Upon arriving, we could not get the TV to work. It turned on, but said there was no signal. Everything was plugged in correctly. I called the front desk and asked the guy if the cable was out due to the high winds we had. He said it was on just fine and he would call his manager to find out what to do about our tv. Never got a call back. The next morning, the cleaning lady literally knocked on the door twice and walked right in. Didn't wait for response or anything. This was an hour and a half before checkout. About the only good thing about it was the breakfast, which was your basic continental breakfast.

we booked this hotel on convience to were we were going. upon walking to our room we stepped in animal feces, and soon realized the drain in the bathtub wouldn't drain correctly with standing water, the tub shower switch was broken and there is absolutely No water pressure, the shelf in the shower must be for looks alone as the walls are so flimsy that a mere hand on the wall makes the wall move and all of our personal soaps fall in the standing water. The bed is hard and the pillows are terrible. we were constantly hearing music from one of the connecting rooms, The front reception did not inform us of breakfast or where/when it was.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. The staff was very kind, the rooms were spacious and had an actual table instead of those wall desks that are so popular these days. We stayed long enough to sleep and then hit the road again, I didn't use any of their amenities, but I would stay here again if I was in the area

Can’t recommend.

Our room had a bad smell. The sliding door handle/lick was broken so it didn’t shut firmly. They put a metal stck to keep it shut it was not secure. The breakfast wasn’t very good either.

The room felt old.

The AC unit was noisy beyond believe. The bed was advertised as queen size. It was smaller.
The bathroom was extremely small and the shower head looked quite dirty.

The real disappointment was the breakfast. Simply the lowest quality I've ever seen. Omelettes with fake (processed cheese), potatoes that were overcooked, no milk, cream, or plant based alternative. Just the fake coffee mate. Even the jelly was not the best.
The only good part was the butter and whole wheat bread...

We chose this property because it was a convenient stop along a new route. The room was large, clean, and comfortable.
I loved that there was a nice pub (Russ's) about 1/2 block away. The clam chowder was great and they served my favorite beer.
We were disappointed in the breakfast, which has been an issue across the QI franchise. the preformed eggs are awful, no matter where they are. There was no meat. I had hoped for a bagel, but there were none.
Belen, who worked the breakfast area, was the nicest, most efficient staff member I met. She enjoyed her work and it showed.

The housekeeper makes it worth it!

The housekeeper was the best I have experienced in a long time! Every aspect of the room was cleaned. I am pretty sure they even cleaned the bedspreads because it smelled freshly laundered. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere!

The bed was firm but comfortable.
Great view of the golf course.

BUT, the maintenance was not kept to the same standard. Chips of paint off the walls and years of wear and tear even though it looks like motel was updated within the last 5 years.

The continental breakfast was subpar. It had great self-serve waffle station, but the coffee, eggs & fried potatoes were weirdly flavored and probably microwaved.

For the price and their amazing housekeeper, I would stay there again. Just know what you are paying for.

I already have a claim disputing the charge. I did not stay here due to how bad the room smelled. They did nothing to help except give me some spray and said I’m out of luck. The room was one of the worst smells I’ve ever experienced, a straight tuna smell that did not help with trying to air the room out and spray it.

$160 for a run down, no amenities hotel.

I chose this hotel for the amenities. However, after checking in we found out the the restaurant/ lounge was closed. No where was that posted, either at the hotel or on the website. I also wasnt informed about times for breakfast, pool, laundry. Nothing was told to me at check in. The coffee shop a few block away was also closed. We had to go into Hermiston for food/ coffee. We would have made reservations at a different hotel IN Hermiston had the employees here been transparent about everything being closed.
The room it self was blah. Hard beds, the sliding door to outside was Very difficult to open. The ac remote didn't work correctly with the room unit. The TV was another puzzle to figure out how to use. So we couldnt watch TV. The pool area had no shade. 100° in direct sun. The hallway carpet looked like it had water damage. The bathroom looked wrecked from years of patch repairs. The building next door was very dilapidated and was boarded up so great neighborhood, not.
All around we were very disappointed with this run down hotel. Cost $160! Worth maybe $95.

Pretty average rooms. The golf view is nice. Breakfast was kind of cold at 7 am. Everything was clean.
The girl at the front desk was great! I wish I caught her name because she even helped me with a question when 2 other employees ignored me standing at the desk.
I booked this property specifically because it had a lounge so my spouse and I could enjoy a relaxing weekend away where he could golf and we could have drinks without having to drive. The lounge was closed the whole time we were there.
The housekeeping staff came into our room on day 1, took the trash out, made only 1 bed, and left. They say they only do housekeeping every 3rd day unless requested so maybe they made a mistake and left? Then on check-out day (checkout is 11 am), we had packed our bags the night before and put a do not disturb sign on our door so that we could sleep as much as possible before making a several-hour drive home, and housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:40 am waking us all up.
Overall the stay was just ok... I stay at 2-star hotels frequently and I don't expect a bunch of frills and amenities but this was just blah.

Although there were signs on the parking lot, there was no signage on the building. Even the entry doors did not indicate the name of the hotel. The lobby was cluttered, there were cleaning supplies and boxes stacked in the lobby. The front doors had seen better days. Our room was clean and quiet and felt safe. The woman at the front desk was very helpful, polite, and helpful. She was reassuring.

Avoid at all costs!

This is a run down, poorly maintained hotel, with owners who have evidently decided to maximize profits via minimizing costs in the short term and possibly sell the facility. Breakfast was so limited I've seen better at Motel 6. The lock on the sliding door to the parking lot was broken so anyone could've walked in the middle of the night. Rooms weren't serviced daily. When I spoke to the receptionist I got the sense that was normal. Room next to mine was occupied by at least two families with at least a dozen children. Peace and quiet was at a premium.

DANGER!! CRIME AREA!

While approaching the motel I noticed lots of low income housing nearby, I asked the desk clerk if I needed to worry about my vehicle and he assured me that \"the neighborhood is safe\". Well it wasn't, and the attempted break in of my pickup did over $1000 damage, including the windshield, weatherstripping, paint scratched from the top of the cab all the way down the passenger door, and scratched clear through to bare metal. The door frame was also bent from prying to attempt to get a tool inside to pop the unlock button. If your vehicle means anything to you then I suggest finding another motel, or just leave your car doors unlocked so the thieves have easy access. I reported it to the motel and filed a report with the Umatilla Police Department.

The paper signs posted at entrance and exits were negative and set a poor tone. The property is 5 miles out of town. “Absolutely no early check-ins”. What were we supposed to do out there for 20-minutes? Hang out and stare at the desk clerk? So awkward!! This property is in Umatilla, not Hermiston btw.

We enjoyed our time at the quality inn, it was to bad they were remodeling the lounge, so we had to find a place in Hermiston to eat, which we were pleased with, breakfast was good, i have to give a shout out to joann the evening clerk, she was so friendly and helpful,, that i felt like i had made a friend. If traveling again id definitely rebook with them, and hopefully the lounge will be open.

Cons: you could tell the shower hadn't been cleaned so I was doubtful that much else had been cleaned or wiped down thoroughly, walls are SUPER thin so while there wasn't much noise being made I could still hear everything (people's tv, housekeeping every morning), I hated that the key card had to be swiped instead of tapped (super inconvenient as my hands were always full), there was like 4 channels that worked and the reception was terrible to say the least plus the volume had to be maxed out to hear over the heater which was extremely noisy, the heater blew cold air if set under 77 (didn't understand that). Pros: very spacious, breakfast was decent for the price, conveniently located by a market/gas station, extra counter space in the room where coffee/ice are set up, sofa chair was better than just having an office chair.

At 8am I had a knock on my door... more like a knock & walk in. I had the security locker on the door or she would of walked right in. I asked her what she was doing? She said oh sorry you dnt have to check out tell 11. I looked at her & slammed the door shut. I did notify the front desk.

Loved the location and the bar and grill on the property. Downfall is there are no elevators so if you at on the 2nd floor you are dragging your luggage up and down 13 stairs. My husband and I are 68 and he has COPD. Quite a challenge but we made it.
