Property was a little dated. No hangers in wardrobe. No room slippers despite my writing in advance to request for them.
Breakfast restaurant not staffed adequately. Coffee mugs ran out frequently and fruits not replenished.
Few staff truly proficient in English.
Would have appreciated a warning to avoid going through the National Park and paying 1230 THB for my family and car just to get to the property which lies just 500m outside of the park. Paid a second time to visit the park the next day and if not for my asking around for an alternative route, could have had to pay a third time going back to Bangkok!

This place is almost perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I loved the Isan theme throughout the room and hotel. We had driven all day to get there, and we were so hungry. We called a little before 9:00, when they stop cooking and they had dinner waiting for us when we arrived at 9:20! Amazing! My only complaint was that our water did not stay a consistent temp and was rarely warm enough. The sink is in the bedroom area, and we both thought if it was there, there should be a door separating it from the bed. I think it would be an easy fix. Food was delicious, there are lots of other great places to eat, and you are really close to the main entrance of Khao Yai National Park — a must visit for sure. We will be back here!!

The location is golden because it’s located near Khao Yai National Park and famous Isaan restaurant “Penlaos”.

The room is somewhat clean, but they might have to deal with insects i.e. ants, mosquitoes, etc. There’s also the problem with hot water as I’ve read in many comments before. The truth is, you have to turn the hot water tap into the right position and it will come out, but still, I think the shower set is need to be fixed or replaced since when it’s hot, it’s really hot. Frankly, on my check-out day, there’s no hot water coming out even though I’ve tried to turn the tap in every directions. There’s a mold spotted in the shower section.

The staffs are enthusiastic and helpful. I give them 10/10.

There were not many vegetarian options in the morning buffet breakfast. I had to just eat salad and cereal one of the days. Everything either has meat or fish sauce in it. It would be nice to have a few hot items to be vegetarian.

Also it would be nice if vegetarian items be marked. Otherwise each person will need to continuously keep asking staff as to what is vegetarian and what is not.

Since this is a popular tourist destination, the above is not an unreasonable request

Stay was average. But this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised. Maybe a 4. The rooms are not big and very average. Had very noisy neighbors who stayed up all night (literally) so got no sleep. Breakfast was good. Location good near park entrance.

We stay 3 days 2 nights here. Overall room is ok. Staff are helpful. But they do nit clean our room saying because of covid. So we end up cleaning room ourselves !! Shower room is bad. There are only super hot or super cold water . No warm. And water did not drain properly. So we end up stopping now and then during shower, waiting for the water to drian first

Impossible to communicate with the staff

It’s a nightmare dealing with the front desk if you are not a local as they speak limited English. The outdoor cinema has great ambience but they play English movies in Thai which we don’t understand. The breakfast selection is limited. Best item for breakfast is the pork skewer. No proper booking system for the spa. Need to go to the front desk to book and they can’t confirm immediately will need to let you know the next day which is a hassle as we can’t plan our activities. Our room was facing the pond and they rear geese as pets. The geese wakes us up every morning at 7am by their honking.

เราจองห้องสุพีเรีย 2 ห้อง 2 คืน แต่ทางโรงแรมขายห้องเราให้กรุ๊ปสัมมนาอ้างว่าดีลมาหลายเดือน ทั้งที่เราจองล่วงหน้ากับเอ๊กซ์พีเดียถึง 4 เดือน จัดให้เราพักห้องลอฟท์ที่เป็นหลังเดี่ยว สภาพไม่โอเคเรื่องความปลอดภัย เพราะต้องให้แยกพักคนละหลังกับลูก พอเราสอบถามทีแรกก็ไม่ยอมบอกว่าขายห้องเราให้คนอื่น เราเห็นสภาพห้องที่จัดให้พักก็รู้สึกไม่พอใจ รร จัดส่งเราไปพักคอนโดเดอะคอร์ทยาร์ทของซีพี ห่างไปสัก 2 กม. อาหารเช้าที่นั่นเป็นชุดเซ็ท(ตามสั่ง ข้าวผัด/ ข้าวต้ม /ไส้กรอกไข่ต้ม เย็นๆ) เสิร์ฟบนห้อง
รร. เสนอห้องอัพเกรดให้ในคืนต่อมาเป็นดีลักซ์ และอาหารเซ็ทใหญ่มูลค่า 550.- ชดเชยให้/ห้อง
สิ่งที่ผิดหวังคือการพักผ่อนคืนแรกที่เหมือนย้ายที่นอน ไม่ใช่มาเที่ยวและรับประสบการณ์อย่างที่คาดหวัง ไม่อยากให้ รร ทำกับลูกค้าแบบนี้อีก เสียดายที่ตั้งใจสร้าง รร. อย่างดีแต่บริการไม่ได้มาตรฐานอย่างที่ควรจะเป็น

The resort was clean and it was a good stay but require some improvement.

It's was a raining season during the 3 days stayed. There was no covered shelter on the way from our room to lobby (Carpark). We need to carry umbrella with luggage/purchase items to our room or lobby.

Narrow walkway path to room/lobby.

Lastly, all over the world are trying their best to save the environment. Save water, save electricity and recycle! But the water heater system require further calibration as it either gave u very Hot temperature water or very COLD water if you switch the tap lever slightly.

Newly constructed resort. The room is a bit dark because of the color of walls, floor, and furnitures. No bin in toilet room. No place to properly hang a roll of tissue nearby toilet. The food was good.

Nothing Suite About It

We booked a \"suite\" as this is what was listed as being available for three people. When we arrived they showed us to a regular room, with two twin sized beds. The staff member left immediately upon letting us in so I went back to reception asked why we didn't have a suite they said that the \"suite\" is actually smaller than the deluxe room and not suitable for three people. They took us to another deluxe room with one double bed and brought in a mattress, so one of us had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The room was completely ordinary, similar to rooms three times as cheap that we have stayed in around Thailand. It was certainly not worth the amount we spent per night (we were still charged for the \"suite\" even though we were put in the deluxe). When we went to check out they asked us to please pay for the mattress for the third person (I explained that I'd booked for 3 all along so they didn't end up charging us). The saddest part is that the TV kept showing pictures of rooms from the hotel that looked like really nice big suites but I was told that we were in the biggest room available. There are also big barrels of standing water around the property which are perfect mosquito breeding grounds!

When I arrived in the hotel reception counter, I was informed that the hotel room is not available and offer another hotel nearby to stay. I check out the offered hotel room, it was terrible, old and smelly. I have to reject the offer and ask for the refund. I managed to book another hotel room last minute. I was unhappy about the hotel management that they did not inform me earlier about the problem.
