Great hotel, staff are all really friendly and helpful, food in restaurant is excellent and the facilities are good. The grounds are great just to walk around. One of nicest hotels ever stayed in, would definitely come back!

You do not get what you pay for

I had high expectations $$$$. We had to change our room due to a very bad odor; the shower water pressure and hot water was lacking. The buffet breakfast was poor quality & trainees were cooking eggs with a crust, the coffee was weak, no plain yogurt nor healthy cereal; we had to call for the gym to be stocked with water and towels; and the pool was very cold and not maintained.

The hotel itself is amazing and well maintained even during covid times.They strictly follow covid norms.We got an upgrade for our booking.The whole property is not that big but it’s very beautiful and you will really feel like you are in Europe

The hotel is big and beautiful. Nice environment for families and couples who want to just relax and have fun. Many facilities are kept in their best condition. The room is big and spacious with nice bathroom, love the bath tub and elegant furniture. Staffs is friendly and nice.

Country Type of Stay and super Relaxing feeling.

Serve drink while we are waiting to be served. The bell boy put our luggages in the buggy when we set in and when we check out. once our driver is here, they transferred into our guided vehicle. Very impressive and they are very attentive. Breakfast is good and a lot of variety. Cosy castle restaurant.Very relaxing. Do keep up the good work. Go to seek fishes, Yoga lesson going on. Minibar full of soft drinks,coffee capsules and beverages like tea.

Lovely English themed hotel

I spent 3 nights at Thames Valley with my husband in the Deluxe Pond room and absolutely loved our stay! They did a really good job with the whole atmosphere of the place, didn’t feel like I was in Thailand. Room was beautiful and clean and every corner of the place is a photo worthy setting. It was a completely relaxing stay and I felt so sad to leave. My only comments will be that they should provide bath salts for rooms with the pond/bathtub. And the high tea food can be improved. Other than that everything was great! Definitely a memorable experience and hope I will be back again one day.

Went there with other 2 friends. The room and hotel ground are exactly like in the photos. Room is clean and spacious. The amenities were catered for 3 people (instead of 2 like other hotels).
Hotel breakfast has varieties of food in their stunning dining hall.
Service is great. Friendly and helpful staff.
Location is easily accessible and nearby places of interest.
Suitable for family, couple and friends.
Overall, a great place to stay and will definitely go back again.

Love the English theme

Love the English theme and the beautiful landscape. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and that’s one activity that they looked forward to every evenings.

Amazing. We nearly forgot we are in Thailand with the nicely curated landscape and buildings. The hotel is not near eatery and cannot be easily reached without a car but definitely one of the choice accommodation and place of interest in khao yai. The hotel and compound is well maintained. Breadfast is a feast with intercontinental buffet spread.

Feels more like a resort than a hotel. Surrounded with great view which is great for phototaking. The breakfast was ok, however the restaurant/cafe menu was good as it is opened to the public for high-tea and dinner. There are mosquitoes but the hotel room was equipped with the electronic mosquito repellent. There are lizards too, which was quite noisy at night. I Guess it’s inevitable as the hotel room I was staying is at ground floor.

Excellent service received the moment I enter their compound. My drone was lost in action after hitting a tree. Have tried to receive but decided to let it go after seeing it was surrounded with tall grasses and I have to go beyond a lotus pond to retrieve it. One of the security Guards actually took the initiative to retrieve for me and it was given back to me during check out. Kudos to Him and I left a happy man.

Beautiful hotel to stay in. Location can be considered central for Khao Yai attractions. Room is big, spacious and clean. Staff are polite. Mini Bar is FOC and replenished everyday. Only drawback is perhaps the breakfast spread which is quite limited. The pool is actually small and the upkeep is not the best.

Fabulous vacation stay

This is my second time staying at Thames Valley, with the first being Dec2016. Nothing much has changed, all is still very good. The room condition, the atmosphere, breakfast spread etc. are what brings me back each time. I managed to try the hi-tea this time but a pity their Thames Garden tea was sold out. Their honey toast was really delicious. Thames Valley is conveniently located on the main road to most attractions. Just 5 mins drive, there is a stall serving very good Som Tam and another one serving good Mookata. I highly recommend everyone to stay in Thames Valley as it is really worth an experience. The next time I go back, I will like to try the villa :)

We had a bad experience with uncovered stairway. Especially when it rains, we have to carry an umbrella and walk up the stairway. My friend slipped and fell from the stairway because it was raining and slippery. The corridor of the rooms ended with a puddle of water which made our shoes wet.

Though the staff is careful enough to bring my friend to see the doctor, it could not compensate the pain caused by the injury through the journey. Also there was time incurred waiting for the doctor and thus delay the tour group.

Thames Valley is an awesome place! The staff are hospitable. The whole area has many nice spots to walk around and to take photo. Our room at the second level has a nice view of the area. There are a few attractions nearby Thames as well. Overall, it's been an awesome stay.

Excellent environment, lots of green. Feels more like a resort. Deluxe room comes with a little balcony with a good view. We love the castle restaurant, very good breakfast. We had very good Thai food and steak for dinner. Getting around to places of interest is not convenient, you will need private car with a driver. Suggest advance arrangement with hotel.

Nice hotel but nothing much to do

It's basically a nice hotel, we stayed at the villa with a private small lap pool. For the price, personally don't think it was worth it. The Aircon is not even centralize. I slept on the left side of the bed and couldn't feel the Aircon. And the room is not blackout enough plus occasionally there are birds making weird noises in the middle of the night,

The spa was another disappointment. It closes early at 8pm, with only 2 masseurs working so is always quite full. We was late for our massage for 15mins and they just deduct from our treatment time without informing me. I even asked them before the treatment started that our massage duration is 90mins? And she replied yes 90mins. However, after showing our displeasure they did offered us a 10% discount.

The staff there are all very friendly and nice though they are not fluent in English . And the place is more Thais friendly then tourist as most of them don't really understand or speak decent English.

Basically is a stark contrast to bkk city, is a dead town here after 10, can't even find a decent massage place .

We love Thames Valley Khao Yai!

We didn't feel we were in Thailand. The amazing feeling this place gives you is indescribable. The place was beautiful and we will definitely be back again!
Breakfast spread was good, ambience at the Castle Restaurant was lovely. In December, the morning was very cool and we enjoyed our breakfast in the outdoor.
Room was big, beautiful, comfortable and clean. Toiletries etc. are available.
Service by hotel staff was prompt. On one night, there were a group drinking, jostling and laughing loudly in the pavilion at about 12mn. As they were loud, I had to call the hotel staff to ask them to lower their volume. From the windows, I saw the staff came to tell their guests but the group didn't leave and I had to call again after a while. The 2nd time, staff came and they switched off the lights at the pavilion which I thought was a good move to make the group leave.

It's a very quiet and relax place. Room is big n spacious. Breakfast selection are average but not very wide but the food are nice. The toilet area n the bath tub are in the same area n so make it inconvenient if 2 persons are using the bath area. Staffs are nice n warm.

Beautiful hotel with privacy!

I stayed here with my family's, we love the landscape and the ambience. Everything was well maintained. We designed was very nice with taste & comfortable. But we hope the hotel come with more facilities like kids club, lobby lounge for guest to hang up. The breakfast was good but less choice & we stayed for 3 night and was bored with the same breakfast everyday. Anyway the staff at restaurant are friendly & polite. Lastly the check in was smooth & will be better if it's come with an welcome drinks!!

A perfect English-style hotel!

The hotel was great. I love it. The decoration, very cozy atmosphere, kind staff and cleanness. A breakfast was not variety menu but it was good quality. Wifi was slow sometimes but it is still acceptable. I am quite sure to come back again.
