Another great stay at Limak Skopje. The room was on the 4th floor with a view over the Milenium cross. Easy acces to town centre through Diamond shoping mall, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

I have now visited 38 European countries, the last one being North Macedonia. I was extremely impressed with how your property and staff conducted business. The location was fantastic and you can easily walk around the city of Skopje. The breakfast was terrific each morning. The staff, personable and approachable. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Amazing 5 star hotel that gives you 5 star experie

My family and i stayed at Limak for 2 nights as part of a longer break and our experience was excellent. From the check-in to room allocation and breakfast everything was just the way we expected. The hotel is centrally located, with good access to the town center as well as connected to a shopping centre which has everything you need. The staff are kind and helpful, with genuine care to make your experience positive. We loved our experience with Limak and we are looking forward to stay again soon.

Hotel Infrastruktur eigentlich ganz schön und neu.
Was überhaupt nicht geht ist das House-keeping management. War 3 Nächte dort, Zimmer wurde nie richtig gemacht, nur Handtücher ausgewechselt … am 2. Tag nicht mal das. Mussten für frische Handtücher betteln … am schluss gab‘s kein shampoo und Toiletten-Papier mehr … und das in einem 5 sterne-Hotel!!!
Frühstück jeden Morgen exakt dss gleiche, sehr limitierte Angebot. Seh entäuschend! Hotel ist mit dem Service höchstens ein 4Sternen Hotel

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is not in the centre exactly, but an easy walk to the main sights. Right next to a new shopping mall with lots of restaurants. The hotel is brand new, with modern decor. Rooms were spacious enough. Air con didn't really work in my room, but it was fixed and I was comfortable the second night. Nice little gym, didn't visit the spa. The hotel is just fine, I think it's just lacking the fifth star quality.

Overall service was satisaftory. The staff can be more communicative. I wasn't informed about the breakfast. When i was checking out, I pointed this out to a staff at the front, he insisted that they had told me. During my stay, I asked for some help to find a place, the staff didn't take any action, instead he told me very vaguely that I should go to center area.

Amazing hotel, with perfect location.

While searching for a hotel in the town centre I came acros Limak hotel on Hotels.com. and decided to try it. Well i am I glad I did. The experience was amazing from booking to check in including the stay and service.
The hotel is fairly new and everything is kept very well. I booked one night with breakfast which included a free parking at the hotel. The value of what you get is amazing so if you are ever visiting Skopje, give Limak hotel a chance and you will be amazed.

Great hotel in a good location next to a Mall. Spotlessly clean, with spa, bar, restaurant and casino. Always happy to arrange a taxi for us. The rooms were large, as was the bathroom.

Family trip to Skopje

Our stay was great - the staff is very helpful and conscientious. The facilities are as pictured, very nice.

We probably should have gotten two hotel rooms to fit 3 adults and 2 teenage kids comfortably. The pull out couch in the “Family Room” really sleeps 2 smaller children, our teenage son was too tall to fit. I couldn’t tell that from the room description.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Limak and were pleased to find many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants located right next door to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Long Island ice teas at the hotel bar were delicious! The only slight issue was that the weather in Skopje was a beautiful, 28°C everyday, and the Aircon in the room was not able to compete! Despite being on and programmed to get the room down to 15°C, the entire time we were there the room stayed at 25°, it made for uncomfortable nights which is a shame because the bed itself was great! I'm sure there is something wrong with the AC. Failing this, it was a great overall stay. The Sky Bar on the top floor does not yet seem to be in operation, so we didn't get to experience this.

Well situated hotel, clean but with some issues which spoiled the stay!!!
Every time you want to reconnect to WiFi you have to feel-in extensive survey about the hotel. Every single day…. Why? Are you so desperate for positive words?
Coffee during the breakfast? The worst I have ever tested! Yes, they served good quality coffee but you have to pay extra!!! Ridiculous! And pity because I will for sure change the hotel next time!

This seems like a very new property. Attached to new Diamond Mall. A quick 10-minute walk to central square in Skopje. Overall, nice rooms, great value for a 5-star property. Just fyi... Sky Bar wasn't open yet but restaurant had good service.

Wonderful hotel (and a cautionary tale of laundry)

Loved this hotel, and all it had to offer. Staff were wonderful. Food great. Room super clean and comfortable. My cautionary tale is about laundry. I filled out the form, placing 7 t-shirts (3 short sleeve, 4 long sleeves, all cotton) and 7 underwear in the bag. I calculated it would be about $35. When it came back the next day I noticed a new form had replaced the one I submitted, with changed made. My 4 long-sleeve t-shirts were reclassified as more expensive items -\"pullovers.\" I could accept that, even though all other hotels had classified them as t-shirts. There was other writing in other columns, but I assumed things were OK until I was checking out, and found I'd been charged $70. What happened is that I made an honest mistake and checked the column to the right instead of the left. Hotel services then --without consulting me -- not only washed but dry/cleaned and pressed my clothes. I have attached the forms for readers to see. I have been in management, and would have erred on the side of the customer's honest mistake (I mean $70 to wash 7 undies and 7 t-shirts)? So, I'll always remember this hotel as the most expensive laundry I've ever used... and want my experience to be a cautionary tale for other travelers.

Limak website states that service dogs stay free of charge.
We have a registered service dog with all the necessary paper work and ID, despite this the hotel charged us over $ 36 for one night stay. Almost 50% of the fee for the whole night. Legal robbery !
Also our room, with \"mountain view\" faced an ugly construction site.

No soundproof between the rooms, you can hear everything; no shampoo during two nights stay, just empty box; one little shower gel for two nights;promised mountain view is concrete blocks construction view; shoe polishing sponge was used before me; rubbish bin in the room wasn't emptied. Very nice spa area. Very pleasant staff.

AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Extremely rude, disinterested and unprofessional staff running this as a hotel. We had booked a two room JUNIOR SUITE for a two night stay for 3of us. The aircon was non functional and our repeated requests to Matej at reception until 2AM late night/early morning was futile. One bedroom had some fresh air incoming from the so we requested for a rollaway bed or floor mattress so my son could sleep on the floor with us. Matej promised to send it but nothing ever came and our reminder to him resulted in him rudely telling us that he cannot do anything as he is alone and he has already reported matter to the hotel GM. My son slept on a blanket placed on the floor with a pillow. The promised change of room the next day,did not happen nor was the aircon fixed so we slept again without the aircon. To our shock and horror we found bathroom toiletries that were manufactured in 2018 and early 2019 & out of date with the dates roughed/gouged out. The breakfast spread was alright but fruit was rotten,bruised and something that you would throw in the garbage bin. Upon check out the hotel insisted we pay although our stay was prepaid with hotels.com and my receipt clearly stating so. The staff Nina was extremely rude and will hear nothing and threatened us that we cannot leave without paying. The GM while sympathetic,eventually maintained that we had to pay for one night as Hotels.Com had offered us one night waiver.Not wanting to ruin our holiday further we paid and left. Worst experience
