For the amount we paid we shouldn’t expect more.

We didn’t actually stay in same building, we moved to another one as the booked one didn’t have elevator or lobby and there is no 24/7 desk. They’re very friendly.

This was NOT a positive experience.
These were the issues I had:

The listing says the Hotel has an elevator.
It does NOT.
I have a broken ankle and specifically booked this hotel because it was listed to have an elevator.

I did walk to the 4th (and top floor) to see the room. The wood floor of this room was caving in and boards were collapsed below to provide a dangerous, uneasy walking surface.

I shared these concerns with the man who was introduced to me through WhatsApp from the owner as \"his friend\". This friend, and not employee texted the owner, and then offered to take us to a second hotel. We walked to this hotel and were shown a very dark, smoky, street level room.

We cancel to leave the original booking, and book elsewhere.

I contacted customer service to let them know, and request a refund. As of one week past booking cancellation, the owner of the hotel has NOT responded to Expedia to issue a refund.

I reached out to the owner on the original WhatsApp conversation to share my concern about the room floors -- with multiple videos to show us sinking into the lower floor boards, and to ask for a refund.

He has not responded.

The hotel has been noted to be \"undergoing renovation\". Which I will note, should not be at the expense of the guest's safety.

As far as the elevator -- \"there has never been an elevator\" was the reply from the owner's \"friend\" who met us to let us into the hotel (at 3pm).It's listed falsely by the owner.

The room was small but clean , it was a renovated room, the problem is there is no elevator and you need to climb up so many steps to get to the room, so if you have heavy luggage you need to reconsider your stay here. The hotel is in the great location , just 1 mins to galata tower and 2 mins walk to istiklal street.

I stayed in this hotel with my sister when I came for a treatment. The room appeared as featured on the website. The staff changed towels every day and bed sheets upon request. The owner, Yasin, provided us with very helpful recommendations on sightseeing and where to eat. The hotel was located in a great neighborhood and the room was clean.

oda, duvarlar her yer çok pisti. WC o kadar küçüktü ki kapı kapalı gitmenize imkan yoktu. Oda tesisat kokuyordu. Böylesine güzel bir lokasyonda tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı.

Centrally located but strong smell of mold

The hotel is centrally located. There is no staff, but you get a code to the door, which was fine for us. But the room, especially the bathroom, had a strong smell of mold. We could feel it in our lungs after two nights and woke up with headaches. We would not recommend anyone to sleep in that room.

La peor experiencia

Aunque al hacer la reserva marque la opción de hacer early check in y envié un mensaje directo al hotel para avisarles que mi vuelo llegaba muy temprano, nunca me respondieron y lo peor es que me dejaron esperando afuera del hotel por dos horas. Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido durante mis viajes.
