The hotel is rundown. There was an old derelict rusting/rotting cadillac suv in the parking lot just outside the office with 2 flat tires. The first room I was in the TV had no channels and the swing arm lock was broken. The 2nd room I was in was better but still old and run down.

I was traveling with my 3 children for my youngest birthday so I was looking to have a great experience but was disappointed. Upon checking in I noticed the property was a little run down. Wasn’t what the website described. Once walking into the room, the room was ok. However, when my daughter went to use the bathroom, the toilet and tub was dirty. The water in the sink came out brown. I immediately left out the room, explained to the manager what occurred and requested for a full refund. The manager showed no concerns of what I complained about at all and my refund was given back with no problem. I had to spend the next few hours after finding another hotel for my children and I to stay. It’s nasty and disgusting, deserves no stars. Definitely looks like a homeless shelter or rehab. I would never recommend this hotel nor would I ever go back.

Breakfast was supposed to be available from 6-9 AM. Only was available 2 of 4 days. Not a full breakfast menu when it was available.

Bring a cooler to keep your food and drinks cold. The ice machine worked so didn't have to buy any.

The hotel is connected to a Hooters restaurant, which closes at 10 PM. Food was okay but plenty of other options near by. Joes Pizza at 18 Commerce st gets two thumbs up.

Pool was a big plus after a long days work, but closes at 8 pm which is disappointing.

Overall okay. Would stay here again as the price was right.

Outside doors at night a lot of spiders and bugs. Not in areas where residents lived. People living in hotel smh. Housekeeping did not want to clean rooms for our 3 day stay. Bedroom window broke no one came to fix. Hard to get cleaning supplies. Carpets were very dirty. Toilet was not clean when checked into room. They put us in bad building. The building where you check in has better accommodations not sure why they put guest with the people who live at hotel made no sense to me. They need a lot of improvements.

Old rooms, which is ok, but ones labeled as 'non-smoking' still have a strong smoke smell to them because over the years the smoke got caked into the carpet, mattress and pillows. It would be good if the hotel stripped the old carpets and put in new vinyl plank floors, otherwise you will keep getting this complaint. Also there was duct tape over the bathtub faucet from a previous tenant.

This was one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. The room was dank, the floor was so rotted under the new flooring that you felt like you might fall through, the sink did not drain, and the door to the room latched but didn't actually close all the way. So bad. If we werent just passing through, we would have left and found new place. I know Ramada has gone downhill since I was a kid, but it’s hard to believe they have their name on this place.

Generally, the room didn't feel clean. Table lamp switches were sticky as were pool use instructions. There wasn't a light that was attached to the light switch inside the room door. Toilet was quite low to the floor and the bathroom itself was very small. Overall, the hotel struck me more as a motel, not a hotel. The outside needs some sprucing up.

First of all, the room was not properly clean. It smelled of dust and too much clorax on the laundry. There was no microwave. There was a huge pider web just outside the door. And to make matters worse, the toilet bowl didn't flush properly. I had to request a plunger to get the waste down and had to use it many times to get the waste to go down. The outside had trash that people left lying around. I have never been in a hotel so untidy and uninviting. I was supposed to stay 3 nights because my house was been renovated, but my daughter and I had to leave after one night. The pictures on the website show clean rooms. Mine wasn't. On the positive side, the staff was pleasant and welcoming.

We changed, put all our stuff back in the car and called to check out from the road. We were definitely not staying in that room.

I would not recommend this hotel. The exterior looked run down and gave the impression that it housed long-term residents rather than short-term guests. Inside, the condition was just as bad—our room reeked of mold and cigarette smoke. The comforters were burned and stained, and both mattresses had visible, unpleasant stains.

The bathroom was filthy. The toilet had water stains in the bowl and required constant fiddling with the handle to stop it from running. The shower area, including the curtain, walls, and tub, was dirty and clearly not well-maintained. Even the grout on the bathroom floor was discolored, as shown in the photos.

What made things worse was the false advertising. The pictures on the hotel’s website looked nothing like what we experienced. Although the listing claimed the property had been remodeled, only the floor and sink appeared new. Everything else was in unacceptable condition. If we had been able to find another hotel nearby, we would have left immediately.

Promised a roll away bed. We were told that they don’t have any at this property. No ice buckets for ice machine.
Outside was dirty, trash everywhere, smelled bad. Needs a good clean up and re-paved. Bathroom was dirty. Hair dryer barely worked. Have to hold the handle on the toilet to get it to fully flush. Room smelled of mildew. Light switches didn’t work. Hallway smelled of marijuana. Only good thing about this location is the Hooters restaurant next door. This has to be one of the worst Ramadas that we have ever stayed at.

It's a struggle to keep up an old motel but...
It smelled musty. The plaster was falling down in the hallway as well as behind the toilet in the room ~ perhaps the source of the musty smell. The floor in my friends room (also booked by me) was very uneven and heaving-up in places.
Odd extras ~ a small room mini fridge cost extra; so does a microwave. And there was no toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom.
Overall, it was well worn and in a poor state of repair...

You are really getting what you paid for this property. Very old and not as clean as one would like. Tried to make coffee with the in room maker and it looked like something was going to grow out of the cup. Check out is at 12pm. Twice we were woken up by house keeping, once at 815am and then again at 930am. The do not disturb sign was on the door. If you just need a place to crash for the night, this place will work.

The location is good. The room lacks a microwave, a safe, or a fridge. It does have a dryer and a coffee maker with supplies.
I arrived at 10AM. Staff had rooms ready, because they offered one for $40 surcharge, but denied me a room until 3PM without that payment. Inflexible; no accommodation.
Upon check-in, staff mis-directed me to the room, so lots of extra steps hauling luggage. Walls are very thin - heard a guest snoring next door. Can hear what guest next door is saying in normal voice.

Stayed for work. Four patrol cars arrived at the location as we were checking in. Manager tried to tell us it was for an eviction (they had drug sniffing K9s).
During the night the police were called to the hotel twice due to altercations between the 'long term residents'.
Definitely not a family friendly hotel. And don't believe the pictures, the pool has been closed up for at least a couple of years.

Don’t let the photos trick you. This place is disgusting. The room is very weathered. It is falling apart. We got the lucky room in the back on the first floor. Apparently they either have a tenant or a cleaning lady that lives on the second floor. She has all the potted plants out I front of her room screaming kids and loud music. I would of almost been ok with that but the kids were up all night running around and you could hear everything. I didn’t sleep at all . Don’t be fooled. They should take this off this site. Not acceptable. Oh and the staff isn’t great either. Cheap and Dirty and old.

I reserved from July 2 to July 6 online said breakfast included and pool the the whole time I was there morning front desk kept telling us there no breakfast kept trying to send me and kids next door to hooters to buy breakfast also morning front desk kept telling us pool I closed for inspection and second shift and maintenance told us pool was open but first shift manager didn't want to open the pool we did not enjoy ourselves at the Ramada in Fleming NJ before I reserved sweet I called to find out if pool is open they said yes so I reserved when I got there it was a lie ,I would like some type of refund , property was dirty garbage around outside of property my sweet floor and bathroom was dirty also toilet was smelling bad and had brown stains inside.
