L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait. Exactement où l’on veut être tout se fait à pieds. Lits confortables.
Attention si vous avez une voiture il y a que la rue pour stationner, sinon il y a un grand parking public plus loin.. Nous avons été extrêmement chanceux pour en avoir un en face de l’appartement.
Par contre la cuisine, les accessoires pour cuisiner sont de base mais très de base. De plus il n’y a pas grand rangement dans la chambre ni dans la cuisine. Les photos de la réservation étaient plutôt pour un appartement à l’étage supérieur donc ne représentait pas ce que nous avons eu.

Toutefois nous avons eu un très bon séjour.

The condo itself is in a great location, was clean and had good value for the price. If you won’t be needing the sofa bed to sleep on you will have a great stay. The sofa bed was the worst experience and needs to be replaced. Also, there was a very loud event nearby all weekend and it was really hard to sleep at night. So, if I was just staying in the bedroom I would give it 5 stars.

Property was a great location. Ask for a room facing the canal. Everything walkable in Aviero… Communication was excellent. When asked about laundry facility, I received an immediate response…Tok’A Lavar Launderia was amazing. When we arrive, the machines were full. The owner suggested for us to leave our laundry, and she would clean it… At no charge! Love the Portuguese people!

Loved the location of the apartment. So comfortable and easy to find. Bed, kitchen and living space was perfect. My only concern was that there as no instruction book on how to operate the stove, faucets etc…

Great position, lovely views over the canal and within easy reach of bars and restaurants

Interior somewhat spartan and not cosy. Photos showed pictures on the wall and rugs on the floor but these were non existent in our apartment

The rooms were modern and comfortable. The check-in caught me off guard because the door codes were sent to me within 24 hours of my check-in.. In the midst of my travels, I had not seen the email and I was under the impression that there would be staff on-sight.. however, there is only staff on-sight during the day. Additionally, I was in Aveiro for a conference and the last day was scheduled until 11AM which is check-out time. In an attempt to not have to bring my bags to the conference, I requested an additional half-hour the day prior, but I never received a response back and had maid-service knocking on my door at 11:15 right as I arrived back from the conference.

The apartment was blissfully quiet, comfortable and modern. It was close to everything in Aveiro. Code access to the building and apartment worked perfectly. We had a faulty toaster that blew the power circuit. I contacted Innapartments about it, but never received a reply. It would have been better to have a full size ironing board, rather than the silly table model supplied. Overall the apartment was excellent, communication a a little clunky however.

Very nice location.

Four or five story newly renovated building with elevator. Like all places in Portugal, it was a little difficult to find because of the poor street markings. The apartment had everything needed to cook in and a nice balcony overlooking the quiet street. Very limited parking but there is a free lot 10min scenic walk away. The car is not needed while in town because you can walk to just about everywhere you need to go. I did not give it five stars because there is no front desk or parking. It's an apartment and not a hotel.

Beautiful, spacious modern apartment in the center of Aveiro. Beds were comfortable and the windows blocked all street noise. Short walking distance to pretty much everything. Street parking can be difficult to find - but there is a big parking area a short walk away. All access is via electronic door codes - so make sure you have them before you arrive!

Fabulous modern apartment on Aveiro canal.

Fabulous apartment: modern, so spacious, clean, and everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed experience. The location is perfect and right on a canal, but very quiet. I like the code combination so no need for keys. Comfortable sofa, extra pillows, and blanket. The bed was nice and big, but not the most comfortable- but ok. That is the only thing I would change. Really loved Aveiro and the apartment.

Fabulous apartment. A window view is definitely worth it but to be honest all the apartments were just as lovely. The area outside the apartment is full of restaurants. I defy anyone not to enjoy it here. Modern , a little bit cool. I didn't want to leave.

Lovely spacious modern apartment well equipped with huge terrace and town view. Ideal location. They could use a couple extra lamps but that’s quibbling. If driving be sure to locate parking area nearby as street parking is not available. Also get all your entry code instructions prior as no person is there to meet you. Would definitely return. Threat value.

The property is quite nice, and I would give it a higher rating save for 2 things: a bit cleaner would have been nice. But most of all, checking in was a hassle. I received a message asking how I would like to pay prior to arriving which I promptly answered, and it was obvious that it was by credit card and already paid thru Expedia. Nonetheless, I received no code to get in. Then I got to town and called with several missed calls and asked for my code and still didn't get it on the phone, was promised to get it by email. Then I got to the property and still didn't have it by email and waited and had to call yet again (who knows what my roaming charges were). Finally got it and got in. There needs to be a better system if you don't have a reception. Incidentally there were 2 other parties that were at the door with the same problem. Fortunately I arrived in the afternoon and not late in the evening.

Absolutely wonderful in every way!

The Innapartments - São Gonçalinho facility and the rooms that I rented for one night were absolutely beyond compare! The living/dining/kitchen was enormous, and the kitchen was a full kitchen with oven, stove, built-in refrigerator/freezer and many plates, etc. The bathroom was modern, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and even the hallway connecting it all was amazing. The whole facility is secured with electronic locks and the interior is very modern. I honestly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment-type space in Aveiro. It is not a hotel per se, but it is a wonderful, spacious, quiet, modern space in the middle of a beautiful little Portuguese city. What else could you possibly hope for in a place to stay?

Alojamiento moderno, en el centro de Aveiro, con todo tipo de opciones gastronómicas justo en la puerta y alrededores, fácil aparcamiento en las zonas cercanas, con una zona amplia a unos 200m. Justo detrás está uno de los canales. Todo muy bien

Très jolie appartement avec toutes les commodités.

Centre de Aveiro à 2 mn à pied. Vue sur le canal, très agréable. Calme, sauf peut être le week end avec le bar en bas. (la chambre donne de l'autre côté, donc, toujours au calme)

Seul bémol, le confort du canapé lit, impossible pour deux adultes d'y dormir.

L'appartement est bien pour deux adultes et un enfant à la rigueur, mais, certainement pas 4 adultes...

Nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour obtenir le code de la porte, ils devraient donner les informations avant, pas le jour même.

Apesar de ter consciência que a responsabilidade não é da Vossa Empresa, foi bastante difícil arranjar estacionamento na zona. A imagem publicitada dos apartamentos em Aveiro remete-nos para uma zona logo em frente à Ria. No entanto, ficámos numa zona menos central e com maus acessos. Em relação à limpeza, poderia ser melhor, tanto a nível do chão (tinha alguma areia), da louça e dos eletrodomésticos. De um modo geral, o apartamento era agradável, quer a nível de condições, quer a nível de conforto.

El apartamento está muy bien situado y tiene un parking público a dos minutos andando. La limpieza no estaba mal pero podría ser mejorable. Lo peor ha sido los colchones, sobre todo el del sofá cama que era muy fino y se marcaba todo el somier al dormir

Moderno y en el centro de Aveiro

Apartamento con situación inmejorable, en el centro de Aveiro. Limpio, nuevo , cómodo con el menaje de cocina bastante aceptable: dispone de batidora, no tiene sartenes. Llamé al teléfono indicado para avisar de una incidencia y no me respondieron a los teléfonos, pero sí al email y al día siguiente resolvieron el problema que teníamos con la ducha. Nadie te atiende es todo a través de los códigos que te envían por email. Los inconvenientes, por poner alguno: el sofá cama no es confortable para dormir, aunque la cama está fenomenal y otra pega fue el ruido nocturno de los jóvenes que durante la noche cantan y hacen botellón en la plaza de al lado. No se oyen desde el dormitorio, pero sí desde el sofá cama del salón. Lo demás es un apartamento moderno, nuevo y conforortable, está limpio ( aunque el suelo tenía falta de un barrido) Te dejan papel higiénico, y está bastante completo. Sábanas y toallas muy limpias. El último piso, el cuarto tenía una pinta excelente, pero no sé si se alquilará, parecía tener una terraza con amplios ventanales y buenas vistas. En general ha estado bastante bien, yo lo recomendaría a un amigo. No se puede aparcar debajo porque son calles estrechas, pero si buscas un atajo entre callejuelas y atraviesas el puente, llegas a un aparcamiento cerca del centro y del apartamento, a tres minutos màs o menos.
