I had a pleasant stay. My only complaint was the lack of a coffee maker in room. Also no coffee available in the morning unless you order the breakfast. The staff kindly made me an americano when I asked, but otherwise I went out to the local restaraunt to get a coffee to go. Hotel very clean and comfortable, staff excellent.

We stayed here in low season so the area was not crowded, there is garage in the hotel which is very convinient, costs 7 EURO. It is easy to get to the ocean shore, wide sand beach with big waves and on the other side it is the quiet harbour. Room was very clean, with the balcony.

Took a longtime for water to heat up. Not much insulation as could hear from next room. Balcony faces street with not much of a view. No fridge, safe, coffee, lotion, conditioner or Kleenex. Nice breakfast room and bar lounge. Breakfast small but tasty. Reasonable price.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was so kind, helping with questions about public transport and other needs, and friendly. The hotel is close to a self service laundry too, which as a long traveler, was a big bonus.The hotel was very clean and freshly updated. It is close to the bus stop, beach and one block away from many shops and restaurants. I would differently chose this hotel in a future visit to Costa Nova

Quiet and safe, walk away to the beach and restaurants. You can take the bus or an Uber from Aveiro to get there and you can also get to the more lively beach area by the lighthouse on foot as well.

The hotel room was comfortable, if not a bit small. The room did seem to become damp by day 4, probably due to the weather. The breakfast was excellent and was a highlight. The staff were lovely but overall, the people in the town were pretty indifferent which seemed weird since tourism seems to be their thing. It didn’t help that the weather wasn’t great and we were there for 5 nights. There isn’t much to do for that amount of time if you’re not going to the beach.

Raquel and her lovely Mother made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were cosy and comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was self service with a great selection of foods available. The whole place was super clean and the wooden floors and lovely brickwork created a lovely look. Fine beach hotel
Hotel Costa Nova is a perfect beach hotel. Good sized room, comfortable bed, good storage and the balcony was nice . The staff is very helpful and cleaning service is fine. The breakfast was nice including cooked eggs, bacon and fruits in addition to the normal ham cheese croissants toast etc. Coffee was delicious. The added garage on premise for 7 EU/24 hours was a great value. The location is great with many good restaurants close by and the beach a short walk away. I’d stay again.

Centrally located in the small village of Costa Nova. Room was quite new, but bed much too hard and a bit on the small side. Breakfast options were reasonable, but were hampered one morning by milk that had gone off. Due to th structure of the building, it can be quite noisy. Overall not a bad hotel for the price.

We loved this hotel. Great value and cozy rooms. I loved the little heater in the bathroom. The beds very comfortable and I had the best sleep of my trip here. Would definitely return. The weather wasn´t the best for our visit but we really loved this fishing town and ate great fresh fish!

Para el desayuno hay que seleccionar una hora, no resulta agradable cuando se está de vacaciones, pero no hay mejor alternativa dadas las circunstancias y el tamaño de la sala. Hotel modesto pero agradable. Cama grande aunque hace que la habitación quede un poco reducida. Este año el desayuno buffet se suprimió por el Covid y había turnos para desayunar. Había que pedir la comida a los camareros y fue un poco caótico porque tenían que traerlo todo a las mesas y y habia veces que se les olvidaba traer cosas pero no podías levantarte a coger lo que querías.

La estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. El personal mantiene la higiene y las medidas de seguridad a un nivel muy alto. Cama cómoda, ducha amplia, balcón, aire acondicionado individual, caja de seguridad, todo perfecto. Se debe mejorar la gestión del desayuno, pues se forma fila a pesar del esfuerzo del personal. El emplazamiento es bueno cerca de la playa y al lado de la zona comercial y hostelera principal.
