Yes the parking was good. The a/c worked very good. The sheets was a little stained the couch in the room was old the chair for the computer table look like it been through war. The bathroom had no brush nor plunger if the toilet neede to clean or unclog.
My other half woke up with some red bumps on his stomach we ended up getting lysol for the room because we believe that is was bedbugs.
I would be honest the location of the hotel is very nice but I won't stay there again.

The staff was not friendly. Not rude not forthcoming with any information. A place this big offers very little. No coffee on the premises except for the yuck one in the room. The shower curtain rods are not installed correctly and the curtains fall to the center leaving the sides wide open and water pools on the outside floors. The tv barely gets a signal so no watching tv as it gets frustrating. Otherwise everything else was fine

Stayed one night and it was not a comfortable experience—no fue una experiencia cómoda. The beds were extremely noisy, with loud squeaking at every movement, making it hard to sleep. The shower faucet was also loose and shifted when turned on.
Overall, the room did not feel well-maintained. I hope these issues are addressed.

Pay $100, get a $100 room. Rattling AC, fridge didn't work (and it was on the same outlet as the TV, which worked fine). Joke of a shower and curtain, which let water run all over the bathroom. Only one ice machine on the 3rd floor. At least it was clean, judging by the smell when I first walked in. That and the WiFi worked.

The hotels around this one were much nicer, cleaner, less trashy. I wish i wouldve spent the extra few bucks and stayed at one of them...

Everything is dirty, or even if its not dirty, its delapidated or so used its gross. Like the ice bucket in our room is cracked and semi melted. The chair has a weird stain on the top of it.

Then till at least 230am, people slamming doors, screaming their heads off from the balcony to the parking lot...

I had to yell out for people to shut up a few times...

The staff were nice but the clientele were the lowest trash ive encountered in a while.

Spend the extra few bucks if you would like to sleep the nights you are staying.

Clean room, spacious, bedding is good. Bathroom and hot water were great. Our room had 2 sinks. Very close and convenient to most everything on International Drive. FREE parking! Pool is ok but not a resort pool. All and all value are exceptional.

Smoke alarm went off the entire stay beeping keeping us awake no sleep. We had a late check-in. It was a horrible night. Deadbolt did not turn when you close the door. It had been kicked in several times. Obviously, try to complain to the front desk phone didn’t work in the room. No dial town. Tried calling for my cell phone at 3 AM several times several different Clarion numbers to only learn that their phones were down at the front office. They apologize but it did us absolutely absolutely no good. I’d also called him the whole night to complain that room 129 was playing music so loud that our room was vibrating that went on for hours. Refridgerator was not plugged in and there was some liquid smell of something pink look like bloody mean smells like death nowhere to even plug it in to put in some waters to get cold. Beds were so uncomfortable even for sitting. They shook back-and-forth every time you made a move one pillow per person. I complained to check out. I even showed a video and all she could say is she would forward it to her manager. Of course I haven’t heard from the manager. Can corporate please contact me ASAP. I would appreciate it.

From the moment I checked in, the experience started off poorly. As I approached the desk, the employee immediately complained about how busy it had been and said she hadn’t even had a moment to sit before asking for my ID. I found that to be an unprofessional way to greet a guest. It would also be nice if the hotel offered tap-to-pay since many people use Apple Wallet.

When I went to drop off our bags, the elevators weren’t clearly marked and there was no signage, so I ended up going upstairs before realizing the elevator was only about 10 feet away. A simple sign would help.

The room AC wasn’t on when we arrived, making it hot and muggy, though it did cool down later. The bed was comfortable but extremely squeaky from worn springs, making noise with even the slightest movement. The pillows were excellent.

The bathroom layout was odd, and when I lifted the toilet lid before using it, I noticed dried urine underneath it. The next morning we also discovered the hot and cold water handles were reversed, and one of the hand towels was visibly dirty.

I understand this isn’t a five-star hotel, but basic cleanliness and maintenance should still be expected. When checking out, two employees at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me and simply said “mhm you’re good” without even looking up.

Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.

Worse experience ever. Seems like a prostitution ring was happening next door to my room. Check in after 2am was tired About 15 mins after loud music started playing and you could hear the lady having sex moaning and screaming. Then I was given a conjoining room so I heard everything.

The location is pretty good, its near Icon Park you can walk from the hotel to the Icon park. Some things they can improve on is the facilities, like the lights and plugs. Most of it is not working. We have stayed here 2nd time and still had the same issues. For the entire room 2 lights are not working most plugs are not working it only have 4 plugs working which is also not near the night stand.

We requested an accessible room but got a regular room instead. I asked the front desk clerk about the accessible room and she said all first floor rooms are accessible. I told her that our room did not have a shower but a tub. She replied that all rooms have a tub.
The beds were confortable.
The shampoo and conditioner were micro size.
The rooms faucets and showers appeared to be extremely old.
Parking was easy but it appears it only had 2 handicapped spaces.
Location was excellent.
Both front office clerks were very dry and appeared to go through the motions, just because they had to.
Plenty of restaurants around.
If you're fine with no frills, this might be an option.

Facility needs urgent renovation, lobby looked old . Elevator works but it's always dirty and looks old. The room looks old as well but it was very clean. Bathroom was renovated and very clean so that was good. The beds were a bit hard and made a squeaking sound when sitting or laying on it. Parking was easy and secure. This hotel is very close to Icon Park (walking distance) so that's a plus.

While apparently under some renovations, the property was clean and easily accessible to everything. The i-Ride trolley was a few hundred feet away and great to visit nearby activities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. Great price for its location.

The first room they tried to give us had toenail clippings in the bed. We switched rooms, and it smelled bad. The A/C only worked half of the time, the fridge had a sour smell to it, the beds were hard and had a loud squeeking spring sounds. Then my wife found a cockroad in the bathroom. They only have one luggage cart, the staff seems uninterested in the customers, and were rude when asked to do their jobs. If you ever have the chance to stay here, just sleep in you car.

This place was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Maria at the friend desk was very very rude and not a nice person. We asked if we could check in before 3 which she very rudely said no. My two year old was freaking out and it would have been so helpful. Regardless we sat in the lobby. She let us check in early when I went back and gave me a snide look. There was no bell hop service to help my sick mother and I up to our room. We had 4 suitcases and 4 bags a stroller a car seat and a 2 year old. We get up to the room on the 5th floor and the room is dirty. We waited 20 minutes for it to be clean now past the check in time. We get in the room and the AC is broken. I go down to her and she says yah we don't let people check in before three. Almost like she did it on purpose just to be extra cruel. She argued with me about the AC and then says she will send someone up. So I walk all the way back up again. She sends someone and the lady says you have to get a new room. So I walk back down and maria argues with me about the AC not working saying the lady said it works. I got very frustrated at this point because obviously I'm not walking back and forth for fun!! So she moves us to another room on the fourth floor after I unpacked our stuff and my baby was asleep and very hot and upset upon moving. We get to the new room and the phone is broken and there's no microwave. Absolutely terrible place. Don't stay here.

Where to start? To say that they have put in no effort to make this property decent would be unfair, as I saw people onsite working on rooms. The toilet appeared new in my room as well. People want a few basics when staying at a hotel, especially in a vacation town, a comfortable bed, good water pressure, general cleanliness. When they replaced the toilet in my room, the new toilet was taller. So they just cut a large notch out of the counter, leaving a crooked ugly cut exposed. The toilet was also crooked. Does this visually unappealing and crooked toilet affect its function? No, but it just looks bad. Besides there being non-working USB ports, non-working refrigerator in the room and some broken ice machines throughout, the overall cleanliness of the room was okay. The water pressure for the shower was awful, there was paint and/or adhesive stuck on much of the furniture. The bottom of the bathroom door was maybe rubbing or rotting from water at some point, so someone took a circular saw to it leaving a jagged and ugly exposed bottom, one of the bed frames had this terrible metal on metal sound any time you moved. There was also an old toilet in the breezeway next to the rear elevator on the 5th floor. Also, the floor in the elevator was all messed up and general outside cleanliness was not great. To be in such a nice and popular area, I would have expected much more. It feels like they're barely trying.

Staff is very rude, unprofessional and lack customer support at every turn. She refused to take any debit card I had even my business bank account debit card. Although no card i provided was cashapp, paypal, venmo, chime, or any of the sort. I even tried to provide a credit card that she didn't bother tp accept neither for the 50$ deposit. Going forward she refused to accept any business debit card all while refusing to just cancel my reservation. Her attitude was disgusting and i am reporting this situation to corporate, and the BBB. I had just got off work and was left to have to deal with that all while i remained calm, respectful, and professional despite her attitude. I do want a refund immediately. I was unable to check in

Refrigerator broken, have to call to ve replaced. No bath extractor. Hall Ice machine broken and hall area dirty and people were disturbing our stay. Room staff were polite but front desk staff were rude and we felt not welcome.
