I recently stayed at this hotel and was very upset with the housekeeping. During my stay, my bedsheets were never changed, which is unacceptable for a week of staying. The bathroom was not cleaned throughout my stay, and the carpet was never vacuumed, which left the whole room feeling dirty. These should be very basic requests in any hotel, especially such a highly rated one. This level of cleanliness impacted my experience.

The location of this hotel is perfect for walking around the old town. There are numerous restaurants an and cafes in the area for dining and relaxing. The staff at the hotel made us feel welcome immediately from the minute we checked in. The staff at the front desk were helpful with arranging rides and recommendations. The bar staff was friendly and interactive. Room was spacious and food was great. Overall a great stay in Skopje. I’d highly recommend if you’re staying in the area.

Upon hotel look very regal on the exterior. Interior lobby, restaurant and bar has a modern look. And the hotel room I booked was very gorgeous and spacious. It had the toilet separate to the bathroom. The had complimentary water. The view from the windows was nice just wish they opened fully to have like a balcony type vibe.

The downfalls were not many vegan options for food in the restaurant. And the spa voucher I had received I couldn’t actually use for any of the treatments they had as they were fully booked.

Beautiful hotel to stay at, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very central.
Only complaint would be that as a family we used the pool and children are only allowed in until 6pm - which is understandable. We were however, there at 4:30pm and one of the staff came and asked ourselves and other families to keep all the children quiet. Another elderly gentleman laying and relaxing, asked her if she had any children or had ever been around any and then to leave them to enjoy their time.

Overall the hotel was amazing and would definitely recommend.

The staff and the service was great. Aleksandar bartender was exceptional and the server Naum was very professional and respectful with great attitude. The receptionist Ivam was so nice and went above and beyond to check us in. I believe also his name was Ognen he helped with the luggage and showed us the room with every single detail. Natali brought a coffee from Room Service and she was also very nice and polite. Everything was great. I would recommend 9/10.

There were cockroaches in our room. There was a dirty towel left in the room. There was a liquid gel pill left on the floor of our room. Their was hair in the food we ordered from room service. The hotel manager did nothing to remedy any of the problems except for a hollow apology. Very disappointed!

I'm from Sweden and been traveling about 50+ countries. I have pretty high standards and this hotell meet it totally. The service is 10/10 and the food as well.
A big thanks to Alexander the waiter in the restaurant that I spooked with quite a bit and told me about some hidden gems and also about the people of \"North\" Macedonia.
I hope he received my tips and it was not going in to the government or managers pockets. I will for sure come back!

Marriott is a great property with a fantastic location. Only thing I would pick as a downfall is sometimes the room wasn’t cleaned and when it was it was a basic clean - also the property has no outdoor area and no outdoor pool. This is a massive let down for the property and the brand.

Excellent place to spend a few days exploring North Macedonia. The staff is top notch and very accessible and friendly. All requests are taken very seriously and they go above and beyond to provide a great service. Breakfast is quite well stocked and fresh, making it a great plus. Location can't be better as it is on the main square, close to all points of interest and restaurants and bars. Will definitely return!

Skopje Marriott was great. Customer service of everyone working there was very accommodating. The Distrik Bar was also amazing. Filip - our waiter was very hospitable and was willing to get us reservations at other restaurants.

The facility was a little flawed. There was a painted water leak in our bedroom that was clearly obvious and the bathroom was not set up right.

Overall, great place, Skopje was amazing and cheap & will absolutely visit again.
