The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was enough parking space on site and the hotel was in the city centre and close to several other desired locations.

The room was clean and comfortable, however, I didn't like the fact that the cups were paper and not real cups or glasses. The breakfast was all that great. Sausage's were okay but the eggs were like plastic and not made from real eggs. And again paper plates and cups and plastic knifes, forks and spoons. Not impressed.

My favourite thing about this place is that the Housekeeping service doesn't start until 11, so you don't have staff knocking on your door beginning at 8 am like in many other hotels (whether or not the do not disturb is on the door!). It was quiet, a lot of options for TV/Movie Streaming Apps and friendly staff, convenient location.

Check in was 4:00. It didn't appear that anyone was able to check in before that. Line up was to door. Most guests seemed to be heading to the event at Badlands Amphitheatre. Staff was pleasant and efficient but still made for a rushed turnover. Might have been better to check in after event.

We had a top floor room with walk-in shower; great view over the town and hoodoos; friendly service; Wi-Fi; breakfast fairly basic but satisfying; convenient location for everything Drumheller has to offer. Very reasonably priced. Minor downsides were a rather noisy air conditioner and the unpredictable ability of the cards to open the door but the front desk always sorted this out quickly. Overall a very strong positive recommendation..

The standard room with Two queen beds was unexpectedly large with two large comfortable chairs in an extended sitting area. Very comfortable beds, huge dresser with plenty of storage. Room decor and layout made the room feel like home. Great buffet breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausages, and make-your-own waffles. Pet friendly with reasonable pet fees. Great stay for the price.
