New, clean, big gym w/24 hour access, wish I had a better coffee pot, it was not a keurig, and a bigger mini fridge, but bed was comfy and shower was big, great size room and very clean. Staff were great.

The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the space was well-appointed. The additional ventilator switch in the bathroom was a nice touch. Being able to use the plates and knives in the kitchenette for snacking on fruit made a huge difference. It was relatively quiet, and the staff were very friendly.

Yes to both the room and staff being great….with exception to the hot water. Not sure if your heaters are on a timer. When we showered at 0600 there was Luke warm water at best and that ran out after 5 min.

Convenient location near the airport. Good coffee in lobby in the morning. Multiple elevators located in different spots in the hotel. Rooms were quiet. Could not hear neighbors or people above us.

The fan/ac was difficult to get set to constant. I had the temp set to 67 and the room was hot. Had to get up several times during the night to get the fan to turn on.

There was no water in the lobby women's restroom. This seems like a health violation. The front desk staff knew about the problem and it seemed like it had been an issue for a while.

The ice maker on our floor was running but not producing ice.

Week stay for junior golf tournament

We enjoyed our stay for our son's junior golf tournament. The hotel had all of the amenities that we needed. It was conveniently located to all of the tournament events and local shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfy and breakfast available at 6am was great for the early morning tee times.

Everything & everyone at this hotel was fantastic. The entire staff that we came in contact with acknowledged us and was extremely pleasant. The room, common areas, and grounds was very clean. It was close to restaurants and shopping and just a very short drive to so many golf courses. We will definitely stay again if we ever visit that area again. I give it a 10/10!

I had a wonderful 3 day stay at “ Towneplace Suites Southern Pines Aberdeen”. My wife, son, and I were met with a warm welcome and had no issues during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located within 5 miles of a variety of shops, amenities, and places to eat. Some of which are a short walking distance. 9.5/10

We couldn’t access the Internet so I called the front desk. When attempting to access the Internet, it said it didn’t recognize our room number or name. The woman who answered the phone said they had been having problems. I assumed they might have misspelled my lengthy and difficult last name, but she blew off that immediately. Perhaps, that is automatic? I don’t know. Then, she gave me two websites to access for help. Hello? I don’t have access to the Internet. Then, she gave me a 1-800 p’hone number to call. She was absolutely no help at all. We had no Internet the entire time we were there.

I booked the rooms through Expedia. As I am ready to tee off on my golf game on vacation, my wife called to say our reservation was only one day not two as I had verified through Expedia. Then they say they could not resolve it, and I had to go onto Expedia to book the room the extra day. How pathetic is that? I did it, but what a pain. Staff was apologetic and nice about it. Other than that, breakfast is cold with bare minimum food, no microwave to heat it up, and only one caffeinated coffee option. Not a place I will stay again.

There is a sign posted stating that vehicle and belongings aren't secured by the facility. Thought that property should have security monitoring the area. There are 3 hotels easily accessible and close together that could have a single security officer monitoring the grounds.

The lack of any sustainability practices is why we won’t patronize another TownPlace Suites and we will think twice before visiting a Marriott hotel. In particular all of the breakfast dishware was disposable which is incredibly wasteful. These items need to be switched to reusable. The waste baskets were unnecessarily lined with plastic bags. There were too-small-to recycle plastic lotion containers in the bathroom. I didn’t see an electric charging station for electric cars. I didn’t see any information about using renewable energy. There were no requests not to wash the linens daily. I hope you will rethink how you are impacting the environment if not because we all have a stake in the future of the planet but because your blatant disregard is costing you business.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Anything we needed from the staff was provided promptly. We had to extend our stay and the Hotel was more than accommodating. Location is idea. Shops, stores, hospital and restaurants conveniently located. Room was clean and the kitchenette with a frig, dishwasher, 2-burner stove and dishwasher were perfect for our extended stay. The breakfast is amazing and there is no need to go anywhere for breakfast as all you need is there. Highly recommend staying here if in the area. With our son being in the Army, about 45 minutes from Ft Bragg and if we are ever in this area again, we will stay here.

I loved everything about this property. The breakfast is the best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The kitchenette was stocked with most things you would need to prepare a simple meal and included a dishwasher. The staff was awesome. There was an issue with the cable TV they were very responsive and refunded the cost of my pantry purchases and also the pet fee. Cable TV being out wasn’t a big deal to me and I told them not to worry about it and they went out of their way to refund me the aforementioned costs which was a surprise to me. I only mention as to illustrate how nice the staff was, the issue was switching cable systems or provider. Cable started working the next day.I would definitely stay here again. I stayed with my dog and the pet fee is very reasonable and there is a small wooded area to walk your pet.

Stayed a few times at this Towneplace Suites. Overall experience very nice. Breakfast is always a delight. Room is clean and mattress very comfortable. Kitchen is a must for our travel and this suite is equipped with most needed kitchen stuff. Would be nice to have non-stick pan. Our unit (101) the oven upper heat can't be turned on. Dining chairs look nice but not comfortable to sit on.

Very clean, felt safe, nice area, bed comfy. One small improvement would be to raise the tv higher on the wall. It was mounted on wall to side of bed at a low height, so all the person next to you in bed had to do to block view was raise their hands to look at their cell phone! Will definitely stay again. Also hear it's pet friendly which is nice.

We had to stay here during the covid-19 outbreak, and before we even walked in, we saw the gentleman at the front desk spraying everything down with Lysol. The room was impeccably clean, and super nice. The housekeeping staff was super nice. We had everything we needed in the room and it was a wonderful stay.

Check in was fast and easy - very professional staff. The room and hallway were very clean. The room even smelled new. Breakfast was a little disappointing since there was very little selection. Overall a great stay. We will stay here again if in this area.
