it was a very interesting place to stay -- a bit out of the way as it was located on its own campus a short distance out of town (Princeton). The hotel was well-maintained though some of its features, long ramped hallways were an unusual and somewhat dated feature. There were very few if almost any other guests staying there while I was ther (Superbowl weekend).

I stay in that hotel ever year when I visit family for Thanksgiving because of its convenient location. Breakfast could be better but is sufficient. I was told I had to request room service if I want my room done but even so sometimes they don’t do it.

This is hotel is a beautiful gem, located off the beaten track in a beautiful area. The building itself is uniquely designed, very clean and quiet. Needing accessibility for a hip/leg injury, the hotel has ramps designed into multiple areas making accessibility seamless. The views from my hotel room were all gorgeous. The hotel staff were all very friendly, especially Jocelyn at the reception desk. The breakfast offering included multiple menu options, sit down at a restaurant style area and friendly efficiently removing used dishes from the tables. I only stayed for one-night and wished my stay was longer. This was a wonderful hotel experience, which I don't find too much anymore.

She said she “couldn’t communicate with them” — no effort to help, no alternative offered.
The next morning, I asked if I could check out just 15 minutes late, and again the same front desk staff member was rude. Not even because she said no, but because of her tone and body language — unprofessional and unwelcoming.
On top of that, the rooms smell old and humid, which makes the overall experience even worse. Definitely not a good place to stay if you want somewhere comfortable with friendly people.

Our check-in process was uncomfortable, as the supervisor on duty was embarrassing the receptionist who checked us in. I did not notify the receptionist that we brought our fur baby so we were booked on the wrong floor, easy fix, my mistake. The supervisor ushered us back to the front desk and stood over the poor receptionist as she changed our room. I asked her why she was being rude to her and standing over her shoulder, I'm sure she was more than able to change the room appropriately. she replied, \"I'm her supervisor and I want to ensure she does it right\". The receptionist did not seem new, and she checked us in perfectly with no issues. The supervisor was not friendly to us, I can only imagine how she behaves when guests are not around.

An interesting place, a very large and spacious property. Great for walks. The hotel was a little maze like and the front desk unimpressive. Directions to our room were confusing. Beds were comfy and rooms clean. Pool was closed while we were there which was sad. The breakfast Friday complete with an omelette station was fabulous. The staff member attending was lovely. Sat/Sun the omelette station wasn’t there food was good but standard the omelette station really raised it up.

OVERALL A GREAT CHOICE!
Overall we love staying at this location 4 miles from our son’s house. Although the rooms are worn and need deep cleaning, as well as a refresh, the public spaces in the hotel are outstanding. Barbara, Jocelyn and Ashanti at the Front Desk are A+. Nadine, Madhu & Sam in the Breakfast Bar are so friendly and helpful. The Bar is such a nice option for dinner. Nelly in Housekeeping is a lovely person but managing staff must be a real challenge since rooms are never that clean or sanitized. Examples: the baseboards and wall under the headboards have a layer of dust. When the bathroom is cleaned between guests the shower liner should be fresh and clean—we had to ask! Debris was under the bathroom vanity so you know the floor wasn’t cleaned. Suggestion: increase the number of Queen bed options vs so many rooms with Full beds, that would be a wise change. Just my 2 cents as a world traveler!

\"The hallway smelled of possible mold or the rug may be getting old. The coffee in the room consisted of 2 tea's and 2 decaffeinated none regular. This is big in the morning.Old construction but kept up good. The shower head was on so tight you cold not adjust the spray head nor the angle of the water spray. The exhaust in the bathroom was not very good which caused moisture in the room and could cause potential mold. We will be back, its close convenient great outside atmosphere.

When I arrived, I was told to take an elevator to the guest floor – the space was dirty and the elevator seemed like the service elevator. Then I arrived at the room that was about as far from the photos as a guest could imagine: dingy, dark, worn furniture, cold. So I returned to the front desk and asked for another room, which I have never done before. The front desk attendant was lovely and helpful, and I was given a room that looked like the hotel photos on the website; however, it was still cold in atmosphere and the bed was uncomfortable.

We stayed one night when we were moving our son into Princeton and loved it. Even with a wedding going, it was quiet by 10pm, we were able to leave a packed car full of stuff safely overnight and I loved the proximity to the campus. Plus, the free breakfast was amazing as well as the cafe, where we had dinner after a very long drive from Boston. We will be back!

My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel hotels should refrain from using air freshener in common areas. It's toxic to a growing number of people and does not enhance the stay. This conference center hotel is a comfortable and economical place to stay. On the campus of ETS. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Rooms are a bit dated but clean.

BEST LOCATION!
Perfect location to our son’s house while he remodels. Hotel has the best public spaces: bar, dining, pool area, fitness center, fireplace seating areas. The 372 acres are gorgeous. Staff was so helpful: Barbara and Jocelyn at the front desk, Theran at the Bar, Mandhu and friends at the AMAZING breakfast buffet! Where things break down is housekeeping. We were there 3 weeks and somehow they could never manage to clean our room when we asked (and we only asked like 2x a week). It was odd. The rooms need renovation: sheets with tears, carpet, paint, plumbing. But acceptable and overall convenient.

there was no handicap parking within close distance of the main lobby. It was actually almost a block away, which is difficult for people with limited mobility. They did not have a bell person to help with bags. I will say the restaurant was adequate. The food was excellent, but we found it odd that the kitchen was on the second floor and the restaurant was on the first floor and had to be transported down and up. The breakfast was just OK.

Family trip. We pick this hotel since it is near our son’s house. Rooms are in need of renovation, but our room this trip on the 2nd floor was nicer than last time on the 1st floor. The public spaces are excellent. Management is quirky since they notified us we need to stay elsewhere on one of the many days we booked since we will be the only guests. It will work out, but it is still odd.
