What a beautiful resort. There are 3 different types of glamping options; one has a shared bathroom (which is spotless) and the others have their own bathroom. A lovely pool and surrounding area made it feel very peaceful. The breakfast was good- a mix of western and thai. Staff were very friendly and gelpful. Would definitely stay again.

The location is beautiful. The view from the room and breakfast is insane. I can only imagine how nice it must have been when it first opened. Now the state of it is lacking. Everywhere there is an undertone of unkemptness. The pool stairs are cracked, paint is peeling, the “gym equipment” is rotting, the chairs outside our room literally fell apart. Not confident that our room was thoroughly cleaned either. There were empty toiletry boxes from the last guess and their leftover snack remnants in the fridge. Staff was also just okay. I told them about the toiletry situation and they never addressed it. Overall it was hard to communicate with them, but that is also partly on me because I do not speak Thai. The breakfast food is extremely bland. There is also no way to lock your doors from the inside so your doors are unlocked when you are asleep.

Great glamping site for family and friends

Love the environment and the vibes. The tent is very comfortable and big enough. The outdoor in the estate is very calm and clean. It is an excellent place family and friends to gather and relax. Will highly recommend.

It was an excellent hotel and the facilities were great. Regarding being eco there was still a lot of plastic being used in terms of cutlery and gloves for the morning buffet breakfast. Overall though would definitely stay there again.

Amazing things to do with family

I was sceptical about Glamping, but this turns out to be the highlight of my trip to Khao Yai. The tent was big enough and cozy, while there is Aircond in the bed area. Night time, it was cooling and we would sit outside the tent to just chat.

The share bathroom is clean and big and it was very comfortable.

My family love it a lot and this is definitely the best hotel/glamping experience I have.

Very good overall glamping experience. Comfortable beds, well maintained facilities, beautiful swimming pool. Nice landscaping all round, but could do with more vegetation and trees for its theme of eco tourism. The WiFi signals are quite weak for the rooms/ tents, so don't expect to go there and still enjoy your streamings.

A different kind of experience from usual brick and motar hotel. Need car to get around. One setback is that thete is no way to get in touch with hotel staff and only way is to make an IDD call..for security reason, hotel should install \"walkie talkie\" so that guests can get in touch with hotel staff if help is needed. I can provide more details of an incident if needed.

I came here again after my last visit in Nov 2017. This time i m disappointed in their public washroom cleanliness. When using it, I feel the toilet, shower stand and the washing basins are full of gems. Also there is a water fronting in front of the entrance to the public washroom had foul water and stink.

Superb Experience

The hotel was a dream. It was so much more than what we expected. We visited a couple of other popular accomodations but we concluded that nothing beats the Lala Mukha experience. The staff were young, patient and friendly. They really went out of their way to help whenever possible. We took the tents with attached bathrooms. It was amazing. Very clean considering we were staying in the ‘wild’ and there were no insects or lizards in the tent. I am deadly terrified of lizards... but I felt really safe in the room... it was awesome. The food served at the restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious. I’ll definitely be back. (:

Scary & unsafe tour ignored by hotel staff

Resort is special as tent style gives guest refreshing experience from busy town life. Only one disappointment is non professional concern from front desk staff (Ms. phimphong) did not clearly state about the safety conditions of the vehicle to khao yai national park. She manages this type of tour always but she said doesn't know and also didn't advise that only a opened truck without windows for a forest trip for a family in which there is a only 2 years baby ! Eventually a small local truck without any windows but opened style carried 10 people in a small opened truck. People were squeezed together like refugees bumping in a forest. My family with a only 2 years old baby was scary and to be forced to give up this day tour in national park. The fee 2000 bhat to the truck carrier/tour company could not be refunded. A staff always help guest to arrange such tour, why she didn't clearly present the conditions of the transportation and safety precautions to the guests when they raised enquiry to such kind of tour ! Safety concern is always the most important than all others. Guests should be treated in humanity.
To be fair, another restaurant staffs at Lala Mukha are nice.

Very clean shared facilities e.g. bathrooms and toilets. Can be noisy in the morning due to birds chirping sound. Hotel staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast spread was good especially the yoghurt.

Service was excellent! The waitress named Pim Porn was very friendly and polite. However seafood bbq was not worth the price. The villa was beautiful. But I was terrified at night due to too many lizards, geckos, frogs, mosquitoes, flies and ants. Otherwise it would be very nice.

Just try once is enough

Interesting tent with beautiful and well maintained interior. However, the road from lobby to tent can be improved. Now it's a bit hard to walk. Staff don't speak English well so are not responsive. TV didn't work. Nice with free mini bar. Convenient to walk and drive to nearby restaurants and attractions.

Overall stay was okay. Nice Glamping experience. However, staffs do not know how to check if payment has been made. Had a bad experience with trying to explain to the staff that payment is made. Overall impression is very bad. As a result, the schedule for the day is delayed drastically.

1st experience outdoor camping type stay.

Overall, my family (wife, daughter and I) had a wonderful stay and time together in this outdoor camping tent resort.

For room facilities, average. The complimentary biscuits were not fresh and not crunchy anymore when we ate. Like kept for quite awhile. Room air conditioning temperatures fluctuates.

Our room was amongst those furthest away from the restaurant, yet the kitchen's exhaust fan is so noisy, it was disturbing even at that distance.
Cleaning and maintenance is clearly a problem. The pool could not be used because of water condition, and the room bathroom was in bad shape.

Great location, everything else is terrible

This place has so much potential to be such a great venture. But, poor experiences breed poor reviews breed poor results.
I dont mind shared shower/bathroom facilities. I grew up on caravan parks. But, I have seen better maintained facilities in a 2 star caravan park. Of the 8 or 9 showers, only 2 had doors that properly locked, and one of those had a broken showerhead that was broken on all 3 nights of my stay. It also doesnt help to have spiders webs all over the place and a simple dusting could solve many issues. Then there is the water. Its dirty. Not dirty like unhealthy dirty. But dirty as in full of silt. Hard to be clean when the water leaves you with a new layer of dust all over yourself.
Pool? FILTHY! The water is cloudy, and you can see clearly the silt that is in all the water at this \"resort\" In the shallow section you can also see it deposited all over the tiles.
I hope you dont like having a hot breakfast. I hope you dont want to have a mildly warm breakfast. \"pancakes\" the size of a hockey puck, and about as hard as well. Half your breakfast delivered, the other half you have to keep asking about. Sausages that were so cold they could have come straight from the fridge. It took 3 attempts to get anything remotely warm, and they still managed to mess the order.
I accept staff may not have a command of English in Thailand, but at these rates, with everything being in English around the resort, service staff should at least understand the menu.

Petits reproches : clim trop bruyante dans la tente (bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires (bizarrement fournis par l'hôtel en arrivant)) et dîner pas à la hauteur du lieu sans parler du prix exorbitant des plats par rapport à la qualité.

不明白這渡假村有這麼多不錯的評價，本人覺陳舊，房間很暗，浴簾非常髒，水壓很差，帳蓬的蚊網有破爛，但沒有修理，室內想打開帳蓬窗，拉鏈很難拉，而且很多塵掉到我眼內就放棄了！早餐選擇少且難吃，一定沒下次，要住的朋友千萬要停一停，想一想
