Always a very nice stay! Some of the facilities were not open which was a surprise. Maybe because of slow season, was a bit inconvenient as we had to travel to a different area of the resort to use some. I stay here a lot, never ran into this before. Only the restaurant which is understandable if there are few guests during slow season.

We stayed here 12 years ago having enjoyed it then. The property seems to have expanded exponentially. Great service, staff, superb breakfast and choices. Very comfortable living and you don't have to walk anywhere..always a handy shuttle within a phone call. Property has class! Will visit again. More affordable weekdays.

Beautiful hotel by the side of the Khao Yai National Park. The views from the room were astounding. Very clean room, excellent food (included with room price), and friendly staff.

The scenery and environment was great. In general, staffs servicing is good. The hotel maintenance is not up to the standard of the brand. Fan at the balcony didn't work. The mechanical guy just knew that there was no electricity connection when checked. This should gave been carefully checked before operating for guest. Room is not very clean.

Kirimaya is a beautifully located resort. The room itself is decorated in a modern Asian minimalistic style and really goes with the vibe of the area. The staff are very attentive and the food at Acala restaurant was delicious.

Some of the downfalls would be the upkeep. The maid service was great the first day and continually got worse as the days went on. We had to call several times to get more towels, coffee etc. The furniture is all wooden around the pool and it is either not treated properly or rotting away. There are loose tiles around the pool as well as wooden planks sticking up as they have not been secured down properly. The dirty towels for the pool are disposed of in a big trash can behind the sun loungers (not something you’d expect to see at a 5 star resort). It also rained heavily one evening, and due to flooding and no lights on the path we were unable to see a huge hole in the walk way on our way from the room to dinner. My foot went about 10 inches down and I’m lucky nothing broke. Our bed sheets had a massive rip in them, as did one of the pillow cases. Black hairs in the sheets (neither my husband or I have black hair). The golf course has great potential however the upkeep again, way below what you would expect for a 5 star resort. Very disappointing and very expensive for the condition it was in.

Overall the service here is very good. But the condition of the resort itself majorly lets it down.

Room is big, but very old. You can see the stains in the bathroom floor and the room smells like damp wood as most of the furnishing and deco are in wood. Balcony has a nice view of the pool and mountain. Service is good, I really like food at the thai restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is at atta lakeside next door, if you would like a newer place, stay at atta instead.

Open spaces filled with greens does provides
the mind to feel tranquil & @ ease.
The bed & lighting system need to improve. Present bed frame is not conducive & practical. The master switch should not entirely turn off all electrical supply
needed to charge handphones.
In particular, your F & B staffs are helpful & couteous.

Nice room with good view and excellent services, all staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is nicely decorated and well equipped.

The WiFi service is very poor though, although we got excellent WiFi reception but the speed is very slow - some time to the point that it's not usable at all.

Good hotel resort

Very nice gold resort. Room are nive but nothing out of this world. No surpise there. Overall, very charming natural area. Very nice thai restaurant. Only negative is tha tthe place is huge and to go from the room to the breakfast, you may need a golf cart ride. Not many indication so easy to get a bit lost. We walked back after the breakfast which was nice. Not unforgattable. Many other options in the area.

Excellent as ever

Excellent as ever. A short stay this time, we were redeeming a free night, and we enjoyed a nice round of golf (being a hotel guest entitles one to 50% off the green fee, bringing it in line or cheaper than other golf courses in the area).
We enjoyed the Teppanyaki restaurant this time, which is quite nice but probably slightly expensive for the food it serves, and their wine list includes the same wines that one can buy in any supermarket, but with 400% markup. But in Khao Yai, there are no better alternatives.
Apart from that, the hotel and facilities are exactly as they ever were, well maintained but unchanged, which gives the place a certain aura of permanence and serenity. Staff is kind and attentive, we always feel very welcome.
Overall, it is one of our favorite locations in Thailand, relaxing and predictable.

A beautiful resort, clean comfortable room, friendly attentive staff. An excellent breakfast buffet and lunch at the outdoor restaurant.Our only regret is that as we were booked on full day wildlife tours in the National Park we didn't have enough time to spend enjoying the resort!

Fantastic hotel resort and great customer service. Compound was large and easy to get around with the convenience of buggy carts readily available. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. So good that we extended a third night here!

Serenity with fantastic service

Kirimaya is a beautiful resort that has a very relaxing vibe. It offers a beautiful golf course (too bad their lefty rentals are so out of date) bike riding , fantastic service and more. We only stayed one night but wish it could've been more. They were also extremely nice to allow me to rent their clubs a second day and bring to Toscana which unbelievably didn't even offer lefthanded clubs.

Overall, the facility looks decent from our eyes. Our room is large with big balcony and somewhat a nice view. The place itself is a little worn out since it has been opened for awhile now. The only price that we would like to complaint because weekend rate is a high sky-rocket price and at this rate for this facility is probably to high for my opinion. The food, dinner and breakfast, is not very good. Breakfast is like--I'd rather stay in bed than getting up for it. Suggest to come to weekday and it probably worth your money.

Loved everything about Kirimaya! Quiet, beatiful nature, attention to detail, romantic, work bench for business work in reception, great service, ample outdoor space for running around lake, only 7km bike ride from National Park entrance so good location for fit cyclists wanting challenging but stunning day out around park which has some cycle paths, good breakfast, away from the less tasteful 'town centre' yet there are 2 off site restaurants /massage /dessert /souvenir shop within walking distance from Kirimaya.

Highly recommend and will return myself to cycle National Park again!

Nice secluded property with very friendly staff. Rooms average in quality with nothing much to do on the property except golf. Internet was very slow and dropped frequently, so it was nearly impossible to complete any work tasks on this trip. Nice breakfast at nearby Atta, about a 10 min walk or 5 min jog.

Would Never Visit Again

I ended up being horribly disappointed by this resort. My brother and sister-in-law advised the trip as it's a hotel they've visited before and had always been impressed by. I have to admit though that the price and five-star rating does not match up to the reality. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, I will admit. But on the resort itself, in the restaurants, and by the pool there is a threadbare quality setting in. Breakfast food and quality are so-so—nothing to write home about and not in league with other 5-star Thai hotels we've visited (and living in Bangkok, we've been to breakfast at a few now!). Restaurant cushions, pool beds, and towels are worn, run down or broken, and shabby. Suffice to say all this would have been passable, if not for the fact that my family got food poisoning from the stay. I and my sister-in-law spent the last night and day of our holiday with a serious case of food poisoning. (And I mean the full works; sickness and diarrhoea.) No apology was made by the hotel, despite the fact that we'd only eaten on site since Saturday lunchtime. They offered 'medicine' which was nothing more than rehydration salts, which I was unable to keep down, and a trip to the hospital, which I also turned down because I couldn't make it away from the toilet for more than ten minutes. Overall, an appalling way to finish a break and an appalling response from a 'five-star' hotel.

My family got food poisoning from this resort and have been violently ill with vomiting, diarrhea and fever. We only ate at the hotel and it is still not resolved by the hotel.

Fantastic Golf Resort

We stayed for 3 nights at Kirimaya Golf Resort. Overall the resort is very nice, clean and the staff are very attentive. Unfortunately we did not get to golf due to an injury before our trip however the golf course looked in amazing shape. The included buffet breakfast was great! It is a nice quiet resort, at least in the month of March. Not a lot of guests in the slow season. The balcony/terrace was great with oversized padded couch, lights and ceiling fan. We had a fantastic view overlooking the swimming pool and 18th fairway. I would recommend this resort.

日本からの早朝着便・空港からバンコクホテルへの間、運転手付レンタカーでこちらへ１泊をセットしました。往復とも2.5時間、家族経営ワイナリーへ行って試飲＆テラスぶどうジュース(白リス、知らなかった・鳥たち見て)、欧米ブランドホテルでタイ昼めし、で、14時チェックイン。駐車場へ誘導受そこからカートで直お部屋チェックイン＆簡単ガイダンス受、大きめ湯舟風呂して部屋テラス＆ベッドで昼寝(設備きれい)、プール脇レストランでタイ夕めし、遠くの空のず～っと続く雷光で森がライトアップみたく幻想的。なにより早朝のお部屋テラスからの鳥たちの声や姿がMAX楽しめました。朝めし所は庭みたいのを歩いて10分のオープンスペース場所で品数ずいぶん多くってゆっくり楽しみました。スタッフの方々皆こちらへ向く気持ちのいい姿勢でレベル高かったです。帰り、隣のフロント棟寄ってチェックアウト時、横池の葦(？)葉に家雀が縦横に止まるとゆっくりずずずっと葉が曲がり丁度真横止まり木様になりくつろいでいて・。心にもよかった。

ただ交通の便が悪く5分10分でもタクシーを使用で、5分の場所でも500から1000バーツかかります。もう少し交通手段があると良いのですがと思いました。

Tre fantastiska övernattningar på hotellet. Det fanns absolut inget att klaga på. Servicen och frukosten var av absolut högsta kvalité! Vi hann aldrig besöka farmer’s market, vilket var synd eftersom jag tror att det hade varit trevligt.
