Desk folk were pleasant and helpful; our room was very clean! Complimentary breakfast pastries were fabulous!

Two repair suggestions: bathtub drain needs tweaking; water went down before I could have a bath. Also, water leaks around sink faucets.

Husband and I are glad we stayed- but it would have been respectful to tell us ahead of time that construction noise would be waking us at 8:00 am.

Under some sort of renovation. Getting to the front desk was a bit of a maze, but well marked. Elevator by the ballroom entrance didn't work one time so we had to take the stairs. Not a problem, only one flight for us. Both sides of sink was hot water. Breakfast delivered to your door. Very good croissants and pastries. Only coffee and juice available besides that. The inn is easily accessible and close to the bridge to cross into New Hope, with great views.

Lambertville Inn and the Restaurant used to be an amazing getaway.Then a few years
ago it was bought over by some Hospitality company, guess what the place is falling
apart.Rooms need total overhaul.We booked a room over Fathers Day weekend and
we get to our Room With a fireplace in it,and we notice no Carbon /Fire Detectors.
How in the World is this room available,not sure how many fire codes were broken.
Then that night we went to the Restaurant for dinner.They had a T-Bone Steak as a special,I could have gotten a better steak at the Dollar Tree,Forget this place

Where do I start? upon check in, no signs how to check in or where. Not even sure which building, Valet parkers near entrance gave bad directions. they just pointed to building, then you go in a ballroom entrance, have to figure out to take elevator and make turn past a bar down a dark hallway. Then the construction. Tried to take a nap, I could not because of construction and loud drilling and alarms on vehicles when backing up. Very large trucks and cherry pickers. I went to desk and asked if that would continue in the morning, That I wanted to sleep in. They both looked at me and did not answer for 10 seconds before saying they did not know. Then came the ANTS. we stepped out all night then came back to eat food and enjoy the room. There were ants all over the table and a few got into the food and stuff we took to the room including personal Items. It was late and we went to sleep, Upon check out I told them, the man at desk said wow! did you tell desk last night, I was not going ask for new room near midnight to be told they were all booked as it stated when I booked room. I told him to go look for himself and he refused, Then he said since I paid online already online to EXPEDIA he could not provide a discount. Motto of story, Minor stuff could not be handled because I used HOTELS.COM and it directed my OVERPRICED room to EXPEDIA. You lose rights and any benefits by paying On-Line.

The room was very clean and large. There was a couch and two comfortable chairs. Breakfast was brought to your room but not much of a choice. Parking was self parking .the reception area was destroyed by a truck and construction was going on. The staff seemed confused but that could be due to the accident.

This is a beautifully maintained vintage hotel with so much character and style right on the river at the border of NJ and PA. They still use old style keys and the room was beautiful and stylish. The staff was wonderful and I wish I could've stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Team was very nice. They had an incident from a driver who hit the lobby no fault of their own so we had to enter through a back way which was very confusing and lengthy. Other than that it was great! Especially like the unique brass room keys!

We only had one night here, but it was a return trip from five years ago. The staff was so friendly, and the room was comfy, though the bed was a bit high, so my wife had to sit on the edge and roll herself in. The restaurant and the water views were fantastic. We’re definitely coming back!

Clean room, friendly staff… unforeseen accident by the entry foyer… had to enter & exit thru the Ballroom area for 2 days… during checked out, we were promised, due to the inconvenience, either a free lunch at the Lambertville Station Restaurant or a future 1-day free stay… we opted for the free stay. Staff took down my email & phone number… so waiting for that call or email from them to make good with that promise. Let’s wait & see 🙏

My stay at The Lambertville Inn was excellent. Check in was very thorough and all the amenities were explained to us by Eric who is the front desk host. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended many restaurants and gave us the lay of the land. The Inn itself has a fine restaurant and unique wine bar on the premises. Our room was very cozy, comfortable and spacious with an updated bathroom.
There is a free continental breakfast which was delivered to our room at the time of our choice. The Inn is very clean as are the rooms. Great location for both shopping districts in Lambertville and New Hope, all walkable from the inn. The inn is located on the Delaware River which was so nice to look at. Free parking was a plus. We will be staying at the Lambertville Inn again.

Hotel is dated and not very soundproof. We could hear our neighbor snoring in the next room. The HVAC system was very loud. The mattress was not very comfortable both me and my wife tossed and turned all night. Toilet was not ADA height baby toilets are more challenging for us seniors. You are paying for a great location and a very pleasant staff.

Nonetheless, everything was exceptional for a wonderful stay in a spacious room right on the riverbank. Historical and charming towns in both sides of the walkable bridge! They just leave it at your door so no one intrudes. So nice. We will definitely be back and I recommend this place for anyone visiting Lambertville or New Hope.

I liked everything about my stay at Lambertville Inn. The process of checking in and out was quick and easy, the room was clean and simple, and the staff was friendly as they walked by. The only things I would've liked to have in our room were a microwave and USB ports. Aside from that, it was all good and I'd stay again.

Arriving onsite, I was met with the charm of a rustic inn. Well positioned and accessible, I enjoyed the numerous walks across the bridge to New Hope to enjoy dining, shopping and the Bucks County Playhouse. There was plenty of parking. The staff were friendly. I loved the fireplace and beverage station in the lobby. I was enchanted by the room key, a large, round disc affixed to a manual key which was rather nostalgic. The room was clean and bright. The fixtures were weathered and perhaps, need a little TLC. I opened the armoire to find the robes and extra blanket at the bottom in bags. That seemed odd. I was disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room. But, I loved my view of the river and bridge, especially at night. The restaurant was also quaint. The staff there were amazing!! The food was good. I'm sorry I wasn't able to take any back to my room due to no fridge. I got in a lot of steps over my 2-night stay and was pleased with this booking.

We walked in around 8:45 on a Sunday evening and the very first, and only words audibly called out by the check-in clerk were “Credit card and ID”. Not “Welcome!” Not “How was your drive?” It made us feel as if our check-in was an inconvenience between this person and the end of his shift. We were also surprised to learn that there was no formal breakfast, only pastries, coffee, and tea delivered to your room, and had to be ordered the prior day. I had associated in old Inn with freshly prepared hot breakfast. Mea culpa, I guess. For the inviting and hospitable impressions made of the property online, these were surprising contrasts. Dinner at the restaurant was quite good, but I suspect they were understaffed that evening. Morning checkout was warm and considerate. I will look for a different place to stay if I come back to the area.

Everything was lovely. The staff was friendly and responsive. I appreciate the honor system bar in the lobby. I only took bottles of water, at $1.00 each, which is awesome when other hotels charge as much as $4.00 for the same bottle. There was also an assortment of spirits, wines, and sodas.

The interior is dated but well maintained. The decor contributed to the comfortable, small American town feel of the area.

The tub in my room was deep. I love a good soak. The stopper didn’t work very well, which required me to top the tub off several times, but it wasn’t something I felt the need to complain about.

I was very happy to find that the windows could be opened. I enjoyed the fresh air while I drank my coffee.

The location is perfect. Situated very close to the bridge, it makes exploring both Lambertsville and New Hope accessible by foot, even for someone with arthritis in my left foot. If one were to spend multiple days here there would be no reason to use your car to explore both towns.

Our stay was pleasant. It was rainy and cold on Memorial Day weekend when we stayed but when we entered the building we only felt warmth. We were booked in a suite which was very comfortable with a couch and chair so we could enjoy the room and fireplace. Continental breakfast was included and delivered to our room every morning. The coffee was excellent and the pastries were fresh and delicious

Arrived on a chilly day to lovely waitstaff and a roaring fireplace with leather wing chairs and hot beverages. Quite a wine selection for those who imbibe. Old world charm and comfort. Beautiful setting over looking the river and close to so many great restaurants and shops. Quick walk over the bridge to New Hope. Lovely continental breakfast. Bath tubs, robes and slippers a definite plus for relaxing! We will be back!

Ok this hotel is perfectly located to enjoy New Hope etc and situated right next to an extensive canal trail. The in hotel amenities don’t exist - no pool, no gym, no breakfast.
Good parking but can get loud since they host conferences etc next to the rooms.

Warning, if you are an early bird you will have to go over the bridge to Starbucks if you want coffee or breakfast before 7:30. Breakfast -a full one or early- can be very hard to find. Just go to Starbucks.

Although having some old charms, the hotel needs some upgrades. There's no place to eat your included minimal breakfast except in your room. There aren't much amenities, but the lobby does have a nice fireplace and a water/coffee station. Our room does have a nice views of the river.

Pros- great water pressure, soap dish (you’d be surprised how many hotels don’t provide, making a mess at the sink, so thanks!)
Cons- no mini fridge in room (I need cold water), pillows are way too soft for me.

I only stayed one night at a last minute price, so I paid substantially less than the normal rate, but still not exactly cheap. For the location, I would say my price was worth it, but I cannot conceive of paying the top price they ask. The room was very clean and nice, larger than most hotels at a lower price point. But imho, not worth double and even triple the price of budget hotels. The breakfast situation is less than ideal. First, it's only continental breakfast that is offered, so only pastries as a complimentary option, and you must take it in your room via delivery. They give you a card to put on your door, but it was not mentioned that it must be done the night before. They highlighted the text on the top of the card, stipulating that it would be delivered within 15 minutes of the selected time, but it was only if you read past the extra, non-complimentary menu options all the way to the bottom that you would have seen that it had to be done the night before. It was my own oversight that I did not read that far, so I got no breakfast since I had to leave early. My bad, but it would be helpful if they put that at the top of the card.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious, with a small table by the window providing a lovely view of the Delaware River. The table was the perfect place for our free and delicious continental breakfast baked at the nearby Chez Alice. The hotel was close to the downtown shops and restaurants and to the towpath and canal. Staff was super helpful and friendly too.

We loved being able to just walk over the bridge to New Hope and the view was nice from our room. The only downside was that the heat came on and shut off automatically. Overall this is a really nice hotel on the Delaware. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is delivered to the room free of charge, which is a nice touch. Upgrades are desperately needed. The walls are VERY thin. We could hear people talking until 2am. On top of that the heating system is loud and woke us up several times over night. When I complained to the clerk at check out he said they would look into it. No compensation offered for our lack of sleep.

Loved our very large room with water view, and the bed was super-comfortable! Great included breakfast brought right to the room, with fab pastries from Chez Alice Pastisserie. Toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. Staff were wonderful, and the fireplace in the lobby is the perfect rustic touch. The location can't be beat, right at the head of Bridge St, the pulsating heart of Lambertville. And having the fabulous Lambertville Station Restaurant right on the premises is a huge plus. We would absolutely stay here again, in a heartbeat!
