Staff support lacking.Issue wirh cleanliness of room. Heat not working, was given a space heater that did not work. Then given another space heater instead of offering or providing a room change. There was suppose to be breakfast available wirh price. Not so.
If homeless and seeking a roof over your head with no other options this hotel may be ok. If hoping for a clean, heated room with an edible breakfast this would not be.

They offered room service upon check in, but I declined because I assumed the room was ready. We entered the room and the beds were not made, there were no towels, and it looked like it hadn't been mopped in months. I went back down to ask for room service and it took an hour or so to get everything set up as it should've been.

Bad place to stay

The owner at the front asailed my sister at check in, cussing and down right rude, said the rate that i paind on hotels.com was too cheap and wasnt going to honor the reservations, finally after i got on the phone with the man and pointed out that he had agreed to the rates beforehand. I will not stay at that Super 8 ever again. The paint was peeling off the walls the bed sheets were stained. And the overall atmosphere was hostile.

Well because we got the room for a discounted price the lady at the front office told me she couldn’t give me a downstairs room because the rate was too low so she ended up putting me and my family in room 221 when we entered the blankets on the bed were all stained and nasty. I called down to the front desk and told her about the room and she tried to tell me that the room was clean, we ended up moving into 224 which was little better. I have met experienced nothing like this before.

Very clean and friendly service. Appreciated it was a smoke free hotel. Good breakfast. Only drawbacks were our room was next the lobby and we could hear people talking late nto the night. Also we were woken twice during the night by very loud door slams. Water pressure in the shower was too weak to wash my hair. I would stay here again and request a room away from the lobby.

When we arrived check in was pretty simple. We got to our room, turned on the AC. sat ourrhings down amd we to see gamily and have dinner. We came in at midnight there waa a man sitting on the stairs to our room drinking and smoking. He had empty beee cans lining the staira. I could smell ot as i walked by. We called the deont they offered to change room for us. We came to get the key for the other room and was told to go back to the room so someone look at the AC. I explained when I was told we were moving so I already So I already packed up and needed another room. We had thw AC on for 5 hours and it was beyond hot.
The next room waa a tad nicer, but stunk of smoke this is a no smoking room. The AC in this room cooled the room some. We didn't even covee up tp sleep because it waa roo warm all night. The hotel offered free breakfast, the coffee was horrible and had extremely limited options. We will never be back

My wife and 1 were given a Non-Smoking Room that when we arrived, we found Cigarette burnsin the middle of the bedspread. When I went to the office to complain, I was told \"it was clean wasn't it\". The overall condition of the Motel was run down. Dirty breezeways, no vending machines in the Vending Machine Area, only a old Ice Machine. Not a Motel that you would usually find under the Wyndham Umbrella!

Kay went above & beyond in the area of customer service. My 77 yr old parental unit neglected to charge phone , so for 4.5 hrs PAST check in was quite stressful. I called the front desk every hour & Kay not once sounded anything but professional & CARING. Said parental unit actually showed back up on my radar just in time to laugh & remind me of my younger antics. I like Super 8s price wise, overall condition of property etc. However this particular Super 8 has one of the best front desk employees I’ve ever encountered in a long time!! Thank you very much!!!

Friendly front desk service. Room was clean & updated but still had an older building smell to it. Walls between rooms are thin so you can hear everything from rooms next to you on either side. King room was inexpensive so it met the needs for a one night stay.

Giant pothole in driveway going back to rooms with 2 rebar sticking out at a 45° angle. Perfect for popping tires of those who don't notice in time. Overwhelming, constant smell of pot from room next door and probably more. Walls in room and bathroom have splatters on them of who knows what. Stain on sheets...so glad we took our own. Breakfast...lol. Carb heaven for those who love nothing but pre-packaged, tiny sweets.

I travel for work and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Floor was sticky like a movie theater, shower water smelled like burnt something. Overall the room was not clean, floor was dirty, walls had dried coke and splatter stains, shower had mildew on the walls and shower curtain. Overall not a nice place to stay.

At check-in, first two assigned rooms full of beer bottles, no sheets on beds and filthy dirty. Desk clerk was extremely embarrassed by existing conditions. Room we eventually occupied was dirty and unsanitary. Not a return stop on our list by any means.

Sadly, this is a dump. Sink coated in cola, bathtub had hair and bugs in it, waste basket had pizza crust on the floor next to it... you should know that the images used to promote this property must have been taken the day it opened. And I couldn't help but laugh that the tattered comforter was likely the same comforter from the day it opened. But! The sheets and bath towels were clean. But! Entry door would not latch no matter how hard I slammed it and when I called the front desk to tell them there was no remote for the TV, they said I could come to the front desk to get one. Geez. I thought I was the guest.

I was sitting in a chair at my laptop when the chair collapsed. The place was filthy, full trashcans, junk lying around the bottom of the swim pool. Ceiling fan was coated with dirt and dust. One homeless individual took a bath in the outdoor pool while guests wandered around. Used or broken appliances and furniture were scattered around the premises.

Got to the hotel and the room wasn't ready, took nearly an hour for them to have the room \"cleaned\". When we got to the room the housekeeper was still \"cleaning\" the room. The floor was still so dirty I didn't want to let my toddler play in the floor. There were burn marks in the comforter in a non smoking room. The bed was hard. The mini fridge barely kept chilled bottles of water cold. The customer service at the front desk was atrocious. Stay away unless you have no other options

Front desk person is nice and overly sharing about how he runs the hotel. They are under staffed and it shows. Beds were okay and bathroom was sub par. It was not cleaned very well. The outlets in our room seem to be very finicky as well. We had several phones plugged in and they indicated that they were charging but the next morning they were close to being dead because some time in the night they stopped charging. I also found it odd and unsightly that there were about 4 cars parked in front of the hotel entrance but none of which were checking since those same cars were there the next morning when I checked out. Kinda tacky. Overall I’m not picky and we were there only to sleep but we prolly won’t be staying here again.

Really Nasty place to stay. The owners Patels lied that the hotel.com did not set up the booking and told me to pay ttem directly. After an hour fighting I told yhem I sm leaving and will make sure I follow up. The booking suddenly appeared on their system as I was dtiving away. Terrible place to stay. Dirty, terrible smell, no outside trash collected, stick and dirty room floor. Bad sheets. Had to get my iwn sheets and pullow I keep un car. The owners were so rude and putting down every 3rd party booking. Real Ghetto.

Mr Patel Doesn’t Like Questions From Black Women

This is not my first time staying here but probably my worst. Mr Patel the owner checked me in. He was rude from out the gate. Rude and racist. I went to the front desk after I checked in to ask a question about my reservation. He was very annoyed. And continued to ask me if I had any unregistered guests because he didn’t believe I was staying alone. I had to go back because I couldn’t get into my room with the key. He told me I had been down there too many times and not to come back to the front desk. The other front desk ladies however are super nice.

Rooms made you feel dirty. Stuff splattered on walls, sheets stained (or not washed) I slept without. Blanket full of holes and bedspread spots all over it. Dead bugs on the floor by tv and bathroom. Hair on bathroom floor. Didn’t feel I could take my shoes off the entire stay. Check in staff ladies were super nice, made you feel very welcome.

I reserved my room online the day before i arrived, and my room wasn't ready because the tenants from the previous night were still there. This happened between 11:30 and 12:00. Checkout time is 11:00. They had to put me in another room. The bedspread had stains in it. Other than that, my stay was good.
