Breakfast was terrible and there was even a sign threatening paying customers that if you removed even a muffin you'd be charged $50. Microwave didn't work and front desk lady gave nothing but attitude when she had to come to the room to look at it. And to top it off we were told the pool waa open and it was not and we couldn't even set by the pool to enjoy the weather.

After checking in and getting settled for the night , someone entered my room with a key. The secondary latch on the door was broken. After realizing I was awake and startled, they closed the door, but stayed outside wanting me to open the door. I did not. They went away. I tried many times to call the front desk and finally called the 800 number. The person answering the door was the same person opening the door. I barricaded the door and went back to bed. At check out the next morning, again was the same person. He was very apologetic telling me he had a repair to make and thought the room was empty. Maybe could have checked the computer first. Will not stay at a Best Western again. Should be reimbursed my room fee as well. Did not sleep soundly reacting to every sound. Feel free to contact me. This is not acceptable to your company I hope and any customer of yours or the motel chain

Staff was courteous my main problem with this hotel is not as advertised there is no guest laundry and the hot breakfast was a waffle maker. Expedia needs to be better about what they advertise and what is really there because once you book it you are stuck and no refunds. We were staying for several days and an onsite laundry was what we were looking for it’s advertised but owners removed it. Also would like to have hot items on breakfast and it is advertised as hot breakfast but not what’s there.

The room was not clean Dust bunnies everywhere, frig looked like food had been spilled and not cleaned up. There was some greasy looking stuff on wall above the sink. Shower not clean. No exhaust fan in bathroom or that may have been what was hanging from wall in bathroom. It was overall not clean. There was also some one there smoking dope in some other room and the smell permeated the room. Just yuck!

The room wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t clean. The floors were sticky and turned your feet black, one of the beds had a dirty pillow case. Bathroom was not clean at all. Dirt and hair all on the floors, pretty sure the small back hairs on the wall beside the toilet where hairs from someone’s private area. Beds and everything were comfy. But like I said it wasn’t clean at all.

The lobby restroom did not have any paper towels or hand soap or hand sanitizer. It was evident that they do not clean the gym. Smelled and visibly dirty. I inquired about cleansing spray or cleaning products and I was told they don’t have any. This was disturbing. It was not a terrible stay, just not my best experience.

There was a day when that hotel was really nice, I'm sure. It is sad to see conditions are not the best. The staff was nice. Our bathroom wall paper had been torn up the wall and had been glued back. Cleanliness is an issue. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Loved that the pool was clean and how quick they were able to switch us rooms to better accommodate our needs as first room was dirty and damaged and reeked of smoke. I do feel some of what was advertised is misleading, the rooms are small and are not 350sq ft. You also are NOT allowed to take food from the lobby to your room during breakfast, which is very weird. They threaten to fine you if they find food in your room. Speaking of, it is mostly continental breakfast, the only hot food served is waffles that you make yourself.
Every thing else was good especially for the price. I really hope they reconsider that rule as that was a first for us and a disservice to our family of neurodivergents ( 2 young kids) who prefer eating in privacy. Otherwise kids had a blast swimming in pool in between games for softball tournament and location was very convenient.

The manager on our second night was very nice since we were grilling out. The floors were quite dirty. Housecleaning came but only brought 2 clean towels and no wash cloths. While there was a luggage cart there was no elevator to get to the second floor - so it really did no good! Out stay was ok but nothing above average!!

They asked for a $50 protection payment for the night that would be refunded. After leaving they crandomly charged my card $120 then two more charges for $69. Working with my bank now to report credit fraud and get a new card.

On check in I was asked to show my service animals certificate, licenses and vest, which is against the DOJ written requirements. I was also asked to provide the DOJ instructions which I was referring to, which I did. I'm not sure if this treatment is legal, but it certainly is unusual, in my understanding and experience.

I have politely told management and staff about the issue with the terrible housekeeping and filthy conditions, I have asked for a refund for at least the last 2 nights of my stay. It was very disappointing and very frustrating, so noisy and loud all night I barely got 4 hours of sleep all weekend! And I drive 2,800 miles to get here every month. I feel like asking for clean floors and showers and a decent nights sleep is like the basic’s of running a good business!

I have been a good customer for the last several months, when I came to town to visit family I always stayed here. The last couple of stays were terrible the rooms were filthy, hair in the shower and refrigerator, the floors are filthy dirty and the bugs were everywhere both dead and alive! I have spent several hundreds of dollars here and every time I stay you all put me in a room in the busiest most noisy area of the hotel! Also didn’t feel safe in the parking lot at night this time
