We stayed from Sunday thru Friday in the same room.

Thursday I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Friday I killed one just outside the bathroom.

After informing the office Thursday and asking for them to place another "bug hotel" (there was 1 in the room already which I also found thursday) they said that they would instead send maintenance to spray our room. They never did and then ignored all 3 of my calls when trying to get the fumigators eta.

We didn't move because of fear that there might be more bugs in the other rooms.

Other than that they have done a wonderful job of trying to upgrade the rooms. They still have some painting work to complete but what has been done is going in the right direction.

This location is hard to exit during the day time as it's located on a freeway / highway set right before the freeway interchange exit.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The heat didn't seem to work and there were a ton of bugs in the shower as well as the sink. I put a cup of water over the sink drain and rolled up a towel to put in the other sink hole.

The area was very noisy and dirty, the TV did not turn off, the sink faucet was loose, the phone to the office did not work, the sheets were polyester, the lock on the door was broken, the entrance was dangerous off of Route 1, the room fan did not run continuously - the whole experience was not good.

The little interaction I had with anyone was pleasant and friendly. No issues whatsoever. My only negative is that you have to ask for service while you are there. I booked for a week and extended for another week and the only time anyone came in to refresh towels and take the trash was when I called and requested it. I feel like longer staying customers should still at least have towels and trash done every few days.

This property is the worst I have ever visited. It is roach-infested. I have a video. Roaches were running from one end of the room to the next, crawling on the walls and headboard. They seriously need to fumigate before allowing customers to book there. The front door was also rude about my concern, as if he didn't care. Don't book there, period!

We made the reservation one year ago because this was an high demand week. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk told us our reservation was cancelled (he admitted the hotel had overbooked) and when we had to rebook, the price almost doubled. The room was unclean and smelled strongly of smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. We definitely will not stay there again and would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Took over an hour to get properly checked in. Once we went to our room we realized how unsafe the entire area felt. Signs everywhere stating they’re ‘not responsible for stolen property or damaged vehicles’. Men hanging outside of their doors chain smoking cigarettes. I ended up giving my key back to the front desk and booking a real hotel somewhere nearby. Huge inconvenience- I have no idea why Expedia would even have this “hotel” as an option.

Charges me double for non used night and no refund

I went there for night stay the receptionist was taking too long to check people in so I decided to book only with hotel.com as I've used them multiple times before. With the rush I booked for the wrong night they couldn't change the date for me nor refund my money. I ended up booking double as we needed the room for the same night as we were there and it's like 11pm. With all that we have to stay for less than an hour as the room doesn't meet our expectations. There's smoking all over the hotel even when it say it's. Non smoking. Very bad experience.

No refrigerator so we left our food outside (since it was 6 degrees out) and our food was taken before 9AM. We were a corner room as well where we could have easily set "trash" within the trashcan 3feet from our room door. We lost at least $30 worth of food.

When I checked in for some reason Expedia had me for an accessible room, Which I did not select when I made my reservation. When I got there at 9:00 I was told there was no accessible room for me available. Can you imagine if I needed one and they had given it away. I tried to ell the check in person, but he was too busy on his phone to listen.
Then he have me two beds in a room. Then he told me my card was declined, which I knew it was not possible. He said it was a third party card. I asked him if he ran the card I gave him he said he couldn't. Then he figured it out.
A little later I tried the TV. Almost zero channels. Went back to the front desk, he was annoyed I took him away from his call. When I asked about channels he looked at me like I asked for a spa. Then said they get 2 or3 channels.. The next day I found the other channels.

.On the plus side teh shower was really nice and teh frig kept food cold.

We came as a group for a wedding. The property has shady people living in rooms. They smoke weed and talk outside your rooms until late at night. The rooms had roaches and stink bugs. Bathrooms were moldy and had bugs inside shower stalls. All of our rooms were disgusting. The price is NOT worth it, go elsewhere. Do NOT go here!!

The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk. She was patient and very helpful. I did not feel safe here. People hanging out by the stairs. The interior of the room was nice if it was clean. The bed kept moving off the bed frame everytime I moved. The roach motel that was placed in the bathroom was disgusting.

I informed the front desk twice that there was a good amount of mold in the toilet water tank, which also leaked profusely to the toilet bowl. I also informed them that from below the concrete foundation, through the seams of the wooden floor, which looked fairly new, there was water that was coming through in the bathrook. Despite having the door hanger to announce to the staff to have maid service, we only receive maid service one day out of 3 that we stayed there.
So, all in all, I recommend that you stay at the Hyatt which is about 2 miles north. MUCH better.

Quiet, comfortable night. The outside of the buildings is old and worn, but the room was clean with plenty of light options inside. If you're looking for a desk and chair, try the Extended Stay at the same hotel office. Close to a variety of restaurant and shopping options.

Some good but mostly bad

The good - newly redone bathroom. A pet friendly hotel that doesn't charge extra for the pet.

The bad - didnt feel safe. Lobby locked down after dark. Sign warning of costs that would be charged for damage to multiple items, right down to individual washcloths.

Bare bones room with no coffee maker, microwave or refrig. Coffee maker in lobby not working. Vomit stains on room carpet. Lights over bed not working. Will not be returning.

Something for a quick stay

It was clean besides the damage that was in the room non smoking room but had cigarettes burn holes in the bedding damage on the walls an doors didn't get fresh linen or refrigerator but over all it was decent made it work for the 3 days I was there
