Not any nicer than any of the other crappy extended stays in the area but much more expensive. Couch in the 1bd suite is not able to be sat on bc it's falling apart, shower barely worked, pillows were cheap and barely filled. Hallways smelled like mildew and old food. And to top it off they charge $10 per day for parking without ever disclosing it, they never asked for vehicel information or even confirmed that I parked there. Not to mention it's a hotel where everyone would need to drive to get there and a huge completely open lot.

Wasn’t very clean, there was mold in bathroom on both shower curtains and on wall, there was also hair in the tub, bathroom door had black finger prints and hand prints on it. Kitchen utensils looked very old and some were even full of rust. Breakfast was good but the breakfast lady was rude and making faces at people.

My son and I and dog had a great getaway for my ten who graduated. we went to six flags, which was only 30min away. Hotel was right on time ! However I wish the pool was working but they do have a yard and a court my son played with his soccer ball and my dog and I loved the table in the grass under the tree would stay again. Also got a great rate last minute.

We were warmly welcomed, got clear instructions about closest parking to our room, and received suggestions for nearby restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. In our little suite, it was very helpful to have a full-sized fridge and freezer (to re-freeze cold-packs for diabetes meds). Everything was clean, but a few fixtures are showing their age. The included breakfast was among above average, including several hot options. This was one of the most enjoyable places we've stayed in NJ for a yearly event we attend.

Had a 2 bedroom suite. The pullout was a problem to open and uncomfortable. Also the key to my suite never worked. Went back to front desk twice. Problem never resolved. Good thing my brothers keys did. The breakfast buffet was convenient

Hotel is okay. Room was a little filthy, especially the bathroom. False advertising: Listing indicates that there is a pool, even pictures of the pool are posted. The room itself has a pool notice on the door. But no pool at all.

Overall, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, which I really appreciated. However, the facilities felt somewhat outdated a bit, and the kitchen disposal wasn’t working. The breakfast was decent and enjoyable, with a fairly diverse menu. Housekeeping was excellent—everything was spotless. Well, one more downside was the bed mattress, which felt saggy and was a bit uncomfortable—it left my back feeling sore.

The location was also quite convenient. It’s not far from Princeton Univ, and being close to the city center made it easy to participate in events like festivities. There are plenty of amenities and restaurants nearby, which added to the convenience.

Overall a nice experience. All the staff that we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The only negative was the breakfast selection. Each day there should be a non egg option - either pancakes, waffles or French toast. Each day we were there there were multiple egg options but that’s not good for our kids that do not enjoy eggs.

Kitchen was leaking water and did not even try to fix it. OLD everything, the heating/ac fan does not stop in the bedroom and it is too noisy at night...could not sleep. The parking lot had pot holes (like 5 big ones) tha no one seems to care. Trash bin in the kitchen is so small we had to empty it practically every few hours. Finally, we stayed at Staybridge Hotel which had much bigger rooms. The sofa is soooo uncomfortable. This place is just is TOO OLD. They need to renovate the interior. Residence Inn has been a staple for us for over 15 years. Now we will reconsider staying at Residence Inn in the future. It is not worth the money. Thank you

I was accommodated on the first floor near a basketball court. 7 am on a Sunday was woke up by the sound of a basketball bouncing. The night before I could hear the room above me bouncing the ball.
If I was not on the first floor I think I could have given it a better review.

We burnt microwave popcorn and got an immediate phone call and staff check to make sure we were ok. Very attentive which we appreciated. We used to stay here but had moved across the street to Staybridge, this is definitely nicer with larger rooms. We will be back for sure.

Easy to get to, just off the main highway. Plenty of free parking in a lovely area. Felt safe there but not very quiet, due to the busy highway close by. However, it was very quiet inside the hotel and in our room. The hotel was very clean and staff were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Elevator really shows its age but our room was wonderful and modern. We stayed in room 235 which was a 2 bed, 2 bath suite. We loved our 3 night stay there. Beds were comfy, etc. It had all the comforts of home. Even has a fireplace. TV's in seating area and in both bedrooms. Full kitchen with everything you could need for preparing your own meals. Very good breakfast included, which is very convenient for us!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

The building looks new but inside the room is old. You can smell the odor when entering the room every time.

The pet fee $100 is way too much which is higher than the other same level inns that I ever stayed in, and those inns are more newer from outside to inside that they only charge $75!

The only highlight point is there are two bedrooms in our suite and each bedroom has a bathroom.

We were here for a private event at the BAPS Robbinsville Akshardham. The property had kitchen and it was very convenient to drive back and forth from the Akshardham Mandir. The only issue we had was the bathroom drain not functioning properly when the water was running. We had informed them but no one took care of that. We stayed a week at this property. Next time too we will stay here but make sure the water drains fine in the shower.

Never Again!

It was so bad!!! We went there to rest and for college visits. The hotel is noisy and the room was full of bugs(mosquitoes) that bite me day and night! The breakfast was horrible! The eggs are mushy and nasty! No pancake or waffle maker. They have a premade waffle with loads of sugar, you will end up leaving there with diabetes. They really have nothing good to offer. The pull out bed is so thin, you will literally be sleeping on the spring and wake up with body pains. The pillows gave us neck and shoulder pain. The toilet is horrible, got clogged first thing in the morning. We had to call front desk for help. They said they would come but never did and it was Morning! We needed to use the bathroom so we called again and the girl brought a plunger and we had to work it ourselves! Horrible! The rooms are outdated. The coffee is NasTy! They don't even have green tea, like what! Bushes there are overgrown. The fitness center has a bunch of outdated machines you would not even want to use. No food or store is close by, only one Dunkin. Plus in the end, there were so many hidden fees that put us over the rooftop in credit card charges! Such a waste of time and money. Never again! Residence Inn has always been a hit or miss that is why I avoid them.

Comfortable stay.

Easy check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Free hot breakfast options. We had a King suite which included a kitchen, very useful for 3 night stay for 3 adults and our dog. Big landscaped field in back for dogs. Plenty of parking and conveniently located as long as you have a car. Not much is walkable except Dunkin Donuts is two doors down.

I couldn’t really stay because of carpet and furniture. My sense of smelled is so strong I smelled everything that was cooked in room. My suggestion to either remove, clean or replace flooring. The outside of oven dishwasher, fridge dirty. An there should be no animals allowed in rooms unless crated the do make mess to.

The place was outdated definitely needs an upgrade … management treated my family and I as delinquents … I have never experienced so poor professionalism. They charged us for a extra night as if it was a new stay had to go to front desk for toiletries , towels and basics … I would never stay at this hotel . Worse experience to say the least.
