is a shame because the facility looks mostly brand new. There was a crew of employees that were great and a crew that we encountered first that were a bit rough. Hope they are able to get the right crew in there as they are the face of the hotel.
