Great hotel with very comfortable bed and a good pressure shower. Very accommodating staffs, there’s 2 cute alpacas, rabbits and chicken, also a pool with a nice view of nature and hot jacuzzi, free bikes to roam around the property. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience with staff at the Acili restaurant being so rude and unhospitable in their communication about not taking photograph around the restaurant. We were told that the restaurant isn’t direct part of the hotel but the hotel website clearly shows the restaurant as key part of its compound making it a false advertisement to customers. There are better ways to communicate to customers about this matter. Checking in process took more than half an hour. We had 3 rooms and all had issues eg. bad smell of drainage, broken kettle and very poor quality of towels. However staff at the coffee shop were very polite and helpful.

Room was excellent. Only criticism I have is,
The breakfast buffet although quite tasty, was a bit disorganized. Difficult to find the breakfast items. I noticed guests confused where to find items. Needs reorganization. Also too many flys in the breakfast room. Otherwise, we will definitely stay there again

บรรยากาศโรงแรมดีนะคะ แต่ไปถึงโรงแรมประมาณบ่ายสองกว่ายังเข้าห้องไม่ได้ เนื่องจากยังทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จ ทำให้รอห้องนานมาก บ่ายสามกว่าถึงเข้าได้ ซึ่งเราเดินทางกับครอบครัวมาแต่เช้าค่ะ ซึ่งพอถึงเวลาอยากรีบไปพักผ่อนที่ห้องพัก เนื่องจากเหนื่อยมาทั้งวันและมีต้องทำกิจกรรมอื่นๆต่ออีกค่ะ

ห้องพักไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีเส้นผมร่วงตามสุขภัณฑ์ทั้งที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้บริการ และมีคราบสกปรก จองไปสองห้อง มีหนึ่งห้องชักโครกในห้องกดไม่ค่อยลง

หลักๆอยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดและเวลาเช็คอินของลูกค้าค่ะ ในส่วนของพนักงานยิ้มแย้มพร้อมให้บริการดีอยู่แล้ว แต่ในส่วนเรื่องความสะอาดผิดหวังเล็กน้อยค่ะ

Great pool

Needed a nice pool for some lap training and the first picture on the app sold the property. Price was great as well. It is hidden a bit away and longer drive going to the points of interests but the setting is very nice and quiet. The room product is unique with the one room concept and creates a nice real estate and larger room. It has everything you need in the room and very close to a 5 star. Staff is very attentive and friendly. F&B a bit in the upper price level but I guess it is considered as Bangkok. The Australian cask wine was unfortunately not drinkable for 300THB++++.

One of the worst hotel stay experience in Thailand.

1. No luggage help upon arrival
2. No transportation between parking and lobby. Please note, most of hotels in Thailand have this very basic service.
3. The water temperature from shower was HORRIBLE. It was either too hot or too cold. And temperature jumped from hot-->cold, cold-->hot every 20 seconds or so. My hand was even hurt because of the crazy hot water. No matter how I adjusted the temperature, it resisted.

I will try to ask for a refund from expedia.

The staffs were mostly friendly
the property clean and modern, there is a lovely pool too,
Rooms were also clean and they gave us complimentary minbar.
The breakfast was Ok - Some stuffs that are supposed to be hot - were not.
Location i think is a bit far from the attractions and the main roads. but you will need a vehicle for Khao Yai any way. Not much signage to lead the way and at night a lot of it has no street lights,

Perfect Peaceful Hotel to have your stay in Khao Yai.

It was a great stay for the entire family. Yhe staff are are friendly, and very prompt to respond to our requests. The kids loved the alpacas and rabbits... Pity we din had enough time to do the kayaking and rock climbing. Will definitely be back if im in khao yai.

Lovely design hotel but....

D2 Khai Yai is a lovely hotel. Few things to update; Water temperature of the shower is inconstant. sometime hot and than it turns cold. Also all the bathroom towels look really used and it doesn't look white. House keeping is rather poor. Room looks lovely but not very clean. I had a little brown cockroach on my bed. There is also a bunch of broom bristles let on my bathroom floor.

Hotel room was comfortable with nice furnishings. Downside, I got the 1st floor thus didn't get to enjoy the mountain views. However, theres balcony where you can access the the greenery right outside the room.

Facilities of the hotel was sufficient. There's a small gym, swimming pool, and restaurant. Swimming pool had a great view for instaworthy shots. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the swimming pool as I was only there for 1 night.

Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Overall, a good stay.

Downside, location is too far from everywhere! Also, lots of tiny flies around the lobby, swimming pool area, and other outdoor areas.

This small resort was excellent. The rooms were modern, clean and surprisingly spacious. The facilities were plentiful, with many surprises like rock climbing, or an option to feed either alpacas or rabbits right there on resort grounds. The breakfast spread, however, was a tad bit repetitive throughout our 4 days stay. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and it definitely met Dusit standards.

Nice hotel with very tight security where CCTV can be seen at most public spaces. The environment is nice and mini farm to kill time. However the maintainence can be improved. One of the rooms we booked the air con keep switching off on its on and the room is warm in the night.

The hotel is located deep in the village area. Not accessible without car.
Layout is exactly the same as the picture, balcony small, separate shower and WC, bathtub between shower area and room. Bath tub big enough to fit 2 adults or 3 kids.
Love the charging cables, where they have the various charging cables already plugged in and you just have to plug your device to the pin, and you can charge your Samsung, iPhone, and/or wifi device all together.
A bit disappointed that the wall climbing which was featured as a part of the hotel facility is actually payable, I think it is about 250/300 baht per climb.
We found lot of ants (along the head-board, along the side board and even on the bed) and had to get the staff to change the bedsheet, and they did a great job doing it immediately.
Request for connecting rooms were made at least 6 months ahead, but were ignored. Disappointed. We had 4 rooms in total and 2 of them had connecting doors, but to other people's rooms. They could have put us side by side, but that didn't happen. we were placed 1 to 3 rooms apart.

Overall experience is good, great place for family. Room is bigger than expected, love the bathtub.

Found ants in the room, which is understandable, but will be good if they weren't there.

One thing that need to be improved is the cleanliness of table mat. The table mat used during breakfast is very dirty, when waiter setup the table for us, he turned to a \"cleaner\" side knowing the other side has one big patch of milk or egg yolk residual. Hotel should either use a disposable mat or just clean it after every use.

Unfortunately ppl burn their plants or wastes nearby, so occasionally you get burning smell rather than clean air.

Beautiful hotel but poorly managed staff

Overall, I was quite impressed with the hotel. I loved the layout and decoration. However, there were many points to improve (per my personal experience).
1. The rooms weren't ready at the time we checked in (4pm on Friday). It was quite busy at the time but we were waiting for one of our rooms for an hour.
2. Got a call from the front desk they lost my information during the check-in process. Not professionally manage; need improvement.
3. Wifi didn't work in our room. We got them fixed but still failed.
4. Big silly mistake by the bell boy who left our room's door closed unproperly. We got a tourist family trying to enter our room. They could easily open the door and got in. We were terrified. The front desk was informed and they promised to report this to the hotel manager and gave us a response. We've been waited for a week without any proper apology from this 'Dusit'-brand hotel. I was very disappointed.

Great holiday!

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels, I stayed during my holiday trip with my husband. Check-in was smooth, with welcome drink, if with wet towel provide will be a plus, when steeping down from a long journey drive.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, all respect for the staff name of Mr Kook, he was particularly attentive and ready to help, when we checking with Mr Kook is this the best time to travel to Saraburi sunflower field, he replied us now is not in blooming season yet, will be disappointed, he also told us Jim Thompson farm was closed during November, lucky we check with him before traveling. Mr Kook, who does great job, a true sample of excellent hospitality! The room was very spacious with all the amenities one would be expected, housekeeping was providing a wonderful service, very clean bedroom, if can add one more chair will be great.
This hotel genuinely delivered a very good customer service all round and would definitely revisit.

Overall my stay with DusitD2 was Good & Pleasant. Hotel front desk & restaurant staffs are nice & helpful. The room is spacious & very well maintained. Restaurant food was good.

The Negative Point.

1) Gym & Sauna studio
a) No staff there & equipment was not powered & the lighting is very dim & there's no music while doing workout. We need to walk up & down to ask for assistance. (Very Inconvenient)
b) Operation hour close too early at 630pm

Suggestion : Should extend the operation hour & have someone to manage the area when assistance is needed

2) Swimming Pool
a) Pool Lighting was very dim in the evening
b) Pool Bar without Staff, (very inconvenient when you feel like having a drink in the pool.)
c) Pool without Music (makes it very boring)

Suggestion : Should brighten the pool, a staff to manage the bar & play some soft music

3) Gardens & Walk Way to Hotel Room.
a) Very very dark (almost total darkness)

Suggestion : Brighten up the area

4) No Night Entertainment
a) Nothing to do in the night

Suggestion : To have a Pub or a drinking corner with some music to chill or a live band music will be great.

Hope to see improvement will be done for my coming trip with my family to DusitD2 Khao Yai this December.
