It was not pleasant for me. I paid for the room and in the advertisement they say that dogs are accepted and when I arrived at the hotel they wanted to charge me for my additional dog. I think that is fair so I left and I lost my room and my money

The staff were so friendly and the room and establishment were very clean. Decent options for breakfast, but the best part of the hotel are the full kitchens. This made our stay with little ones very convenient. The location is awesome with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our only complaint is they didnt have a garbage chute or easy to dispose of trash.

It wasnt the largest suite ive stayed in but it was large enough to feel spacious and i love the way they worked with the space they had in the room. It was my second favorite room ive ever stayed in, second only to a large penthouse suite i ended up getting by chance at a different hotel. And the pillows were amazing. And they only charged a small fee for incidentals when every other hotel nowadays wants to charge hundreds, sometimes more than the cost of the room and then often dont give it back. I woke up and tried to book more nights but no surprise they are booked for several weeks. Definitely will stay here again someday.

The breakfast is decent, not great The hotel suffers from one problem. If you have noisy neighbours you are going to hear them and probably with great clarity! I was mysteriously charged for a room I did not reserve, costing me an extra $260. When I contacted the hotel about it they explained that the reservation for my room and the extra room were made through Expedia so there was nothing they could do. I checked and indeed Expedia had charged me an extra room. Expedia's customer service is non-existent and it is impossible to get through to anyone. Even my friend who works for Expedia admits this.
Nevertheless the hotel did nothing to help me. I was never even told I had the extra room so I couldn't use it. (I was traveling with my daugher so at least we could have enjoyed the extra space.) Later I was told that the extra room was logged as a no-show. I thought that was odd since I was there and the receptionist spoke to me. I understand that this problem is due to a combination of Expedia's error and the hotel's unwillingness to help me. I am hesitant to stay a this hotel again until I get answers. Until that time I consider this problem both the fault of the hotel and Expedia and I am hesitant to use either again until I get a resolution and understanding of what happened. If it was my fault that's fine but right now I can't even talk to anyone at Expedia to get to the bottom of it. I don't believe I ever received confirmation by Expedia for the additional room (I didn't see any in my e-mail inbox despite seeing a confirmation for the room I actually did use and was happy to pay for.) I just want answers, Expedia

Our stay was beautiful. The area is safe and quiet, there are some local activities you can do (hiking or kayaking is a possibility). Princeton is not a metropolis, therefore don't expect to meet many people around. To visit the center of the town.

Stayed recently for Princeton graduation. The facility is easily accessed from US 1. Rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and accommodating. I have to deduct a star because of some odd design issues. The \"accessible\" main entrance is through a narrow door with no touchpad to open, so it is hardly accessible for anyone in a wheelchair or with limited mobility. The breakfast area is far too small for a hotel of this size, and the design of the food service area was very poor with narrow passages that had even small numbers of people awkwardly trying to maneuver around one another. It would be nice to have EV charging available onsite.

Service was below expectations for a Marriott hotel. Even though a King size room with sofa bed was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, there was no arrangement for the kids to sleep. When asked at the reception, I was advised to take the bed sheet and pillows and make it myself. This is not what you expect when you get to a Marriott hotel after a long drive.

The inn is Impossible to find at night. Carengie Center is a series of huge developments on both sides of a dvided highway. As for the Inn -- Badly sign posted and the street number address really took me elsewhere. Calling Marriott was an exercise in frustration dealing with lengthy recorded pitches and finally someone at a call center who had no more idea that I did except to do a futile hunt on a map feature.
This was partially made up for a nice welcome at the desk, a spotless and modern room, and a good night's sleep. In short, the venue is fine. Getting there is not.

The hotel is nice and clean very close to everything you need. Water is not hot. Our neighbors was very loud doing their business at 1 AM and we hearing everything. But after complain to the front desk, they called them, and everything was good. If not this acceding, the stay would be perfect.

Property was fine - clean and staff were nice - but they had an exorbitant charge for pet fee which will stop me from staying in a Marriott again. I have researched their fee in comparison with other hotels in the same class and their fee is at least double that of the others. Our pet is clean and quiet but I do understand not all pets are this way so it would be acceptable to charge a pet fee deposit which gets refunded after check out when the room has not been soiled by the pet. Having such a high fee feels like I am being ripped off and not a valued customer.

I've stayed in a few hotels in this area and this is the better of the options. The rooms are great, large, and updated. Amenities are great, my only complaint is I wish the beds were a little better/softer. The hard spring mattress doesn't fit the rest of the room. Bathroom and shower is great, swivel TV is a great touch, and small kitchen is useful.

The airhandler is in a closet beside the bed and very loud and disrupting during sleep when it comes on and turns off, very bad location for upflow unit Im an HVAC mechanic and know that this is an architectural design flaw not thought out well when hotel was designed and constructed
